Newly remodeled, this 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom premium home is an excellent vacation destination for families or groups of up to 12 people. Youā€™ll love the private hot tub and beautiful setting. If you book this home, your family and friends will thank you again and again!

Summit Haven is a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom premium home is in Breckenridgeā€™s desirable Warriors Mark neighborhood, just a short drive from downtown Breckenridge and the slopes; or you can hop on the free shuttle at the stop just outside the home! Inside, the home features an open concept with the living area, dining room and kitchen flowing together seamlessly. The living area has a large flat-screen TV set above a rock fireplace thatā€™s perfect for catching the game or watching your favorite movie or show. Just outside, the deck has a barbeque grill and private hot tub, making it the perfect place to relax winter or summer.

The kitchen is beautiful, with gorgeous granite counters and new stainless-steel appliances. It's fully stocked with all the gear youā€™ll need to whip up mountain meals to keep the troops fed and happy. Thereā€™s room for six or eight at the gorgeous wood slab dining room table, and room for four more at the kitchen island/breakfast bar.

Youā€™ll also love the private 2-car garage, washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Main Level:
- Queen bedroom: queen bed. (sleeps 2)

Our friends choose this home for our stay for Oktoberfest and we had an amazing time! From the start communication was great and they were able to give us a later check out time which helped immensely. Beautiful home with several beds, and an amazing large hot tub! Will definitely book again.

The original home was located in the midst of summer construction (noise and debris). They quickly pivoted and allowed us to relocate to this beautiful home "Summit Haven" to help us have a much more enjoyable stay! Summit Haven is just that; a "haven"! The 5 bedroom and 4 baths were spread out enough for privacy for all. The main level living, dining and kitchen was spacious and great for everyone to gather and enjoy each other. The hot tub, just out the main level sliders, was perfect for 6 of us... it was great after a long day of exploring, to enjoy an evening cocktail and time to catch up. Wait! the best part, the bus stop is literally across the street! It arrives every 20 minutes. You can get anywhere in town and never have to use your car (except maybe for a grocery run). The bus line is the "grey" line and it takes you to the downtown area and the gondola (where you can catch other buses to have a farther reach). Book this home now! You'll be glad you did!

Nice house with well equipped kitchen

My family of 9 adults and 2 children ages 1 and 2 stayed here. The kitchen has everything equipment wise we needed to cook our own meals which was perfect for our group. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the back yard. The location was excellent for going hiking and getting to downtown Breckenridge. We had a great time. If you do have small children, we did bring our own high chair and a pack n play for sleeping as that was not provided, just FYI.

Great house, great location

Close to town, but felt like we were in the middle of the woods. House was clean, nice, and we really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and relaxing with the fire in the evenings. Would stay here again!

Good customer service

Lovely home. Walkable into town. Had a great customer service experience. We got there and the gas fireplace wasn't working. The staff tried to troubleshoot it with us and when we couldn't get it working, they sent someone out to fix it that same day.

Good space. Lots of bedrooms and space to spread out. The jets, lights, and buttons in the panel of the hot ton did not work. The fireplace doesnā€™t work. The driveway is VERY steep and hard to get up if there is any snow pack or ice on the driveway.

Wonderful Family Home

My entire family stayed in this beautiful home for our holiday and it did not disappoint. The home is split level with all the necessities for your getaway. The location is great and right across from the Brown South bus stop for easy access to town and the slopes. Price was high but we definitely felt it was worth it!

The location of the house was convenient for a short drive to town or to drop off skiers at the hill. While we did not use it, there was a bus stop directly across the street. The house was clean upon arrival and had a good amount of paper towel and toilet paper to get through the first couple of days. We had plenty of trash bags, dishwasher detergent and dish soap.When attempting to grill, we discovered that the propane tank was empty and there was not a spare in the garage. A call was made very late in the afternoon to Summit Mountain Rentals and a full tank was delivered in about an hour. While communicating via text about the pending propane delivery, we requested more forks (the house only had 10) and more were provided with the propane, which was a nice surprise!Overall a great house and excellent communication throughout our stay!

Reviewer Comments: What we liked: The home is very spacious and the renovated common area and bathrooms are very nice. Hot tub works well. The shuttle to the slopes in the morning is very efficient. Easy drive to and from town. What could be improved: The home does not have boot warmers so you have to take your boots off in the garage and then carry them inside and upstairs to set out to dry which is not very convenient. The heat in the living room does not work well - we could not get it over 65 even on days where the outdoor temps were in the upper 20s. The shuttle coming home from the slopes is a disaster if youā€™re there during a holiday week. We waited 90 minutes one day - in that time only two went by and they were already completely full and couldnā€™t take on more passengers.

Great Location, Perfect Getaway

This property was exactly as advertised - beautiful, spacious, clean, and convenient. Free shuttle stop right across the street, two car garage that fit our vehicles perfectly, and a washer/dryer so we could cut down on packing. My group loved the large selection of beds and all the amenities like the dishwasher and fireplace, but especially the hot tub. Would stay here again in an instant.
