With year-round recreation close to home, this mountain-view condo makes for an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Drive minutes to ski or hike along premier trails, then come back to relax in the shared hot tub that overlooks the scenic mountain range. Inside the second-floor condo, a modern kitchen invites you to prepare convenient meals at home. After you dine, stretch out in the living area and watch a movie before bed on the smart TV. On-site laundry facilities offer added convenience during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I rented this place to get out of Denver for a long weekend. I was a solo traveler and the place was perfect. Clean, safe, comfortable bed, kitchen had everything I needed. Would recommend and stay again.

We had a truly special stay. Stunning space, beautifully furnished and decorated, fitted with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially appreciated Anthony’s restaurant recommendations. The apartment came super clean and check in/out were a breeze. Thank you!

Quiet and peaceful mountain retreat

This studio condo was perfect for a couples getaway. It was quiet and peaceful with very little neighbor noise. The drive to town was easy and so beautiful. The place is nicely decorated, and the bed was quite comfy. We missed having some chairs on the balcony to soak in the gorgeous weather so just used the stools from the dining table. Great location close to golf course and trails. We’d stay here again.

Very comfortable studio full of light

Loved the location, the view of the mountains, the comfortable leather couch, bed and pillows. Kitchen is well stocked. On the 3rd floor. No elevator.

Nice place and great location

It was great. Except when we arrived we parked to the side in front as suggested only to unload and not even 10 min later after bringing up our stuff to unload a local neighbor came after us and nocked on our door rushing us to move car. We understood the rules but we weren’t even there that long so it wasn’t a good first impression or very good hospitality. I can understand if it was there for 30 minutes or something. After that though we had a lovely time and the room was perfect.

Little oasis in the mountains

I loved this place! Perfect for a one person getaway! Just the right spot to runaway into the mountains for some peace and quite, away from all the city noise. I took long, nice walks through the amazing little town they had here, visited to the ski village, and caught up on some reading while cozied up on the couch watching Christmas movies on repeat! The condo was extremely clean and kitchen was well stocked. So quiet, I did not hear any of my neighbors! Check-in/Check-out was extremely smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place. Will probably book again later this season! :)

Comfortable, quiet, and clean

We usually stay at the base of the mountain or in town and this location was a nice change. It was incredibly quiet with unique views and we appreciated the updated and clean space. It would have been helpful to include ski storage info (there is none) in the check-in email. It was a full moon during our stay, which was beautiful, but the unit did not get completely dark at night given it is a completely open space. Only mentioning if it is important to someone to have a completely dark space for sleeping. Overall incredibly happy with our stay.

Poorly maintained. Shower curtain was so filthy. I had to replace it. Closet door was broken. Dishwasher was broken. Have to shovel yourself. No toiletries. No coffee. no spices. No Kleenex. really noisy refrigerator right next to the very hard bed. I felt like I was a maintenance man. Not a very relaxing vacation.

Comfortable

Stayed for a short work trip. Signage into the building left a little to be desired but once in it was very nice. Comfortable and well appointed. Two things to note: 1) if you need complete darkness for sleeping this place may not be for you as the curtains let in lots of light, and 2) there is a loft that was not mentioned in the listing (I guess because you aren't allowed to have more than two people in the place?). Not a big deal but it is worth knowing. I had no issues and would stay again.

Great place, but hot

The inside was verry cozy and clean, but there is no AC (which we knew going into things). We didn't know that the windows don't open and the only way to get a cross-breeze was to open the door to the deck. The screen door wouldn't close all of the way, so there was no way for us to get any fresh air/be able to cool the place down at night without letting a swarm of bugs inside. The deck was covered in massive spiderwebs, so we suffered inside. It was 85° inside the apartment at night with all 3 fans that they provide running on high + a fan that we brought. The location was convenient and easy to get to, but we probably wouldn't stay here again since it was so hot we could hardly sleep.

Beautiful but Cleanliness Issues

It’s a cute cozy little studio but we were very unimpressed with the cleanliness. We got a text from Vacasa asking for feedback on cleanliness after we arrived. We communicated our complaints and they asked if we wanted resolution while we were there. Yes we did. Then no one ever showed up to take care of the issues. Pretty disappointed. Cleanliness issues… dusty (especially the fan), cob webs in the windows (outside but still gross), bed had a big ball of what we hoped was lint from the dryer, small dead bugs smashed on the wall in the bathroom, blinds are water stained, etc. It would be a great place if they fixed their cleanliness issues.

Misleading Property Info

We just finished our stay in Crested Butte (12/13/24-12/15/24), and had booked this property to celebrate our one-year anniversary. When we booked this property, one of the main reasons for our choice was the advertised hot tub, as it was an important feature for our stay. However, upon our arrival, we discovered the hot tub was not operational, which was not communicated to us prior to our visit. We felt misled, as we would have picked a different property had this information been properly communicated to us. We reached out to the management company and all they said was that they will "share this report with our local staff so an investigation and review can be done." We requested a free late checkout, assuming this would be a simple and easy way to "compensate" us for the misled information. However, all they said was "I will relay this message to our local team to request it or a compensation." We never heard back and the cleaners were waiting outside our door before the 10AM standard checkout time even came. Bottom line, do not book this property if the hot tub is an important feature in your stay, and you cannot rely on the management company to adequately compensate you for misled information. On top of that, the door code stopped working on our first morning. We had to call the management company to get access to a key box in order to open the door with a physical key. Due to multiple inconveniences, we will not be booking this property again.
