What a view! This private home is located in a quiet gated community of Venture 3 on Hutchinson Island. Newer than new Intracoastal Home, Gourmet top of the line kitchen facing the Intracoastal. Disappearing glass sliders open to the world of Nautical Delight. Enjoy the sunsets right from your own private balcony. Watch the dolphins and manatees daily. Master bath has a huge walk-in shower. Intracoastal to Ocean community. Beautiful clubhouse with lots of amenities. Two pools and your own private beach directly across the street with your own parking.

The Beach House is a Key West style concrete block home in a mixed-use waterfront community consisting of one and two-story block houses, mobile homes, and luxury RV's. The location on the island can't be beat-walking distance to everything you will need for an awesome vacation!

If you like to fish, there is great fishing in the river right in your backyard.

There is an application that includes a background check required by the HOA.

Excellent location with great wide-water views! Cozy but comfortable, and right on the water.Anthony makes sure to take great care of the place and responds, when rarely needed, right away.I hope to visit again next season!

Just a wonderful place!

What a wonderful little spot, with gorgeous wide-water views of the Indian River… truly serene! Anthony is a great host, quick to respond if needed, not that you will need much. The neighborhood has nice amenities and beach access is quite handy as well!I will definitely be back!!! MT

This is an incredible property. It is a beautiful home and tastefully decorated. Amazing sunset views. Anthony was very prompt in responding when contacted. There are many things to do and see in the area.

Beautiful Sunsets from

My husband & I stayed the month of January. Although the weather wasn’t always the best (cooler & often very windy), we enjoyed our stay in this Key West style home. The views were phenomenal! Beautiful sunsets over the water! To our delight, we saw many dolphins! We sometimes were unable to sit outside early or late because of the no-seeums (tiny mosquitoe-like insects) as often as we’d like. Talking to locals, certain times of year & damp weather conditions can make them bad. However, being directly on the water was great! The kitchen & bathroom were large & beautifully remodeled. We found the queen size bed slightly uncomfortable (too soft) & often squeaked with movement. However, not necessarily a deal-breaker for returning here. The main reason for leaving a 4-star instead of 5 is there was no WiFi & limited (very basic) cable TV stations available. Had we not been staying a month, this probably wouldn’t have been as much of an issue. We ended up having to increase our cellphone package to accommodate & use a phone as a hotspot to get on our laptop. I did speak with an owner about this before we left & I believe they’re looking into getting WiFi soon. Overall, a great stay with friendly neighbors!

Didn't want to leave!

Great home in a beautiful paradise. Watched dolphins swim every morning right from our deck. Sunsets were incredible. Quiet neighborhood with a refreshing pool. The private beach just a short distance from complex. Owner was great to work with. Hoping to return!

Absolutely Stunning Home and Great Stay!

I can't say enough about this place! It's unfortunate that the reason I was in St. Lucie was for work, as there is so much to do there, but the biggest comfort I had was being able to stay in this magnificent home for the last 40 days. I must state that Anthony was extremely great to deal with the entire time, showed me the place and amenities, and made sure to pass on a few of the local places for me to check out. He was laid back, and fun to talk to. The home is in stunning condition, and is beautiful inside and out. The view from the balcony is amazing, and interior of the home is even nicer than the pictures show. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary utensils, cookware, and serving dishes you could need. It's roomy and the appliances are new and work great. The washer and dryer worked great, and have plenty of room, not like your smaller stacking units. The bathroom is luxurious and roomy, with an amazing shower. The pool is large and is a short 2-3 minute walk from the house, is kept clean, and was usually very quiet. I travel 4-5 months out of the year for work, staying in hotels for up to 40 days at a time, and ventured out on VRBO with this one, and will definitely stay here next time I'm in town for work. I can't imagine going back to a hotel. This definitely has me hooked! Thanks again Anthony!!
