The master suite features a luxurious Casper King adjustable bed (2018), and the second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a twin trundle for an additional sleeper.

The pool is just steps away from the unit, ideal for keeping an eye on the kids as they splash around. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit (the only one in Hatteras High!), and a luggage lift to make your stay even easier. We offer a PaknPlay for the littlest ones. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, outdoor showers, picnic tables, charcoal grills, a fish cleaning station, and a nature trail that leads to a serene pond.

Free Hi Speed WI-FI ! This has been upgraded to high speed cable modems in 2023.
Our Roku TV boxes give free access to a wide selection of Spectrum Cable Channels, and also allows you to login to your own personal streaming TV providers, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount, Disney, etc.

There is a boardwalk to the pool and over the dune to the beach. We are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Rodanthe Pier.

Enhanced Cleaning and Safety Measures

In response to the current crisis, our cleaning service has significantly enhanced its protocols to ensure your safety. Additionally, we have installed a UV light disinfection system in our HVAC unit to help eliminate airborne COVID-19, as well as other viruses and bacteria.

To allow our team ample time for thorough cleaning, our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. However, if cleaning is completed earlier, a notice will be placed on the door, and you may enter as soon as 2:00 PM.

POOL - POOL - For 2026, the pool should be open from May 16 through October 18. Please do not take any glass containers to the pool. There is no lifeguard. Please watch your children closely.

LINENS and TOWELS: Please note that linens (sheets and towels) are NOT provided with this rental. We do provide blankets, pillows, and comforters. Otherwise, These may be rented from our housekeeping service, Hatteras Helping Hands. Do a web search to find their number.

TVs: All TVs are serviced with Roku devices that provide free access to Spectrum Cable. In addition, pretty much all major streaming services are supported for use with your own streaming accounts.

RENTAL POLICY: From May through September we rent Saturday to Saturday only. Other than that, there is a 3 night minimum for the remainder of the year. Our Condominium Bylaws do not allow Dogs and we do not allow any other pets. Minimum Primary Renter Age is 23.

ID and RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require that you e-sign our rental agreement and also that you provide a clear and legible copy of your drivers license or government issued picture ID with your current address. Failure to provide this within 48 hours of your reservation may be considered as your cancellation of your reservation and possible loss of your payment, based on our refund policy.

REFUND POLICY: We know that things can happen. You can purchase trip insurance that provides reimbursement if you can't make your trip. Our refund policy is 97% if cancellation is received before 60 days out, and 50% if received more than 30-59 days out. The 97% is because the credit card company does not refund the credit card fee. It is not uncommon to have a mandatory evacuation from the coastal areas during Hurricane Season and it seems to happen at least once every few years. You will not receive any reimbursement unless you have purchased travel insurance, which is available during initial booking. In the event of a hurricane, please bring the outdoor furniture into the living room, close and lock all doors and windows, then depart ASAP. If you will need housing, call and make reservations at another hotel out of the evacuation area immediately, before or while leaving, because all regional hotels fill rapidly during evacuations. Under no circumstances may you stay in the unit during a mandatory evacuation.
