Stunning EXPERIENCE here in Cinnamon Beach! Coco's Cottage from Cinnamon Beach Vacations offers breathtaking Ocean and Lake views, as well as the most amazing sunsets you've ever seen! Desirable location at the end of the street, making it the only home in the community that is bordered by water on the side as well as on the back!
What makes Coco's Cottage unique, is it is the only home in the community that features "guest quarters" adjacent to the main house, complete with its own entrance! This separate King Bed suite with full bath and coffee bar is the perfect place for your extended family or friends. They can come and go as they please, and there is a covered walkway to the main house for when the whole group gathers. There is no other home like it!

The layout in the main house is fantastic: the wide-open ground floor features a beautiful kitchen and Queen Bed guest suite with full bath ensuite. Another room offers a Twin Trundle bed with a dual-entry bathroom that can be accessed by guests in the main living areas. The cozy living room flows out to the jaw-dropping pool and patio area! You'll feel like you have your own private oasis overlooking the lake. Relax and enjoy!

The second floor of the main house is home to the plush master suite with a King Bed. It is also home to a Queen Bed guest suite. Step out on the master suite balcony and enjoy mesmerizing sunsets! Your view is down the longest part of the lake, offering incredible views of the sun glittering on the water. Watch birds, turtles, and otters at play! Look just to the south and watch the golfers on the green of the Golf Course.

The top floor of Coco's Cottage is a magnificent escape for the kids, featuring a game room, 3 bunk beds, and a full bath. Lots of fun on this floor!

When you want to head to the beach, utilize the beach supplies at the home. Take some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella in the Beach Cart for your short stroll to the beach. Or ride the 2 bikes available to cruise around the community. The home also has a pack-n-play for younger guests.

This house has good "bones" if you will. But the details are almost entirely left out. Others have commented on the dire state of the mattresses: I would echo that! They have simply put on cheap mattress toppers which are also pretty gross. The pillows need to be replaced. The reason we are all seeing the underbelly of the beds is because we are required to strip the beds and start a load of laundry before we can check out. The window treatments are broken, there is nothing of use in the kitchen. We had buy even the bare basics such as pans (they have a couple that are filled with PFAs), sponges and even hand soap. Not planning on returning.

Canā€™t say enough good things about this property! Our first time in the area was a 10/10 experience. Traveling with an infant, kids, and a teen can be tricky, but this home had everything we needed and more. Beautiful house, fully stocked kitchen, amazing pool, and incredible community amenities. The beach was a short walk away and quiet and relaxing every day. Cinnamon Beach Vacations made the whole process easy. Weā€™ll definitely be back!

Beautiful property at Hammock Beach. This is our second time staying here. Itā€™s close to the beach and has a lovely pool. The best part was being together as a family.

Beautiful family vacation home

This is the second year our family has stayed in this neighborhood and we love it. Cocoā€™s Cottage did not disappoint our family. It was very clean, spacious and the private pool was a hit with the whole family. We would love to stay here again.

Gorgeous, very spacious, easily accommodated our three families. Great location, short walk to beach and beach house. Pool is a good size and the heater came in VERY handy in December.

We stayed at the property while working in the area. The house is great. Very spacious and offered both privacy and communal time when needed. Crystal was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for.

Enjoyable stay at Cocoā€™s cottage

We have stayed at this house several times. It is a beautiful coquina rock beach. The house has a lovely pool and fits 8 adults comfortably. The kitchen functions well but it lacking lots of the basics. If you plan to cook then bring your own things. The bedrooms are spacious and bright. The mattress are soft and some are lumpy. They have added mattress toppers but IMO they need replacing. Overall this a great place and we will return.

We love our stay! House was very close to the beach, nice warm private pool, and plenty of space. Small improvements could be more dishwasher cubes (2 for a week), more dishsoap (we had the tiniest bottle Iā€™ve ever seen) and more garbage bags (3 for a week in addition to the two to start)ā€¦not enough for a week with 4 adults and 3 kids.

Coco's Cottage

Our Family of 5 had an amazing time. The house was very clean. The community's quiet and relaxing. The beach, top notch. The private pool was perfect. My only advice, stop at Publix on your way in. There are no spices (not even salt and pepper) or cooking (food) supplies , like most VRBO'S we have rented. When I asked the Consier about missing things(like a pasta strainer, we just wanted to borrow one), they Amazoned us one immediately. The service was top notch.

Nice Home, Not Appointed Well

57 Cinnamon Beach Way is a nice home in a good location but not appointed well. Pool furniture was mostly all broken and boxes of new furniture was in garage, which kept us from being able to use the garage. Only three towels in master bath and no kitchen dish rags available.

Great house and pool! Had a great time

We really enjoyed our stay at this house, although we really felt the beach was only okay, since there were lots of large stones and jagged ones too, in the water. Not a very good beach in terms of water accessibility. Thankfully the house was very nice and had plenty of room for our multiple family members and the pool was super nice too! Fortunately, we're pretty close to beaches where we are from, but if you were coming mainly for the beach, there are better locations along Florida's east coast. Pricing for the house was on the expensive side in terms of rentals, but it was clean, spacious and close to the grocery store. So a good value, but not a great value!

Family vacation

We have returned to Cocoā€™s cottage for a family vacation. This home sits on a pseudo corner lot with a lush swamp to one side and views of the golf course to the back giving you picturesque sunset views. The home design and decor are well done. If you plan to cook, bring all your essentials as this kitchen has the bare minimum of pots, pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, and sharp knives. There are plenty of plates, cups, and silverware. They replaced the grill and it worked perfectly. šŸ˜ I recommend bringing extra towels and washcloths. There is plenty of beach towels and toys. The third floor will accommodate small children/teens and is a great place for young teen to hang out, however is not ideal for adults needing to sleep as the bunk beds appear to be standard child size. Overall, this is a great place to stay with plenty of room to vacation.

House had a few maintenance issues which I reported to the manager.Patio furniture could use updating and upgrading as it was very uncomfortable.Also, when we arrived there was an overpowering scent of air freshener. Found this was caused by a plug-in air freshener in every room! Had to unplug them due to asthma and allergies of some family members.Overall though the house was comfortable and spacious and well equipped.I would recommend it.

Beautiful property! Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at cocoā€™s cottage. House is very roomy and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for our 5 adult children and their spouses. Nice that each room has its own bathroom. Heated pool was a plus on the few cloudy cool days we had and the proximity to the beach was good. We also loved how pet friendly Cinnamon beach, Flagler Beach and Cocoā€™s cottage is so even the four legged kids had fun. When I booked the property the description said that each room had at least a queen bed, but one room has a daybed with trundle. Still worked OK for us, so not a big deal. There was no broom or vacuum at the property which would have been nice for a week long stay that included 12 people and dogs. Again not a big deal, just a nice to have. I liked that soaps and some TP was provided and the pots and pans were really nice. Lots of Tupperware for leftovers too, but no sheet pans. All of these are just suggestions/nice to have and definitely did not deter us from totally enjoying our stay! Thank you for a memorable Christmas!

Several things were broken or damaged. Ceiling fans could use a good dusting. Damage to fridge, window blinds broken, 2 pool chairs broken, plus pool heater was never on. These things should all be set for move in date. Otherwise its a great home, just needs attention.

The view from the back patios is beautiful! All the birds and flowers made it extra special. We would definitely stay there again.
