It is a very large well appointed home, great for family vacations. Outdoor area was great, but the cushions on the lanai need cleaning. Communication with the agency was fair. Cleaning people showed up day after arrival and floors needed attention. All in all, nice home with lots of space.

Beautiful!

The outdoor living space is absolutely amazing! The interior is beautiful, clean and spacious, we had a group of 9 and had plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and we spend most of the day in them.

March Break

My family really enjoyed our stay here! Absolutely beautiful spot. The home is lovely and very clean. The outdoor are was our favourite by far though! The pool, hot tub, seating area and outdoor kitchen was perfect. We spent most of our days there. We will definitely book this spot again! Thank you Vtrips

Great Thanksgiving

We all LOVED this property. The outdoor area was perfect for our family. We swam every day in the heated pool and sat before breakfast in the jacuzzi. We would surely stay here again. The place was perfect for our family. It was very close to grocery stores and Walmart. Thanksgiving 2020 couldn't have been better.

Best vacation ever

The property is Wonderful! Very spacious and homey. We enjoyed ever bit of the backyard and outdoor patio and pool. We had breakfast and lunch outside. Just a note, don't use the grill, that is a fire hazard waiting to happen. We were most impressed with the peace and quiet throughout the neighborhood. Overall everything was amazing

Beach daze

We enjoyed our stay at the home it is very roomy and we loved the pool and the outside area. The outdoor kitchen needs some major TLC and the gas grill needs to be replaced. We understand this is a pet friendly rental but there was pet hair covering everything in the master bedroom including the bed. Over all stay was very pleasant though.

Amazing Property!!

Overall - the Vtrips Team was simply amazing to work with! The house is gorgeous including the outside living space!! We would have spent every waking moment in the warm swimming pool & hot tub if it hadnt rained so very much. Plenty of space at this property!! The only downfall is that the living room couches, the family room couch and the queen bed desperately need to be replaced. But overall - we will be back in a few years to stay here again. It was very centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go!! Thet

Great place near St Augustine

We stayed here last 2 years now. The patio and pool are beautiful. I donā€™t think youā€™ll find a rental with a better one. Big private fenced yard for your pet if needed. Youā€™ll spend most of your time near the pool. Not to take anything away from the house. The house is very clean with everything on one floor. Very nicely designed. If you rent it once, youā€™ll rent it again. Quiet neighborhood, close to beaches and St Augustine. Only thing I wish it had was a king bed in one of the bedrooms but great rental! Phil C

Stay at Beach Daze

The property was very clean and as listed. There were plenty of extra towels and necessities. The only thing is I could not get the outside TV to work and there were batteries missing out of some remotes. I was told someone would come and bring batteries as well as show how to work remotes and no one ever showed so I ended up spending money buying batteries but still not able to watch the tv outside or in the room with bunk beds for the kids. Other than that I would recommend and book again!

Great place, just needs some TLC

Property manager was very responsive to any issues. Nothing major, just had some issues with the previous renters who had a party and some things were broken, but again, PM was responsive and fixed what they could. The couches need to be replaced, as they have an odor and are not comfortable, very worn out. The BEST part of the property was the outside, where we stayed most of the time, the grill, bathroom, pool, hottub, TV, bar area - was wonderful. Pool needed to be cleaned and deck needed a good washing/sweeping. But it was all in all, very nice.

Mixed feelings

The house is beautiful! No doubt. But the beds are small. And the heat was not working in the pool or the hot tub. The management company was called 4 times. The first 3 calls, we were told we would be called back but this never happened. The items weren't fixed until Thursday, and we had arrived on Saturday. That's long time to not have something you paid for! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub Thursday and Friday, but we left Saturday morning. The communication from VTrips was awful! Again, the house is beautiful, and in a quiet area. We enjoyed that.

We got there an hour early due to better travel time than expected. This place has no flexibility on checkin which was a little inconvenient but ok. The place was comfortable to a point. The outdoor oven is not as described, we could not even figure out how it worked so we were a bit disappointed by that. The master bedroom was beautiful but built with very tall people In mind as was the kitchen and outdoor kitchen. Iā€™m 5ā€™2 and could barely get in the bed. It was about 4 feet off the ground. The internet did not work for the first 2 and a half days we were there which is a huge problem for children. The location was quite isolated as well. 10-15 minutes to the nearest gas station or grocery store and farther to a beach. We needed up having to drive half an our to the beach and farther to go out to eat. The more local beach was a stripe of sand and very rough water, it was unsafe for small children or older adults. There was also broken glass in the pool probably from a previous stay that had glass out on the pool deck. Many things were broken in the house as well. The ladder to the bunk beds, a swivel chair out on the pool deck, the pool lights and fountains. No extra linens or towels which were the equivalent of sandpaper. Luckily we traveled with our own towels and linens. So nice but did not really have the touches of a welcoming vacation rental. No salt or pepper no additional comfort things you need when renting out a vacation house like soap dish detergent.

We arrived on a Cold late November Sunday For a family vacation over Thanksgiving, what we expected and is normal for a house of this price was a clean house with a nice outdoor area and a heated pool, What we got was no heated pool, No outdoor electronics, Spiders all over the property, inside and out, whole house had to be deep cleaned by my wife and I so we could entertain family. Not worth it, Just ruined our Vacation! DONT DO IT!!!

Backyard Escape

The property was exactly what we needed. The great outdoor space could NOT have been better! Don't miss the opportunity to pick up fresh, local "catch of the day" from AlA Fisheries, then choose to prepare your fresh catch either inside, or on the outdoor built in grill. We swam, visited, cooked, and ate outside. The only time spent inside was for showering (who wouldn't want to spend time in the luxurious shower?) and sleeping. Being only 15 minutes away from the beach, made multiple visits a breeze. If you want to be away from the crowd, with all the comforts of home, you can't go wrong with this rental.

Slightly disappointed but still made the best of it

After a few hours of being there, noticed wome items were broken. The front door was unable to be open due to looking like it was kicked in. Screens were torn on the back patio, garbage was left in the garage from previous renters, two cords were missing from two different tv areas, the heater in the pool was not working which isn't a major deal breaker but a jacuzzi shouldn't be cold. Notified the property manager in regards to door and a bug problem on Sunday and make them aware of items. The door was still hard to open but we didnt have the bugs. One the plus side the outside bonus kitchen and living space made the evenings very enjoyable with family and friends. Beaches were approx. 15 plus minutes away. Remotes did have batteries unlike some other reviews. The house was spacious for 11 people and there was a nice size fenced in yard so kids could run and play.

Highly recommend for a family get together

Excellent house with all the amenities we needed. Pool, jacuzzi, and canal dock where we had a wonderful fishing time with our granddaughter. Very clean, and close distance to everything. We enjoyed a visit to San Agustin and Daytona Beach. Quiet neighborhood was a plus!

Nice place if the management company cared

The home is clean, has a big backyard and an awesome outdoor pool. There are no battles for the remotes, the hot tub does not work, no heat The remote for the pool is broke and you need to control from the panel on the side of the house. The outdoor tv is great if you can get it to work. So a lot of quite time as you wonā€™t be able to get any of these awesome outdoor items to work and the management company will give you the pool maintenance phone number instead of fixing. Iā€™m also an IT guy so I fix a lot of stuff.
