Welcome to paradise!! Our vacation home has 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and features the most amazing backyard with a lazy river pool and slide, outdoor dining room, outdoor living room and space to play! We have a huge playhouse for the kids and a BBQ for dinners outside in the California sunshine!

Lazy rivers are one of my (and my kids) favorite things and we usually seek out resorts that have one. No need now as there is a lazy river right in the backyard! The pool is in the center and the shallow end has a big baja shelf. There's a bridge over the river to an island that gets you into the pool and completely encircling the pool is a 5' wide and 3' deep lazy river! A rock slide goes over the river to the deep end of the pool and there is a sitting grotto and double waterfalls under the slide onto the lazy river. The lazy river flow is so fun and we provide plenty of floats :) The pool area has grass to play on, an outdoor living room and an above ground spa. The entire pool area is fully secured with a fence and self-locking MagnaLatch gates. One gate takes you to the side yard and the other takes you back into the living room. The side yard is a great place for the little ones to play outside as it's separated from the pool area and has an awesome playhouse, a grassy area and an outdoor dining table with a BBQ. It's right off the dining room / kitchen area.

- 2 themed kid bedrooms (each with 5 twin mattresses): princess dream castle for the girls, Cars room for the boys
- backyard also has a playhouse, BBQ, outdoor living and dining rooms
- 8th bedroom doubles as a den with a packed entertainment center (Wii, board games, books and toys) and a daybed with a popup trundle bed (can either be 2 twins or they join to make an eastern king mattress)
- game room with Brunswick pool table, Tornado foosball table, huge leather couch and TV
- 4 full bathrooms
- spacious kitchen with a 5 burner range, lots of small appliances
- huge dining room table that seats 14
- located on a private street in a great Anaheim neighborhood 7 minutes from Disneyland

We have entertainment options for everyone in the house regardless of age! Lots of TVs, tons of DVDs, a Wii game system, pool table, foosball table, many board games and a little library (leave a book / take a new one for the flight home!). For the kids we have amazing themed bedrooms (Cars themed room for the boys, princess castle dreamland for the girls) and tons of toys. For the youngest ones in the group we have 3 pack n plays, high chairs, bouncy seat, strollers (singles and a double), baby toys and books and a baby monitor.

The host was great it was easy to communicate with her. The amenities were perfect we truly didn't need much to bring. The house was perfect in size and rooms and had activities for every age. The backyard and hot tub and pool was awesome and enjoyable. Unfortunately in our stay they lazy river jets were not working and we weren't able to use it appropriately but still managed. Overall it was a great weekend house.

The host was fantastic! She was an excellent communicator throughout the whole process. Quick to respond to emails and respond to questions and/or concerns.Home is well represented in the pictures. Definitely a fun place to stay for all our adults and the kids. In a cul de sac, so no traffic issues and four miles to the Disneyland parking structure.We had a great trip!

OMG!! The house was amazing. We had a 5 month old in our group. We didnt need anything!! It was clean and comfortable! Even the pool area was set up with water shoes of all sizes, towels, pool noodles etc...We were literally down the street from Disneyland. We wished we could stay longer....

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house is very spacious, clean, and well-kept- perfect for both relaxing and gathering together. The pool was a highlight; our kids spent most of their time in the pool during the day. The location is excellent too- close to stores, restaurants, and shopping centers, which made everything super convenient. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed for both a seminar and then had our family come in to go to Disneyland. There was enough room for four adult couples and then over the weekend. We had approximately 10 children there and the manager was amazing to communicate with and super helpful with the area everything worked as it should have And the pictures really do it no justice. I would highly recommend.

From start to finish dealing with Dea was such a pleasure. We were here for a funeral of a family member and Dea was so sweet. The house was absolutely amazing we really enjoyed ourselves. The area was quiet and felt very safe. So many things to do in this house from pool, lazy river, board games and toys for the kids. If we come back we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We had 13 people ages 3-82. It was perfect! Check in was easy, owners responsive, house was clean and all the amenities were perfect! Perfect for large family!

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults, 2 kids and 2 babies. In fact it definitely could accommodate more. We've stayed at a lot of VRBO homes but this one was unbelievably well-stocked, from the kitchen, to the pool, to the game room, kids rooms and more. We brought a lot of things for the kids but left them in our cars because everything that we needed was there.. a hi-chair, booster, port-a-cribs, pool floats, games and toys (a big plus for anyone traveling by plane). Princess and Cars rooms were a hit, furniture was clean and comfortable, pool was amazing!!! We will be back!

The property was roomy and clean, well stocked for 13 of us! Location was perfect for Disney and the beach! Pool was warm, hot tub was fabulous and the play rooms were a great addition with toys for the little ones and pool/foosball games for the older kids and adults! We will stay here again! Would Like to Keep this Place Secret

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 17 people comfortably stay at this property for 5 days. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool and outside space was perfect, and the little girls loved the playhouse! Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and other amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

My family and I recently stayed here for a full week. The house was perfect for our group of 12 (me, my husband and 2 kids, my sister and her family, 2 of my other sisters and my mom). The accommodations were great and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. The backyard is amazing. We had so much fun swimming in the pool and floating around the lazy river. We spent a couple days at Disney and it was so close and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fun for all!

Great home for our extended family! Such a fun, comfortable place to unwind after busy days at the parks - only a short 10 minute Uber to Downtown Disney or Disney drop off. The outside space and pool is amazing and the games room also adds to the fun. We really appreciated how well the house was stocked - especially the kitchen. Dea was very attentive and lovely to communicate with! Loved our stay, thanks!

Fun backyard with pool and lazy river

Being the weather was hot, our 8 grandchildren from 5 -14 years of age, and the adults, thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the lazy river. There was plenty of room for the 9-year-old girls to have their own bedroom and the 5-7-year-old boys to have their own bedroom. The dining area was excellent so we all could eat together. This is a great place for a family vacation!

For the price charged, the home was unsafe, poorly maintained, and inadequately equipped for the number of guests advertised.Major safety issues included broken glass in a childrenā€™s bedroom, a dangerously slippery tub and extreme shower water pressure that caused a family member to fall and hit his head, an unmarked step in the front foyer, a wobbly glass coffee table, and large spiders throughout the exterior and pool area. Multiple guests sustained spider bites, and children suffered scrapes and road rash from the rough pool and lazy river surfaces.There was a strong cat odor throughout the home, causing allergic reactions. Linens smelled old and musty. Bedrooms lacked outlets, beds were uncomfortable (thin daybed, very hard futons), and sleeping arrangements were not adequate for the number of guests listed. The refrigerator was far too small, the freezer popped open, dryers required multiple cycles, and the air conditioning was ineffective.Pool and lazy river water were extremely cold, worsened by lack of sunlight and cold water feeding into the slide. Advertised amenities were missing, including no double stroller.This home needs significant safety repairs, pest control, deep cleaning, updated photos, and honest advertising before future guests should consider staying.

This place was perfect for my family. We were celebrating my daughter turning 3 so we looked for a home that had things to make her day special. She loved the playhouse, and lazy river. She loved the princess bedroom and dressip gowns. And the random bins of toys everywhere was the highlight of the experience for her. The have seasonings and pretty much everything stocked in the kitchen. Only compliants, if i was forced to come up with something, we couldnt get the computer or printer to work(kinda glad since we didnt want to focus on work). The couch dosent have a throw blanket to cuddle up and watch movies The hot tub area needs an umbrella if you are trying to get in during the day. And checkout felt a little rushed since they showed up nearly 20mins early, but we were all paxked and ready to go. Overall? I would highly recommend this home.
