Private 12 acre Ranch sleeps up to 8 on The Santa Fe River.

Over 12 acres of secluded, quiet pastures and woods. Nearly 600 feet on the river waterfront to explore. All kinds of wildlife. Owls, deer, otter, and even a visiting cow every morning :)
The Santa Fe River is a few steps from the back door of this comfortable and roomy ranch. This house has over 2400 sq ft of space and is a 10 minutes (5 mi) drive from Ginnie Springs, a popular area for scuba diving, canoeing and other water sports Spend time Kayaking, Tubing, swimming and or fishing. Complementary Kayaks, Tubes and rafts on site. Safety flotation vests also on site for each guest.
Rate is for Double Occupancy; additional guests are $30/per person/ per night.
8 Guests max. No Day Guests Without Pre-approval from Hosts.

Amazing property in a beautiful place!! Came up to enjoy the springs with my family but ended up just itching to get back to the house. So much property to explore and different activities to get in to. Michelle was wonderful and accommodated us even though there was a bit of conflict in the timing of the trip. Great hosts, gorgeous place, and a property that's worth a visit in and of itself!! If you are on the fence about where to stay for your visit, do not hesitate... this is the place!

We really enjoyed the large property, direct access to the river, which we did swim in and float down. We loved the access to the launch across the street where we could float right back to the house! It was fun to see all the wildlife too. SO many deer and turkey. There are dozens of springs around to choose from. We rented paddle boards from a nearby place and we also used the provided kayaks and floats at the house. Host was very friendly and helpful as well.

Memorial Day

Third year in a row staying here for memorial weekend it never disappoints and we love the location!! Michelle always makes sure we are well taken care of, she is wonderful.

Exactly what we hoped it would be!

This home is exactly what we were looking for. It was right on the Sante Fe River with a huge property, perfect for long walks with the dogs, with many wildlife sightings. The home was spacious, with many areas to enjoy indoors and out. We could have spent our entire week just in the house and on the property.

Amazing Family Getaway

Spring break for my wife, 3 kids and a dog. The pictures do not do the property justice. So private, quiet (except for our kids) and close proximity so so many springs. Kids loved the downstairs playroom with the ping pong table. Fire pit, grand live oaks, disk golf course, deer, owls. The mornings were so tranquil with the birds and so quiet. Stars were amazing at night. They have numerous kayaks you can use. We felt like we were staying on an old southern plantation. The house is older style Florida river house which was perfect. Nothing fancy. We especially loved the giant sunroom overlooking the river.

Peaceful & Spacious

All 7 of us enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space & comfort for each of us! We all were there on a 'racing' trip with our Team of 2 cars/drivers (cars stayed at the track & never brought haulers to home.) Being able to have coffee on the dock in such a peaceful enviroment on the river, was sooooo nice. A few of us were able to sneak in a short kayaking trip, ping-pong challenge, & Pac-Man. But most of our trip was us ladies keeping the guys going & the guys at the track doing racecar things. Each of us commented on how fun it would of been with other spouses to enjoy more of the property/facilities & fun this listing has if time would've been allowed on our part. The care the owners showed us with a few calls & texts was truly appreciated. Thank You for such a gracious stay.

Private and Spacious

The pictures dont do the house justice! Very spacious. All of the rooms are good in size and have good privacy, but also well connected to the main parts of the home. The sunroom is amazing!! It was the room we spent all of our time in just watching the river. The kitchen is very nice and easy to cook in with plenty of dishes and needed cooking items. The home is set back on the property making jt very private and ideal for getting away from the world. Wonderful place to stay, and the hosts were awesome! Quick to respond and very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay even better!

River House

The house and property were amazing. Right on the Santa Fe. We spent most of the evenings at the house but had a rain/rest day and the amount of things to do just at the house were amazing. The property managers did a check in during our stay which I had never had before so it was nice in the event any question arose. We are already planning our next trip.

Great Stay!

This house is in an amazing location. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. Jeff and Michelle took 6 of us on a jet ski tour and we had so much fun! We used the tubes that were available to float the river. The house has so many extras like floats, life vests, kayaks. We saw deer on property everyday. I can’t say enough great things about our experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Riverside Retreat

Huge property but close where needed. Easy walk to dock and water or the open land to play. Fantastic secluded space for a getaway. We had 6 adults and this was perfect for us. Clean rafts and toys stored in the enclosed lower level or what I would call the Florida Basement. Lots of deck space to spread around people if you need a break from your trip associates. Location central to enjoying the area springs.

This property was amazing. Beyond our expectations. The best part was the Santa Fe river in your backyard. Everything was provided to enjoy the river and all the springs. Can't wait to come back.

Unspoiled Peace

Peace and serenity abounds! This property is amazing and has everything you need for your stay! All the light switches are labeled, making it easy. It was just my husband & dogs on this trip, but there is plenty of various games (board games, jenga, ping pong, pac man, horse shoe pit, disc golf, etc.,), river tubes, kayaks, etc., available to keep the family entertained. There is a nice fenced area for the dogs, and they even have some pet bowls available to use for food & water. The massage chair was a nice treat! You can get groceries delivered by instacart (just make sure that you include a decent tip to make it worth the shoppers time to deliver so far away. Michelle was very responsive and friendly to our needs! We definitely look forward to staying again in the future!

Summer trip

It was amazing lots of room,several sitting places inside and out. We went kayaking, jet skiing, fishing, tubing. There games at the house , fire pit was a big hit. Host were great made sure we had everything just a great place to stay. Would do again

Great place for a relaxing vacation!

This is our second time at this house and it never disappoints! The house is very well stocked, great garage with plenty of entertainment. Plenty of tubs and kayaks. I love all deer every time we drove in and out of the property. Would definitely recommend! Michelle was a great host!
