This beautiful one bedroom, one bath beach condo affords great ocean views both from the balcony and from inside the condo! The living room is comfortable and stylish and features a sofa sleeper and 2 comfortable chairs. The dining table seats 4, plus 2 bar stools. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances, and is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and serving pieces for the chef in your party. The bedroom offers a king size bed and more ocean views.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

The A Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the A Building has been re-done, and it is gorgeous! There's one reserved parking space in the underground private garage. The maximum size of the vehicle allowed is: Height: 6 ½ Feet; Length: 21 Feet.

North Coast Village is an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, ping pong, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will find, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, lagoon-style year-round heated pool and spa, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms with ping pong, billiards and Foosball.

The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California!

Parties or events are not allowed at this property. There is no central air conditioning at North Coast Village.

The MainStreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.

Within walking distance is the beach with wood fire pits and barbecues, premier bars and restaurants, the Pier, the harbor, the San Luis Rey estuary and bike trail, the Strand, and the train station (Amtrak, Coaster, Sprinter, and Metrolink).
