Cozy Waterfront Cottage 6, All Guests have complimentary use of many kayaks, paddle boards and canoes to explore the Peconic Bay, including Free Beach Pass to 5 Local Town Beaches. We are in Wine Country with over 40 Wineries for tastings and tours. Indulge in the Historic Culture of Long Island. Look at our reviews J&S Reeve Cottages. We are Pet Friendly. Come on out and stay with us for your much needed calm, quiet and relaxing vacation, that you deserve! Tranquility at Its Best!

Exterior

Separate cottage one story with screened in porch surrounded by green grass and well manicured. Parking by the cottage. 365 feet of waterfront. Garden is towards the rear of the cottage near separate laundry room, outdoor shower and community propane barbecue. Each cottage has a personal charcoal barbecue.


Local Area

Located on the Northfork of Long Island NY in Wine Country, Fine Dining, Unique Local Shops, Tanger Outlets and Every Day Town Life Shops. Vibrant small and old town feel with many local shops, farm stands to go to, 40 plus wineries to take tours, activities and especially taste the wine, all a few minutes away by car.

Adorable cottage. Beautiful property!

Thanks to John & Sandy, a perfect getaway!

We decided to take our chances with the weather and we won! We had a fabulous time at these lovely cottages sitting at a pristine waterfront and were delighted with the early signs of spring. Our waterfront cottage was newly painted, immaculate and comfortable and well situated within shouting distance of wineries, restaurants, markets and a wide choice of beaches. We brought our bicycles along and were delighted with our days. Our hosts were lovely and so helpful in planning our adventures and making sure our stay was perfect. And it was. Thanks to John and Sandy! We'll be back to paradise soon!

A peaceful and relaxing few days...

Sandy and John have a beautiful property they share with all the guests. The kayaks and paddleboards were available for use and the lawn with the lounge chairs and hammock made for a great spot to read. The cottages are near each other but everyone was respectful of the space. The laundry was a plus after traveling a few days in NYC in the heat. I'd return here again. Thanks for everything.

Cute little cottages on the bay

The cottages were very cute on gorgeous property right on the bay. It was dog friendly, however no fenced in area (which would have been nice to let our dogs run around a little). Hosts were great and readily available. We will definitely come back again.

Weekend getaway

The property is beautiful, views all around. The property manager and family are very friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying here again someday.

Incredible location

Wonderful! Didn't want to leave!

Just returned from a wonderful 10 days at this Aquebogue cottage property. We loved it and could have stayed all summer. Accommodations are clean, well maintained and bed is comfortable. The owners are great and John even installed another air conditioner into our cottage so that my mother could close the door and sleep undisturbed by my 2 large dogs! Thank you again! The a/c that was in cottage did an excellent job of cooling the whole place, but closing the door was key to my mom's good rest and i was very grateful that he was able to help us with this. The property is lovely with waterfront serenity, relaxing hammocks and a wonderful outdoor shower that brought me back to childhood cabin rentals and summer camps. Pet friendly policy is great. Flowers everywhere in bloom take all your cares away! Recommend!
