Located in the exclusive Lost Creek Development, The Panacea is a stunning 4,500 sq. ft. luxury cabin built by Kevin and Krissa Perry, the visionary owners behind Lost Creek. Perfectly situated in the heart of Hochatown, you're just minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, the Ouachita National Forest, and all the best local attractionsāwithout the stress of navigating back roads or getting lost.
Designed for both comfort and style, The Panacea features four master suites, each with a king-sized bed dressed in premium bedding, a wall-mounted 59ā Smart TV, and a private En Suite bathroom. Bathrooms are outfitted with sleek quartz countertops, dual sinks, and walk-in floor-to-ceiling glass showers with multiple showerheadsāthree of the four suites include these spa-style showers, while the fourth offers a large soaking tub/shower combo for extra relaxation. A full laundry room with detergent is available for guest convenience.
With soaring 28-foot ceilings and an open-concept design, the main living area is built to bring everyone together. Gather around the custom handmade staircase and white oak floors under massive timber beams, or unwind by the cozy fireplace while enjoying the 70ā Smart TV and Bluetooth-compatible soundbar. The expansive kitchen is equipped with stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, a pull-out microwave, bar refrigerator, ice maker, and a full coffee station with a starter kit to kick off your mornings right.
Step through the large sliding glass doors onto the massive covered deckāan outdoor living space built for unforgettable moments. The Panacea was completed in October 2018 by Kevin & Krissa Perry. We both grew up around the Paris, TX area in small towns. We both graduated Paris Junior College with Associate Degrees' in Nursing. We have had a vacation home in Hochatown since 2007 and have been coming to Hochatown and Broken Bow Lake area for many years prior. We have worked in the Healthcare Industry since 1992 and owned our own business since 1994. Healthcare being our primary business we have also worked in commercial and residential real estate since 2001 and a retail business since 2014. We have had the privilege of having spent a lot of quality time with our family and friends and have made some great memories in Hochatown over the years. One particular was watching our son and his friends grow up there spending many days on the lake and in the woods. With the recent growth we have seen in the area there are so many more things to enjoy, but not to many beat spending the day on the lake or a hike through the woods then ending it sitting around a campfire making s'mores and telling stories.
Hochatown and the lake area is such a family-oriented place where you can spend time unwinding, and reconnecting. Having owned our own business, we really needed a place to go to de-stress and just get away. There were even times when we were hesitant in going to the Cabin but as soon as we pulled into our drive it was an instant relief and could almost feel the weight lifted off our shoulders. My wife and I would always look at each other and at the same time and say, āIām glad we cameā. We have had the privilege of traveling to many places around the world and we always enjoy coming back to our cabin in the woods in Hochatown, OK and Livin' The HochaLife!
