This condo sits three miles east of downtown Crested Butte, offering guests the perfect location between the fun of town and the adventures of the great outdoors. You'll be three miles south of the 15 chairlifts, 121 winter trails, and 1,547 skiable acres at Crested Butte Mountain Resort - a mountainscape that is just as beautiful come summer and autumn. You'll find a wealth of hiking and mountain biking opportunities in Crested Butte, as well as two lifts open for scenic summer rides.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful Getaway!

This place had everything needed. Our family was able to spread out and we truly enjoyed our stay. The heated floors, the fire place, the beautiful views all made this place extra enjoyable. Great location. We will definitely be back!

Great communication

Fabulous kitchen in this unit. Good location - convenient to town. Cross country skiing is available nearby. I had trouble connecting to the internet and the guest services was very responsive and helpful. Quality management team.

Newest piece of technology is a sick Blu-ray player from 2003

Very nice property as described. Obviously just a managed house with no real residents. The location is great though. If you message the “hosts” it will all be handled through Vacasa and they may reply in 24 hours if you’re lucky. Don’t expect any new technology for $400 a night though! The Blu-ray player and Tv are equally old and unable to handle nextflix.

Amazing house! Amazing stay!

Beautiful kitchen, great bathrooms, our stay was amazing. We rented for a week over the Christmas holiday and would absolutely rate the house as a 10 out of 10!!! Clean, very roomy, great location. It was great having split bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. House is fully furnished with everything you need. Great appliances - all new. Very clean. We are definitely going to rent again this summer. We absolutely recommend.

Great place. Exactly how depicted

We had an awesome stay at this place. It was clean and had everything we needed. The layout was open and cozy and easy to prepare meals and hang out in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean well equipped. Sheets and bedding were comfortable, clean and without stains. WE LOVED the steam shower in the master after a long day of skiing. Thanks for a great stay.

Dirty Condo- hard to overcome first impressions

Upon arrival, the condo was VERY dirty. All common areas had mudballs and gravel on floor and up against all floor transition thresholds, cobwebs in the chandelier, old coffee in the coffee maker, dirt on carpets...we spent the first 40 minutes of our time cleaning before we would even unload the car. I call Vacasa (all the rental communication came from Vacasa even though I booked through VRBO) and they said the local rep would be in contact with me within an hour regarding the situation. I received a text from the local rep 4 hours later apologizing and an offer to send a cleaning crew the next morning. We accepted the offer but it never appeared that any further cleaning (other than what we did!) was ever accomplished. Very dissappointing... The VRBO listing makes the space look modern but it was filthy! Cupboards have dried liquids on all the door fronts, the dishwasher only had a bottom rack with questionable installation, dirty dishes were found put away in the cupboards. We chose to stay as we had already prepaid but unless you want to sweep, vacuum and wash dishes before you start your vacation, I suggest you find another rental.

Spring break trip

We had a wonderful time at Crested Butte and would highly recommend this property. It was well equipped and decorated/designed with high end furnishings. The heated tile floors and steam shower were amazing!! The property was convenient to town and a short 12 min drive to Crested Butte Mtn Lodge. Will definitely be back!

Perfection!

Perfect location. Well stocked kitchen. Beautifuly appointed interior. The master bedroom is superb with extremely comfortable bedding and fantastic steam shower in the master bath. This will be my first choice in crested butte on my next visit!

Quiet retreat

Beautiful place in beautiful setting outside of town of Crested Butte. Quiet and picturesque. Exceptionally stocked kitchen. Large garage was spacious enough for our 4x4 with roof carrier. The unit did not have tissue boxes so bring your own and master bedroom does not have shades on some odd shaped windows, so the full moon shone in like a spotlight. Place was clean except for some garbage had not been taken out to garage and garbage in garage had not been taken out to curb for some time.
