It sits right on the ocean at Cane Bay in the USVI on beautiful St. Croix!

The beach, diving, dive center and restaurants are steps away. You are nestled in a residential community with lots of friendly neighbors, 15 minutes from Frederiksted, Christiansted or the airport.

The property has a full 600 sq North Shore waterfront foot deck with furniture, a pool and additional deck and outdoor entertainment area which is shared with other condos in this small intimate community with only 9 condo units.
The unit itself has a full kitchen, great room area with a queen pull out sofa, private master bedroom with King bed and shared bath. Parking for one vehicle inside of private gated lot. Luxury Linen, and bedding provided. Complimentary shower gel and shampoo/conditioner.
Great for 1-2 couples...A private Getaway or Honeymoon!!
Ask about 2 day rentals, available for 300/night.

Beautiful view oceanfront and mostly private . I would recommend this for 2 people only as it is pretty small. Did find some concerns…..there is not a dishwasher, no access to WiFi at the pool, sink in bathroom barely flows water, deck boards loose.

Great Place to Stay

Wonderful king size bed with TV's in the bedroom and living room. Well stocked and up to date. Laundry facilities and gas grill in the common area are right next to the condo. If you want to be by Cane Bay & on the Northshore Seaclusion Condos are a great option. Both me & my wife would stay at this condo again

Wonderful oceanfront vacation

We had a wonderful time. The condo is large, clean, RIGHT on the ocean, and the bed is very comfortable. AC worked well, too, and there is a large floor fan in the bedroom (great for hot sleepers like us). We had some issues with the WiFi but the owners were very responsive. The kitchen is one of the more well stocked I’ve seen in a condo, but there is no dishwasher (owners provided cleaning supplies though). A truly relaxing and wonderful stay, and we can’t wait to be back!

Great, Updated Unit

Excellent unit. There are approximately 9 units on this property. Some are for rent and some are not. We have friends that have stayed in and/or seen almost all of the units. They said this one is the nicest. Kitchen has everything you need, mattress is comfortable and furniture is great. The hosts were very responsive. We especially like the awnings on the porch to keep the rain off. We love the low key area, which has one of the best restaurants anywhere (AMA) within a short walk of the property. Food is great and the location cannot be beat. Also, the landing is also within walking distance on cane bay beach. We were there between thanksgiving and Christmas, so maybe a bit of a slower time, but we had the pool to ourselves. The folks that take care of the property were former owners and take a lot of pride in the upkeep and it shows.

NO dishwasher, no dish clothes or dish soap to wash dishes by hand. Pool was under maintenance. Couch was dirty and pull out couch mattress was disgusting.

Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Windows By The Sea at Seaclusion with our 6 and 8 year old, and we would totally stay again! Everything was clean and as described, the view and porch was incredible. I loved the location and being able to walk to AMA, Off The Wall, Sunny Shore Up for breakfast, Spratnet, and The Landing. We easily could have walked to the beach right near The Landing but we usually had beach chairs and towels (all supplied by the condo) so we drove our rental car. The whole unit was SO comfortable, totally cool with the a/c and the beds were amazing, we slept great! I needed to correspond a couple of times with the owners and they were really responsive and helpful. This house is right on the water so you’ll hear the sounds of the waves as you sleep. You can’t enter the water here though, too many rocks, but it is still stunning with amazing breezes. And the pool! My kids could have stayed at the pool all day, with another incredible view. We are splitting our stay between here and another house in Frederiksted, and we were so sad to leave. I’m so thankful we found this place on our first trip to STX so we know where we want to stay when we come back!

North Shore with View

Great location with breathtaking view of ocean and sunsets. Really nice and spacious deck right on water. Cane Bay area is great. Deb is really nice and very easy to deal with. Thanks Again!!

All winter is not enough

Beautiful property .spectacular deck overlooking the ocean. Clean. Hosts Debbie and Art could not have been more generous and gracious. North shore location is beautiful but requires a rental car...drive on the left. Sofa bed is comfortable but access to the washroom is through the bedroom. 900 steps to Cane Bay beach and Landings restaurant and good snorkeling.

Great Location & Beautiful View

Thank you, Debbie & Art, for such a great two weeks. The property’s location near Cane Bay and local restaurants couldn’t have been better and the hammock on your deck was a perfect spot to lay back and enjoy the beautiful blue water and waves crashing below. Your property was also located conveniently between Christiansted and Fredericksted and we enjoyed both. Mostly, however, we are appreciative of your attentiveness to internet issues (island life) and flexibility in scheduling this trip. Love the upstairs unit, too!!!!! Thank you both again and hope to see you again!

