Welcome to the beautiful white sand beaches of Alabama s Gulf Coast! Enjoy your stay in the brand new, beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo that easily sleeps 12! Our 9th floor D unit is unique in the fact that you have glorious views of the Gulf from every room! Large open floor plans offer visitors room to spread out and the huge balcony invites you to take in the unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico for miles.

Wake up each morning with spectacular views from each of the bedrooms. This unit features flat screen televisions in each room and a large LCD in the living room. A wet bar with ice maker and a large kitchen makes entertaining a dream.The outdoor balcony grill make it easy to prepare the perfect meal!

When you are ready to leave the unit, right downstairs you can enjoy the huge indoor pool, sauna or fitness room. And right outside, this complex features the only lazy river on the beach along with water slides and another large pool for guests of all ages to enjoy. If you are so inclined, walk directly onto one of the most beautiful, white sand beaches in the world!

This unit is a non-smoking unit. All renters must be 25 years of age to rent and there are no pets allowed. We have offered three telephone numbers to make it easy for you to make your vacation reservations. Please call. This condo is beautiful and the location is perfect, very close to restaurants and grocery stores. I had my morning coffee on the balcony each day and watched dolphins swim by. Our grandkids loved the indoor pool and the elevators!!! We would to be back again next year

The location of the condo is great. We’ve stayed at various condos at The Turquoise before. However, this condo needs a deep clean and some TLC.The list is long so I won’t go into it. Being a STR owner myself, we have very high standards and expect places to stay to deliver the same as we give our guests.

Extremely large and beautiful condo! We were really happy with the accommodations! After staying in multiple near by condos over the last 11 years this unit is by far the nicest! Parking was convenient and amenities were top notch! Thank you for such a nice vacation getawau!

Turquoise vacay

One week. Beach every day, lazy river. Indoor and outdoor pool. Poolside sandwiches and cocktails. Hot tub on the room’s 9th floor porch worked great. Lots of room for 8 of us.

Room Temperature

One of the bedrooms was so hot we couldn't use it.The west side of the building gets so hot from the sun - the AC couldn't keep the room cold enough to sleep-in.One of the couch chairs had a big stain or food on it.The fireplace door wouldn't stay closed, hot tub frame was cracked, handrail was bent.I'll definitely will rent a room on the east side of the building next time. Nice and clean, large condo

The unit was clean & as described. Owner was communicative & helpful for all questions. Plenty of seating for all of us & enough kitchen amenities to make things work.

Family spring Break

The property was very nice and spacious, well equipped. It is getting a bit “worn” with a few minor maintenance issues. The hot tub was a little cloudy when we arrived and that took a few days for them trying to save it before draining and cleaning it. The was disappointing for the teens in our group. We would gladly stay there again but we will bring our own pillows as everyone complained about the ones there.

Our stay was okay. The location of the condo is wonderful! However, we had to call maintenance immediately when we arrived due to our toilet leaking. We were not able to use it until the next day. There was also black hair found in blankets and sheets-we are all redheads or blondes-so the cleanliness was not up to standards. We would not stay again.

Roomy But Very Tired

The condo has great room, and we were very comfortable. We love Turquoise place for the amenities.We also love the attention given daily to the hot tub. However, the condo needs desperately to be undated, refurbished, attention paid to it by the owner. The drapes are coming off from the hook in several rooms, the kitchen and master bath have veneer coming off the cabinets, the ottoman in the master bedroom legs break if you put any weight on it. They have to be screwed back in. One dishwasher did not clean. Kitchen needed attention. Ice maker stopped making ice.To be a luxury condo it did not have the finished look that you would expect.

UPDATES NEEDED!

The unit is in need of thorough cleaning! Upon arrival the unit looked like fresh toilet paper, soap and kitchen towels were replaced. However the balcony furniture was disheveled, a broken recliner was still there and lots of sand. Tile, grout on floors, are dirty. Several commodes have mold in the basin. The dishwashers aren’t attached to the cabinets so they aren’t steady. The twin drawer dishwasher holds water after the cycle is over. The living room drapes have holes in them. The veneers on some cabinet doors and drawers are loose. The Turquoise is a great facility. Just this unit needs attention. .

Great property

We loved staying at this condo and plan on coming back. The corner unit gave breathtaking views of the gulf and beyond. The bedrooms and closets were spacious and beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors.

Our best beach vacation - amazing unit and property

Turquoise Place was absolutely perfect. Details of the property and amenities exceeded our high expectations. There were activities and experiences for every age group from young to senior adults. The property was clean and updated in every area. The celebration of July 4 was over-the-top amazing. From star appliques on the sidewalks to music and fireworks. Our unit exceeded expectations as well. The unit was clean upon arrival and included all the amenities needed for our large family. A commercial size fridge and freezer was perfect for our large grocery orders. The large gas cooktop and the gas grill on the balcony made it easy and enjoyable for us to prepare meals. Two dishwashers and even a stand-alone ice maker were pleasant surprises. The hot tub on the balcony was nice when we weren't quite ready for the beach, lazy river or pools. The property was highly rated even with our teens - there were plenty of areas for them to enjoy without leaving the property. EVERY Turquoise Place staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Unit 909D and Turquoise Place. We hope to return again in the future.

Absolutely breathtaking views!

This was our second stay at this specific condo, and it was just as incredible as the first time. Very spacious and has all the amenities you could dream of. We can't wait to come back for another visit!

Cousin’s reunion

We had a marvelous time at Orange Beach and in the apartment. The apartment was beautiful and the size and location perfect. We were disappointed with the cleanliness-the sheets and floors were not clean, some beds not made, The showers had no mats and no grab bars so not safe. The hot tub was great but no steps to get into it and the kitchen was not clean- dirty counters, dirty and broken dishwasher(it fell out of the cabinet).
