The house was directly on the beach and was easy to enjoy all aspects of the beach. Walking and enjoying the view without any obstructions, steps leading directly off of the house's deck. Upon our arrival the house was very clean, with adequate house linen and a kitchen that was well stocked for meal preparation. The rental property provided relaxtion, beautiful ocean views and we would not hestitate to revisit this home in the future. All accomadtions that one needs for a great week at the beach!!!!

We had never been to Rodanthe and didn't expect it to be quite so remote, but after a few days, I think we all decided we liked being so remote! Beautiful views, perfect bedroom setup, and enough space to find a quiet spot if we cared to. Brian was an attentive host, and responded very quickly the few times we contacted him.We were excited about this property, and it didn't disappoint!

Great property , our family loved the location easy access to beach, if you have mobility issues driveway was a lil tricky because of sand , Only thing this house needs is a additional ice maker or extra fridge. Brian the host is very responsive and does his best to accommodate whatever you need ! This family will definitely return

This house is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The host is exceptionally responsive. Our family of ten had a wonderful week there and would be happy to return. The beach is right there, just steps from the house so it was easy for everyone to just step outside and be at the water. There are plenty of seafood places close by so it’s easy to find either a sit down restaurant or some fish to bring home for the grill. We would highly recommend this house for a wonderful vacation!

This property was ideal for our family beach vacation. There were four adult couples and a teenager and the house allowed everyone to be comfortable and have privacy when wanted or join the family when desired. The layout of the common space worked very well for us. We cooked for all of our meals except a catered dinner, and the kitchen lent itself well to everything we prepared. We did bring some cooking utensils because we knew they were not available in the home, but the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies.Having the ocean right at our back doorstep was heaven, and the deck was wonderful for enjoying the view.Our host was very quick to respond to any questions or issues during the week. I can't say enough about how attentive he was, both during our stay and before it, when we bombarded him with questions. Thanks for a glorious week!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was clean and the accommodations were excellent. Brian was an excellent host, extremely responsive and communicative, and I would highly recommend this place to any family that’s looking to vacation at the beach!

Excellent property. It is right on the beach-can’t get better than this. Beach itself was clean and good for a nice long uninterrupted walk. Our host, Brian was in close contact with us throughout our stay. He provided us with very useful suggestions. I have stayed at multiple five star properties throughout the world. This beach home can very easily compete with any those resorts in terms of proximity to the beach, fabulous views and a gorgeous property with all the comforts of home.

We had the most perfect New Year’s stay at this beach house. Being right on the water made it incredibly special. We watched dolphins swim by throughout the day, took long walks on the beach, and truly relaxed in a way we didn’t know we needed. The home itself was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in and enjoy every moment. Ending 2025 and welcoming 2026 here was exactly what our family needed peaceful, refreshing, and full of beautiful memories. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Everything about this house was amazing. Brian’s communication was great and the property is perfect. The house is very well equipped. If you’ve come for the beach and rest and relaxation, it doesn’t get better than this! We will be back!

Incredible week! Brian was the perfect host and the house couldn’t have been better! My wife and I stayed with four teenage boys and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was well appointed with tons to do in the area! We will be back!

Great location and lovely home.

Home was lovely and very comfortable. So many things were supplied which really helped. Cleanliness could have been a little better but it did not keep us from enjoying ourselves. It was family time and we loved being so close to the water whether we were on the beach or the decks.

Loved it!

Our family loved staying at your place on the beach. Absolutely amazing views and so very comfortable. We really enjoyed evenings in the hot tub with the ocean views and crashing waves. Your place was just what we were looking for ~ Relaxation, luxury and comfort. Looking forward to coming again.

Amazing stay!

Brian was a great host! He answered questions within a reasonable time & even brought us some goodies. The house lived up to every expectation. Beautifully decorated & super clean! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful OBX House

We have stayed in the OBX many times and this was by far our favorite house. It's beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. And the view and sounds of the ocean right next to the house can't be beat. Brian was very communicative and made sure we had eveything we needed. We would 100% stay here again!

Relaxing vacation....

Beautiful, clean house. It has everything you need. Brian is a wonderful host. The most relaxing vacation we have been on in a long time. Sitting out on the deck, enjoying the hot tub or walking the beach and/or lovely neighborhood was just what we needed. Would definitely consider booking this house again :)