Crashing waves!

Nice place with crashing waves below the balcony. Good property, pool, kitchen, couch, bedding. Not a great location for access to restaurants and amenities. Everything is a drive. Poor shower and bathroom sink. They look great, but don’t work well. Same with the deck furniture. Needs replacement. Beware the mosquitoes and also no acces to water without 1/4 mile hike down the hill on and narrow road.

A little piece of paradise

My husband, 4-year-old son, and I had the perfect end-of-summer vacation in Labor Day week. The condo was extremely clean and up-to-date. The views are out of this world. It's in a great location close to beaches and restaurants. This is our second time visiting St. Croix and it did not disappoint. We had some bad weather at the beginning of the week, but Debbie and Art were great at keeping the power on and communicating. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful property with us!

Beautiful views but no phone service

This was a gorgeous condo with lots of security code to make sure you are safe. Only complaint is that the condo is in a phone service dead zone. Your phone can not be used if you are not connected to wifi. That made it difficult to call taxis to pick me up without going back into my room to connect to wifi. Nevertheless, everything else was great.

Great Location!

The house was wonderful with a great location with everything you need. Walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants and bars. Make sure to walk over and have dinner at Ama! Reserve a table in the Grotto! We will be back.

Loved the outside deck overlooking the sea!

Clean and comfortable with everything you need for a stay. The kitchen was well supplied, beach chairs and towels for the beach. An easy walk to Cane Bay and restaurants-check days and hour open. We spent much of our time on the large deck, never used the air conditioner enjoying the sounds of the crashing waves.

Awesome Sunsets everynight

Great week in St. Croix, loved the island. Good location for condo to get around, only "complaint" would be get better stools to sit at kitchen counter, kinda uncomfortable. But again, certainly not a deal breaker, definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our visit. The condo was great and perfect for us two. Location was great too. Watching the waves crash on the rocks was mesmerizing. Prepare to rent a car however as restaurants are limited in the area.

Great place in great neighborhood!

We had a great time in St. Croix! The condo was clean and lovely with a large back deck with great ocean views. And we were within walking distance of several restaurants (The Landing was our favorite) and Cane Bay beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We have been traveling to and enjoying the USVI over the last 30 years first while dating and married the following year. We recently decided to spend more time here by purchasing this property in 2018. We live the island and the warm, friendly welcoming people. It has always felt relaxed and so much like home to us.
The island us large and not congested. We find more to explore with each visit!

This is absolutely one of the best spots on the island to sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful waves and sun!!! We have loved the quaint, island and friendly people of St. Croix since we started visiting the USVI 30 years ago. We like the ease of travel to the island. The island is easy to get around and the local area on North Shore is great for watching the waves, diving or getting a bite to eat with friends. This spot was created as a get away just for us and we designed it as a comfortable oasis in front of the ocean. The community of Seaclusion is small and welcoming.

This is such a unique area! The North Shore and Cane Bay are our favorite because the area is so laid back and relaxed. The moto is “No Worries”! When you take the scenic drive between the sea and the mountains along the coast, it takes a little while, but enjoy. Driving past rolling hills and sugar mills with the view of Ham’s Bluff helps you remember and appreciate St Croix. The North Shore, Cane Bay, Rust op Twist and a carambole are set on the edge of the island with the best diving in the world, hiking, bars, restaurants and a friendly community to show you a great time while you’re here.
The Landing Beach Bar and most of the area restaurants allow beach goers to eat and drink in nothing but their bathing suits! Don’t try to do that in towns! Enjoy half price burgers and dogs Monday night with live music. Get Leatherback beer on tap, local bush tea, frozen drinks and Specialty Sorbetiere Ice Cream outside.
Sunny Shore Up Food Truck is parked across from the Cane Bay Beach most mornings. It’s the yellow truck w/ colorful tables where they serve wonderful breakfast wraps, bagels, delicious homemade cream cheese varieties, pastries, smoothie. Grab breakfast, cold drinks, sunny mimosas and snacks before you dive, hike or island tour.
Spratnet Beach Bar & Grill on the beach offers lunch, dinner, loads of fun in the sun and a local traditional pig roast on Sunday. Enjoy the bacchanal and dance to the waves and music of the Caribbean Sea. Try a shot of Papawana!
Our favorite for a special evening out is AMA at Cane Bay!
Oceanfront dining with seafood, fine wines, delicious Honey Pie and so much more.
The setting is spectacular! A must do!
