A large place that will accommodate a lot of people.

Overall, this is a lovely place, good location that has great amenities. It is very large and will accommodate a lot of people. It is close to a park and the pools are fun for kids. Our only complaint is that we felt like the floors were not very clean.

Great place for a family gathering

We loved our stay here! The big couches and dining room table were helpful for a big group. The kids loved the bunk room also.

Nice location with facilities

They apparently had a fast turnaround and the place was not very clean. There were things broken like the hot tub lid and it kept blowing off. The place is worn down but still livable. The carpet on the stairs was very dirty. But it was big enough to fit my whole family comfortably and we did have a great time.

Family Reunion

The water park was MUCH BETTER than expected. It is like a major hotel pool or better! Every bedroom had its own bathroom which made life much easier. Dual A/C controls - one on each level - excellent. Very roomy. Teenagers loved the bunk room. Even though it was record heat in St. George - 115 degrees - the house was comfy cool. Check in Check out was seamless. We are planning to return for sure!

Family time

This house was great for our family reunion. The large bunk room worked well for all the cousins. The large table in the kitchen has big enough for adults to play games, when kids went to bed. We also enjoyed the water park which was just across the street, and the water fall pool. We went to a show at Tuacon that was only 20 minutes away. Fun time.

Relaxing and spacious

We truly enjoyed our stay. Each family had their own space or room with their own bathroom. This was helpful for children's sleep schedules and privacy. The home was spacious and even though we had 24 of us it didn't seem crowded. The bunk room was great for extra beds. We were able to relax and enjoy the water park. Just what we needed for making amazing memories with our family. Thank you!

Spacious Property with Great Amenities, but…

We stayed at this property with 10 adults and 9 children (ages 6 months to 11 years) and had a generally positive experience. The space comfortably accommodated everyone, with ample room to spread out. Bedroom arrangements were well thought out (the kids loved the bunk room), and the amenities, including a hot tub and foosball table, provided great entertainment. The main floor large open space was perfect for gathering, enjoying meals, and playing games together. Six internet-enabled flatscreen TVs and access to a water park and pool ensured there was always something to do. The property management team was responsive, allowing us an early check-in and promptly addressing our request to repair a broken couch in the living room. However, there were some drawbacks. The cleanliness was lacking, with dirty floors and trash under the couch from previous guests. Backyard privacy was limited, and there were no dressers for clothes, just closets. The WiFi was a bit slow, making streaming and connectivity a little challenging. Despite our large group, property management could provide only one high chair and one Pack ’n Play. Overall, the property offered great space and amenities, making it a fun and comfortable stay, but it could benefit from improvements in cleanliness, privacy, and better family accommodations.

Here for the Pools

Property was more than large enough for our visit - the kids changed sleeping locations several times! Booked the home for the pools and location which did not disappoint. House was great - washer and dryer being included with some detergent was the cherry on top with kids!

Really fun place to stay

Very Good

We had our family reunion at Paradise Village and we really enjoyed it. The place was beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. We all enjoyed the water park especially because it was so hot outside. We noticed that the floor was dirty, we always take our shoes off at the door and our feet were very black and dirty after walking on the flooring.

Big picture all is great. A few details were not as they should be but relatively minor all things considered. At least for us they were minor, maybe more important for others.

Family Christmas vacation 2022

This house and Red Sands were amazing. Everything we hoped for and more. The family (there were 17 of us) found the house to be exactly what we needed. The kids had a great time and the adults didn't feel trapped. Would highly recommend families or friends group to do this. By the way, the kids LOVED the bunk room. As for Red Sands, they were great. Awesome communication and they really made me feel like I was their only client. We had a couple minor maintenance issues and they were right on it. Would rent from them again 😊

Great for Groups/Multi Families

Great accommodations and well maintained. Minor drawback is parking is only allowed on the street. Would prefer to park in the driveway.

A Labor Day Weekend Family Reunion

This house was amazing it held my entire extended family with ease and was spacious enough to allow everyone to have their own space and do their own thing without cramping. With 5 main bedrooms and a bunk room we fit all 10 adults in their own bed rooms with on suite bathrooms. the bunkbed room with 16 beds and a bathroom attached. 2 half baths were available in the common rooms one upstairs and down stairs, there was never a line out the door for bathroom use. my favorite part of the house was the kitchen with it's double oven, large 5 burner range, and all the odds and ends you would want with a fully stocked kitchen. we were able to easily cook meals at the house and never needed to head out for a cater meal or restaurant. we had a really great time with the two pool areas that were associated with paradise village. our family visited the pools 3-4 times while we were there over three night stay. one was the pictured slides, but it also included a lazy river and two coves to jump off the edge and swim in. the other pool had a rock edge to jump off of, rock slide, hot tub, and kitty pool attached to the main pool it was a great place for all levels of swimmers. as an overall review this place fit our family well, had great amenities, and a clean and provided all the necessities to allow us all to vacation while we were there.

Perfect place for a reunion of friends

We had 5 families together with all our kids - 12 of them between the ages of 3 and 11. This place was PERFECT for us. It was clean, had the perfect set up for us all to sleep and play, and having the pool just around the corner was ideal. We stayed 9 days and wanted to stay more!

A great place to stay with a big family! Clean and spacious with good bedroom layouts.

We enjoyed staying here as a group of 28. It was clean with lots of space and the room set up was perfect for what we needed. It was nice to have two living spaces so there was plenty of room for the kids to hang out and the adults to be. Would recommend to anyone!

Great 7 bedroom house

The home was lovely. Lots of convenient items in the home. The rooms were furnished beautifully. Sadly, we won't be able to stay there again, because there is no fence between the back/side yard and the street, thus preventing our little grandkids from safely enjoying the backyard. It was well appointed, but practically useless because of the lack of a fence. Also,, the internet was awful. We were unable to enjoy family movies at night (or anytime) because of the lack of efficient internet. We contacted Red Sands, and they were very responsive (thank you); they came out and did their best to help. However, it didn't really improve, which is a huge detriment to being able to enjoy a vacation without internet access. Simple tasks like looking up hiking trails and restaurants and activities were nearly impossible.

Fantastic place to stay

We had a wonderful stay! The check in was easy and there was plenty of space for everyone. Each mini family had their own bathe room and bedroom! My sister and her family rented a home close by and we had such a great time with all the amenities! A couple of things needed attention and they were QUICKLY resolved! Fantastic stay!!
