Amazing views of Mammoth Mountain and near the ski back trail. This condo sleeps 6.

Bedding Arrangement: Queen in the master, queen in the loft and a bunk bed. Unit has a great view.

Living room: Flatscreen in the master bedroom and living room

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen to cook to your hearts content.

Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues. Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located on the premises. Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club is one of a very few complexes in the town that hosts a ski back trail that is groomed and maintained by the Mountain.

Special Instructions: There is a hot water switch behind the front door. Please make sure it's on before reporting that there is no hot water in the unit.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location with plenty of amenities nearby.Enjoyed the hiking and fishing in the immediate area and further afield.Weather was kind to us with mainly warm and dry days. Dated décor but still comfortable none the less. On arrival the toaster didn’t work but was replaced once I reported it to the Office... thanks. The rooms got quite hot but the portable fans provided helped.Future guests please be advised the property is on the 2nd floor so there are a few stairs to climb with your luggage. Not a problem for us as the views made up for it !

Mammoth

The place didn't disappoint. I think someone before us played some games as there was no salt, coffee filters, the tv/dvd player was all unplugged and the upstairs TV was set to max volume. We handled it and left filters. The fire place is automatic as the primary source of heat which was a nice feel to have a fire going as you walk downstairs for a cold morning. We had brought some 80s dvds to watch which was perfect for the retro feel of this place. It's a 7min drive to main lodge parking lot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were quite comfortable here (family of five). The location is close to Canyon but I wouldn’t say it is ski out and ski in via Ski Back trail requires a not for the faint of heart walk off the trail downhill. But we had everything we needed, warmth, comfortable enough beds, stocked kitchen and appreciated the upgraded master bath. The view of the Gondola was a nice surprise.

Great Mountain Destination!

Great place to stay! The condo was well stocked and great for our family of six! Location was wonderful and we had a wonderful experience.

A great place to stay

My friends and I had a great time and would definitely be interested in renting again! The beds were pretty comfy and the house was well-stocked in terms of pots, pans, spices, and other needed items. We were a little disappointed that we couldn’t get the fireplace to work, but we were fine without it for a quick weekend trip. It would have been nice if there was a ski locker or something of that nature. We ended up keeping our skis in the car carrier, which worked out fine rather than carrying them up three flights of stairs anyway.
