Conveniently located in Cane Bay on St. Croix's North Shore. A short stroll from beach restaurants/bars, fine dining, and Cane Bay Beach, world-renowned for it's scuba diving and snorkeling. For the outside enthusiasts, the North Shore not only offers outstanding snorkeling/diving but also hiking trails, horseback riding, ziplining, Carambola Golf Course, & bioluminescent kayaking, just to name a few! Relax in the seafront saltwater pool; sip on morning coffee on the lower observation deck; watch the hummingbirds at the bistro in the courtyard with the subtle scent of jasmine in the air; descend down to your semi-private beach and enjoy surf fishing or indulge in the tidal pools. This home offers 4 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 and includes 2 ensuite bedrooms. One ensuite offers an 'open air bathroom', a true Caribbean flare! A separate 'studio' has a queen sofa bed, half bath and an outside shower. Enjoy the convenience and comforts of WiFi, a washing machine, dryer, AC, and more during your visit. Relax and enjoy the sounds of the sea waves and the soothing atmosphere of this home away from home. Host available to answer any questions during your stay.

We really enjoyed staying at “This is it!” The house was roomy, clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing and the location is great. It’s close enough to the beach and a few restaurants to be able to walk but not close enough to be bothered by crowds. It felt very private and safe which we loved! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Tisha was super responsive to all our questions! We even had our groceries delivered prior to arrival which was so nice to be stocked when we got there after a long day of travel! The villa was honestly perfect for our family of 5. Incredible views and so comfortable. We loved spending time on the deck as well as searching for sea glass on the beach in front! Would love to return!

Our stay was fabulous—exactly the escape we needed from a brutal winter. The view was spectacular, the landscaping was beautiful, and the house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. It was a perfect fit for our group of six. Tisha is an outstanding host: she was quick to respond to our many inquiries and graciously accommodated a last-minute early arrival when winter weather changed our travel plans. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We thought it was too good to be true but this place was the real deal. Unbelievable view! Perfect set up for our families Christmas vacation. Great communication from the owners and everything was very easy and as advertised.

We had such a wonderful time at Tisha’s. The house was beautiful, we loved hearing the ocean at night. The private beach with the tide pools was so relaxing. It was really nice being able to walk to Cane bay. We highly recommend this home and hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at This Is It. This island quirky home had almost everything we needed for our week. Host was quick to respond and send help when we had an issue with one of the outdoor showers. When our flight home was canceled she allowed us to stay another night. We did need to buy toilet tissue and dish washing soap, not a big deal. And the outdoor grill needs a good cleaning. It was odd to find clothes in dresser drawers and closets. Something we've never experienced before, but its their home and they can do what they want. We'd definitely stay here again.

“This is it” is absolutely amazing! We had a great time, house is very comfortable, great kitchen, very comfy beds, good showers, loved the outdoor showers!! loved the salt water swimming pool, view is breathtaking, great communication with our host Tisha! I can’t say enough good things about our stay! We want to go back!!

This place really is it!! Our family of 5 had an amazing stay here. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pictures didn’t do the place justice. Each room had everything you could need from extra pillows, shower essentials, and plenty of dresser/closet space for clothes. Each room had its own A/C unit but you didn’t even need to use it. We all slept with the windows opened and let the ocean lull us to sleep. The pool was perfect and we spent most of our time out on the back patio and down by the tide pools. The outdoor showers were a hit! There was also a grill which was lovely. I really can’t think of anything additional that was needed at this property. Very comfortable and cozy and loved being so close to Cane Bay. The host Tisha was very kind and quick to respond. 10/10 house to rent in St. Croix! I wish I took more pictures of the inside of the house, it was decorated so nicely, but the view from the back patio really was the star of the show.

Our bird friend. Amazing clear weather, could see the islands across the ocean. Could also see the fireworks from the islands on New Years!

The location of this property is hard to beat and the views are stunning! The house is within walking distance of Cane Bay, a great beach for snorkeling or diving, and two good restaurants. It is well appointed with pretty much everything you need and can comfortably sleep 6 adults. The room with the sleeper sofa offers room for an additional guest or possibly two, but once the sleeper is opened there is very little room to get around, but certainly doable.The water didn't work upon arrival but Tisha responded quickly and had her husband call us to talk us through the process to get it going. We had no issues with it afterwards. I wish there was an option to give stars for different categories as I would've like to have given this property 5 stars for the above reasons. Unfortunately, the AC unit for the main living area and one of the bedrooms was broken and could not be fixed for our stay as it will have to be replaced. It's the only reason I felt I could not give the full 5 stars.
