Beautiful chalet style well appointed home on the Spokane River in Post Falls, Idaho. 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths. Spacious, light, and bright. Sleeps 12-13 people...2 King size bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds, and 1 bedroom with twin bunks and 1 full size bed. Beautiful kitchen with expansive views from multiple windows. Gourmet gas stove. Central heating and air conditioning. Gas fireplace. Private, secluded setting yet easy access to I90, Coeur d'Alene (either by boat or car), 1 hr to Sandpoint, 30 mins to Spokane, 30-45 min to ski resorts depending where you choose to go. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Templins Red Lion, Post Falls Brewing Company, Q'melin Park, easy access to the Centennial trail just a couple blocks away, Black Bay Park, etc. Dock for summertime fun, swimming, fishing, boating(boat not provided-but rentals available just down the street), and multiple decks for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon BBQ. Wifi and cable TV. Smart TVs in every bedroom, beautiful office area with views to die for if work calls during your stay. Walking, hiking and biking to multiple hotspots from the house as it is in close vicinity to everything Post Falls has to offer. Wildlife abounds in this beautiful setting...it is not unusual to see osprey, bald eagles, otters, deer, and even the occasional fox comes by for a visit.

SO BEAUTIFUL!

The house was very open and great for a large group to be together. But I think the best part is the private dock! My family is already talking about wanting to rent this property again!

Annual get away

Home worked well for us plenty room for all 8 of us plus extra room to have couple friends over for evening dinner and socializing. Very important for us to have great dock and this one was perfect. Lots of room to park even enough ro to park the boat trailer. Owner was great we got quick reply to any questions.

Beautiful home

My questions were not answered in a timely manner or at all. The experience would have been better if there were some water toys available. Inflatable pool toys do not work in a river. The house was beautiful and a great location.

We had a fun family get away and the home was great!

We had a 10 people and had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. We spent most of the days down by the water and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was good!

Lovely place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The kitchen was well proportioned and equipped with the proper accoutrements for almost any culinary engagement. The rest of the house was clean and relatively modern. One of the bedrooms could use a bar for hangers. Otherwise everything was terrific.

Great wayerfront house near many attractions

Had a great time during a family reunion trip. Post Falls is about a 10 minute walk to a few restaurants and Post Falls Brewing.

Spectacular views

This house was lovely. Well appointed, and perfect for our Coeur D’Alene getaway for the half Ironman. Plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space. Well appointed kitchen area and pantry. Very nice!!

Spectacular Stay!

We had high expectations of this beautiful property from the feature photos, and found the experience of our time there to have happily surpassed those expectations. The location on the river with the decks and docks offering direct access to the water could not have been better or more fun! The house offers amazing vistas from nearly every window, with the water always in constant view, and was spotlessly clean. More towels (bath and beach) than you could ever use, and while on site, Jami was quick to answer any questions and to happily respond to any requests. It was such a relaxing and fun time for our family, we could not have been happier with our choice for a super vacation spot. Swimming in and playing on the river was so easy and so much fun. Thank you, Jami! A few notes: the photos online show paddle boards and other water toys, and they are included in the description of the house. They were the cherry on top for the house when we decided to rent and we were looking forward to using them. Unfortunately, they were not available for our use when we were there, and renting them locally was very expensive. Response to messages sent through the site could be better. Overall, though, a spectacular stay.

A great trip

We had a great time here with family! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, and the location was great. We spent most of our time outside on the deck and on the dock. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions as well. There are a few things to note. The upstairs bedroom is very sparse, as there weren’t any nightstands, a dresser or luggage rack to place personal items. It was also hard to regulate the a/c temperature between upstairs and downstairs. The addition of a fans to help with this would be great. Overall, we’d recommend this place.

A special place!

Nothing short of perfect. Location on the river is amazing for lounging by the water, swimming, or renting a boat from the marina (which is in walking distance). Short drive via boat or car to downtown Coeur D’alene. Close to hikes, grocery, and restaurants. The house was clean and spacious and perfect for a family vacation. We loved waking up every morning to the beautiful views and sitting on the patio. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful location!

The home is lovely and comfortable. It is the perfect location with the most amazing views! Jami (property manager) was attentive and a pleasure to work with. Hope we are able to visit again.

Gorgeous views and perfect location on the river

This is a wonderful location in Post Falls positioned with a picturesque view right off the river. For those who were wondering - the river is more like a lake and connects directly to Lake Coeur d'Alene, and is great for watersports. Home was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a great weekend. Jami was great about communicating. Highly recommend!

The view that commands respect

Our family enjoyed our 6 night stay. We found Jami (the manager) to be extremely easy to work with and very helpful. The views of the river are the highlight of this property as well as the stunning rock and intimate setting. We logged many hours on the patio and we found it difficult to say goodbye to this setting.
