Iā€™m thrilled to offer this 3,700 square foot house to both new and previous guests. If youā€™ve stayed with us before you know what quality and fun our houses this is your first time staying with us prepare to be amazed! Our house is filled with gorgeous furnishings, well-appointed bedroom retreats for the adults (5 king bedrooms and 1 queen), toys/entertainment for everyone and amazing themed kidā€™s bedrooms: fairy dream land for the girls and a Star Wars adventure room for the boys. Weā€™ve even got a giant bubble gum themed ball pit! The adult bedrooms (there are 6 of them and 4 are en-suites with full bathrooms) all have comfortable beds and linens and unique personalities -- no one will have to double up since there are so many!

The house is two stories, with all communal spaces on the first floor. The living room and dining room have french doors out the pool/spa and backyard. The kitchen has a 6 burner stove and an eat-in breakfast table. Many small appliances, ample dishware, utensils and basic spices are provided. The kitchen flows into the main area where our big beautiful dining table awaits family meals (and board games!) and seats 12. Off the dining room is the living room which boasts a large sectional couch and a 55" TV. We also have our garage game room with a pool table (has a ping pong topper as well), Tornado foosball table, sectional couch and TV with a fully stocked entertainment center. Our 9th bedroom is just around the corner and doubles as a den - features a fully stocked entertainment center (Wii, large DVD library, board games, toys and books) with a leather sofa and a twin daybed.

Stroll through the French doors off the dining room to enjoy the fabulous Southern California weather in our sunny backyard. We built a brand new pool with an in-ground spa. The pool was designed to be kid friendly ā€“ has a super shallow entry area and a 2nd shallow baja step area which both lead to a 3.5ā€™ flat side of the pool - thereā€™s only a small deep area. Itā€™s also ozone filtered - so much easier on little (and big) eyes, hair and skin :) The house is fully fenced off from the backyard with a self-closing MagnaLatch gate for safety and can be heated. In the pool area we also have an outdoor dining table, a BBQ and play structure for the littlest ones.

We have ample parking! The driveway is generous and can fit 6 large vehicles and there are spots in front of the house as well. We also have 3 sets of washer and dryers in the garage game room!

The layout of the house is ideal for large families as the bedrooms are all tucked away from the common areas. Here is the general configuration of the levels ā€“ we have 9 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms:

Pack lightly, we have a fully stocked baby gear closet complete with 2 pack n plays, several strollers, high chairs, booster seats, bouncy seats, baby monitor and more. Bath towels, pool / beach towels and extra pillows and blankets provided.

The house is located in Anaheim with all the necessities nearby. Weā€™re an 8 minute drive to Disneyland and 10 minutes to the convention center! Free house-wide Wifi is provided. We have 3 washer and dryers as well!

This was a perfect place for our family. We had our kids and grandkids with us and we loved it. The kids loved the pool and it was close to Disneyland and the beaches. It was great to have the 3 washers/dryers! We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is fun for all ages and is as pictured. We had a couple of maintenance issues the first day but Dea was super responsive. The family enjoyed the game room - we played lots of pool and ping pong tournament. The pool and spa were a big hit with all of the kids. Would definitely go back.

This was a fantastic home to stay in for a big family trip! We have a large family (10 adults - 8 teens) and we were able to fit very comfortably. There were extra blankets, towels, and washcloths available. Something that is not always available in several vacation rentals weā€™ve stayed in. It was also excellently stocked with lots of useful kitchen appliances, strollers, fans, and heaters if needed. Check in/ check out was easy and host was super friendly and a great communicator. Probably one of the best vacation homes weā€™ve stayed in for our larger group. Highly recommend for larger groups.

Perfect place for our water polo team and parents to stay during JOā€™s. Well equipped for 24 people- across the board. Clean, well maintained and listing spot on. We had our kids, their spouses, and our grandchildren - 21 in total - stay at this location for a trip to Disneyland. The home was the perfect size, and the drive to the park was easy. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Amazing large property, great for groups

Stayed here while in town for a hockey tournament. House was perfect for our group of 16. Enough beds for all, well stocked kitchen, pool and hot tub got a lot of use. We'd love to come back next year!

Great for a Large Family Getaway

Our family of 18 had a great stay. The pool and hot tub on non-Disney days was a true blessing. The property was clean though a little dated but definitely comfortable. We had a few issues that we communicated to the property manager but overall, a very memorable vacation.

Our stay was fabulous from check-in to check-out and the nine bedroom home accommodated our family perfectly. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very good sized with comfortable California King beds. The game room was a huge hit with the kids as well as the adults. The 12 seat dining table was where we spent quite a bit of time eating, visiting and playing games. The kitchen was nice sized and very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Our host even left us a nice basket of snacks and goodies. When we come back, I will definitely look to come here again.

This house was perfect. We had all 6 of our kids and their little families and there was plenty Of room for everyone to have their own quiet time as well as the gathering rooms to have big family time! There was so many things for the littles to do as well as the teens. Loved our time here and would absolutely come back!

We absolutely loved the house location and everything about it.There were 19 of us ranging from 66 to 20 months, IF we ever return this will be the first place we look at. We loved it and Dea was very easy to communicate with.

We are a family of 5 that loves to travel. We stayed in our first vacation rental 15 years ago and now always book vacation rental homes when traveling - so much easier to have our own kitchen, washer/dryer and all the space a house provides (plus it's less expensive than a hotel for a group!). We've tried to make it both luxurious yet comfortable for the adults and fun for the kids. We enjoy sharing it with our friends and look forward to sharing it with your family too...enjoy!
