Relax in this luxurious vacation home only 9 miles to Disneyworld!! The majority of Florida rental properties are out dated with very uncomfortable beds. Not this one :)

This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located in the Highlands Reserve Golf Community and offers comfortable furniture throughout, Stainless Steel appliances, and Quartz counter tops in the kitchen and master bedroom.

All bedrooms have extra plush mattresses, bedding and pillows ensuring a restful night's sleep after those long days at the parks! Flat screen TVs, including full cable programming in every bedroom as well! Each master suite has their own ensuite bathroom (the king master ensuite has pool access as well) with the third bathroom being shared by the 2 other bedrooms.

The Pool is completely furnished with an outdoor dining table as well as 4 pool loungers. There is also covered lanai! The perfect place to enjoy your peaceful morning coffee or al fresco dining. With southwest exposure, conservation views and no rear neighbours, the pool area is sure to become one of your favourite 'go to' spots!!

This home boasts a perfect, private layout featuring 2 separate master suites along with 2 other bedrooms, a large open concept living area that opens up to the private, fully screened in lanai and pool area through 2 sets of sliding glass doors. The fully equipped kitchen offers a breakfast bar for additional seating. The indoor laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer, complete with iron and ironing board (no doing laundry in a hot, muggy garage).

The games room features a premium 4 x 8 slate pool table, a 10 ft Skeeball table as well as a 55" big screen TV with enhanced full cable programming to watch that all important sporting event while playing a few games.

We employ an on-site, on-call local management company to ensure you have a comfortable, problem free stay!

Great property

This was a fantastic base for our trip to the Disney and Universal Parks. The booking and checking in procedure couldn't have been more straight forward and the villa was just as advertised. We enjoyed using the pool and the games room and slept well in the comfy beds. All our needs were catered for and the property owner was extremely responsive to our messages. We would stay again!

A Great Villa!

Lovely villa, modern, clean, spacious, had everything we needed including plenty of pool and shower towels. Games room Pool table was popular as was the the ice machine! Beds were comfortable and we had all conveniences. The owner Avis was very helpful in making sure we had enough sun beds for us all. Thanks Avis! About half an hour out from the Disney parks. We would heartily recommend this villa.

Dingy

Description claims a recent renovation. Not all areas/rooms fall into that category. This place was dingy! Dirt in the corners and under end tables/nightstands, bathroom sinks still had some toothpaste spatter, there was a water stained ring around the pool. There was also mold in the bottom corner of the master shower under the showerhead. It wasn't completely filthy, it just looked like the cleaning staff has never done a thorough job. The AC fluctuated settings for some reason. We would look at it one time and it would be set at 72 another time it would be set at 77. The actual temp hovered around 76 which is not exactly refreshing on a 90°+ day. Dont know if this ia the norm in Florida or not. We had a smoke alarm beeping the "battery dying" kind of beep one morning. They were very responsive and someone came by that afternoon to fix it. It was quiet enough but there was a dog barking next door. It was quiet enough with nothing major past 9pm or super early. 30+ minutes to Disney parks if you include traffic. Overall not a bad place. It fit our needs we just wish it wasn't so dingy.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This place is awesome, the pool is great. Wonderful kitchen, bedrooms are adequate. The owner responded promptly and fixed all the issues. Property manager never responded. This didn't hinder our vacation. We enjoyed staying here! Plan to return.

Getaway to the sun!

