The Bahama Beach Club is a beautiful 5 bedroom / 5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 14 guests or up to 18 guests with the assistance of 2 queen air mattresses. With a different theme in every room, you will not know which room to choose! The Sailor Suite comes with built in reading lights for the late-night book worms, and the ultimate gamers closet stocked with an Insignia Roku TV, a PS4, and plenty of board games. The Mermaid Suite comes with an Insignia Roku TV and a mattress so comfortable it would send King Triton off to the sweetest of dreams. The Seahorse Suite comes with an Insignia Roku TV and two charging stations. The Retro Beach Suite will have you traveling back in time and comes with an Insignia Roku TV. Anchors away in the Sailboat Suite with an Insignia Roku TV. Barbeque steaks on the back patio under the setting desert sun. Greatest stay of our trip

We loved this place! Great space to visit and hang out with family! Every room has a bathroom attached. It was very conveniently located to the outdoor kid area (seriously right out the back door). We had plenty of towels and bedding was comfortable. Had a minor problem of the outdoor trash being full when we arrived and it was promptly taken care of. The only thing we felt could improve was the amount of dishes in the kitchen. Definitely could use some more plates and bowls for how many the property sleeps. Also a little frustrating that they asked you to remove your shoes and then everyone’s feet were black just from walking around on the carpets. Maybe could use a good deep cleaning of the floors and couch?

Family Reunion

This is our fourth year meeting at Paradise Village. What a great experience for kids and adults. The Red Sands team is the bomb. Kudos to all for a job well done. See you next year!

Huntsman Game Pickleballers

8 lady friends who played pickleball in the Huntsman games. Enjoyed the pool, house, Rooms and access to Pickleball court and style of house. Everything was neat and clean. Great get away. I would suggest the hosts add some bicycles and pool floats just to give some options. This was my 3rd stay in this neighborhood.

Very Good

Hello. We have stayed at Paradise Village for many years and love unit 110. Unfortunately this year there were large groups of young teenagers in the pool seemingly unsupervised and VERY NOISY and with pool hours into 11:00 pm we had to move inside to even hear ourselves. Also we tried to use the hot tub , after playing softball all day, but it was lukewarm, filled with little children, and a mother or two, using it as a little swimming pool jumping in and out. Most of us are grandmothers and have no issue usually with kids and noise. But this year we were unable to enjoy the facilities. Thought you should know in case you can look into this. Having said the above, we will give it another try. Thank you.

Girls trip

House was perfect. Map location was inaccurate and made house difficult to find. Everything was clean and being so close to pool and lazy river was great. We went to Tuacahn plays so location was amazing.

Lovely family-friendly home

Very comfortable home. Red Sands is great to work with. There is a large slow cooker, toaster, and strainer - very helpful. (Please add a cookie sheet and a LARGER pot to the cookware. (We could only fix 1 small box of macaroni and cheese). Logan was great to come fix what needed attention = remotes & cord for the PS4. He was respectful and thoughtful and timely. We would stay here again.

This is our third year renting at Paradise Village. Our great grand daughter loved it so much that she hid her favorite "stuffy" and said noone could leave since stuffy was missing! We'll be back next year.

Disappointing

Carpet is dirty. Couch is dirty. Floor was sticky. Dishwasher was full old food and smelled like rotten meat. Had to call to get code because it was never sent. Great spot with the pools and location. Would not stay here again

I do have suggestions!

Our family has been to Paradise Village several times, bringing different friends each time to experience the good times offered there. We loved being right by the pool this time, giving us easy access to the fun had there. I do have a few suggestions for the upkeep of the home itself. Unfortunately when we first walked into the house the smell was not great. Hard to describe except for it smelt like it needed a good deep deep cleaning. This could be from floors needing extra attention maybe a good thorough mopping with Clorox and carpets professionally cleaned. I noticed the beds did not have mattress protectors/covers which leaves the mattress's at risk of seeping in odors from only having a thin sheet between each person and the mattress. Not only would mattress covers protect the mattress it would save the owner money in the long run by extending the life/smell of the mattress. Although the kitchen offered all you need to cook a meal, it was very unorganized and felt a little chaotic in that sense. Many cupboards were labeled but did not have the correct amount of labeled items in that cupboard or labeled with no items in sight. So my next suggestion would be to re-organize the kitchen. Also, the paper towels offered were very cheap so you have to use like 5 to get things dry. Along with that we were unable to find Kitchen towels/kitchen rags. These would be so very helpful, as to reduce the use of paper towel.

Accidentally hit submit without finishing my review- here's the rest

The hot pads for the oven could be replaced, as they do not work well, allowing heat to seep right in to ones hand/fingers. Also, leaving a little tin foil/Saran Wrap would be helpful as well. The king room (sail boat room) furthest down the hall at the front of the house has a clogged shower drain. On the other hand, we did have a great time and enjoyed our stay! I especially loved the old pictures that were hung in the swimsuit framed room, those were so fun! With these few additions I think it could leave your future occupents very happy.

Great house- perfect location for pool access

We loved this house and the location. You can literally walk out back and be at the pool gate in 5 steps. The lazy river was heated warmer than we expected and we were able to swim after dark even when it was chilly outside. The house had comfy beds, and extra pillows, and the layout is great for all ages. We will definitely rent this house again. Red Sands is a wonderful company to work with.

Very nice accomodations for our family of 12

Such a well layed house for our family. Bedrooms were great, especially with a bathroom for each bedroom. Bathrooms and kitchen well stocked. Dining area, living area large and very comfortable. Pools were a huge hit. Very small things need improving. Majority of soap dispensers did not work, black out shades would have been great, a few roaches and ants in house.

Going downhill?

Sorry to be critical, but our group was a little disappointed. I don't normally leave reviews but I love this condo and don't want to see things go bad. Stayed here a year ago, condo was much better, starting to show it's age OR cleaning is starting to go downhill,,, 1: MANY Dishes were not clean at all. 2: Glass pans needed to be cleaned just to cook in them. 3: Some wall pictures were in closets, even had one duct taped wall picture, I put some back on wall in their proper place. 4: 1st time we stayed, placemats, dishes, cups were already on the dining table, that looked SO MUCH better, kind of completed the Bahamas Deco theme. (1 or 2) smashed ping pong balls is garage, no very good ones, so playing was not an option. Don't know where the other Wicker chair is from the online photos, that would help with Bahamas theme. Back porch had deflated pool floaty near back door and pair of dirty socks from a kid, overall we love this condo but it seems like either the last people to stay there trashed it or the cleaning crew is just going half way, or both. This condo is normally a 10, but when things are not cleaned or pictures are not on the walls as in the photos online it falls to a 5. I hope this was just a rare occurrence, we do have plans to come back often.

Awesome, we will be staying there again

This house was awesome. It was roomy a bathroom for everyone, the pool was in our backyard, the hosts were awesome to work with, it was clean and comfortable and roomy.