We stayed at this location for 11 days the end of April 2021. From prior to booking and after our departure the owner was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The home is in a great location, a golf course community, less than 5 minutes from shopping centers, multiple restaurants and about 1/2 hour from the Disney parks. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were looking for a place that wasn’t touristy so we could relax and enjoy the sun and some golf and we found it! The house is a nice size, bedrooms were good sized, nice to have 2 masters. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of pool and bath towels. The pictures on the listing are very accurate, very nice decor. Prior to arrival we asked if the kitchen had an air fryer and the owner very graciously purchased one (a very nice one) and had it shipped to the house for us to use during our stay! What a wonderful gesture and very kind! There is a game room in the garage which was recently decorated, it has a pool table and skee ball table, mini fridge and table with chairs. Great for the evening or a rainy day. The pool area is wondeful, we had the pool heated which was really nice. It was great to have a grill to cook on, definitely a plus. We had the need to reach out to the property manager, they were responsive however slow to take action. Reached out to the owner directly and they were able to rectify the matter quickly. Wonderful stay, would stay again if in the area!

Home away from home

The house is very nice and very well equipped. People traveling with little kids will find a new and clean baby gear (strollers, portable crib, bed rails, high chair). The house is very spacious and has an awesome game room!!! Lanai and the pool are private. The water in a pool was very warm. Our kids had so much fun! The location is just perfect. Very close to the parks and shopping plaza (Publix is around the corner). The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions immediately. We had a wonderful time and perfect family vacation! Will definitely recommend.

2021 Spring Break

The inside of the house is nice. None of the tv's were functioning-finally at the end of our trip they came and fixed one (in the game room with no chairs). We were not there to watch tv but still seems like a basic amenity that should work. Also we payed for pool to be heated and it seemed like it was not- which they came and fixed towards the end of our trip. The dead plants on the pool deck seem like they would be easy to fix and are not a great look. We had a good stay but some details on this house could be better.

Easy From Start to Finish

We had unique circumstances surrounding our stay at this property and the property owner was so accommodating in order to make our stay as smooth as possible. The property itself was very clean and felt like home. Distance from amenities was perfect and if you're interested in the amusement parks of Orlando it's a short distance from all those as well. Neighborhood was well kept and felt safe. We were able to go for evening walks without a second thought. Pool was very private and always clean. The games room was our favorite part, it was comfortable and a great place to spend late nights having billiard competitions. We will be staying at this property again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a hassle free vacation to Orlando with absolute no worries.

Absolute Paradise

We came here with our two children for a Disney world trip and were absolutely blown away by how much we all enjoyed this property! It is completely renovated and clean in a beautiful neighborhood perfect for morning walks. The beds are the most comfortable I have experienced being away from home and the children's bedrooms were perfectly placed so they were far enough away from any noise after they went to bed but close enough for us to hear if they needed anything. Not to mention they couldn't wait to go to bed because of how the rooms were decorated. We loved how soundproof all of the rooms were because not everyone wanted to go to bed at the same time but even if someone was playing billiards you could not hear it when you are trying to sleep. The pool is the highlight of the house. It is impeccably clean and private looking on to a beautiful greenspace that even has turtles occasionally come by to hang out in a little sandy area. The pool was such a hit our kids chose to swim instead of going to Disney most of the days!! No complaints here as we got a relaxing poolside vacation we weren't expecting. When we did go to Disney it was a perfect distance for the kids, especially at the end of the day when a relaxing drive is in order to put them to sleep and do a quick car to bed transfer. Look no further than this property for your home away from home. You will not regret staying at this amazing paradise.

Stay at 1710 North Hampton - Highlands Reserve

The house was exceptionally clean and maintained. Everything updated from top to bottom. Perfectly located. Took the back roads to Disney and avoided Interstate 4 all together. Pool area very quiet and private. Great neighborhood to walk. Brand new games room with new Skee Ball table, pool table and big screen T.V. Very quiet at night. Just a pleasure to stay in this house.

We recently purchased this property and wanted to share the high quality accommodations that this particular home provides. As huge Disney fans, we have vacationed in the Orlando area many times and have usually been highly disappointed with the villas we have rented in the past. I feel we have found the perfect vacation spot due to its location, finishings and, I know I've already mentioned it, the mattresses lol! Being unable to get a good night's rest can literally ruin your vacation, which has undoubtedly cost a pretty penny!
