Urban Stay By The Bay: Downtown Pet-Friendly Home

Newly renovated and directly across from the beautiful beaches of West Grand Traverse Bay, Urban Stay is the perfect getaway for your summer adventures! Within easy walking distance of downtown Traverse City, all of the local delights are just outside of your doorstep. Come enjoy all that the Traverse City region has to offer - beaches, restaurants, shops, bars and more - our home is in the center of it all!

The Space:
This newly renovated space has multiple gathering areas for your large group to enjoy dining inside or out. There is custom built banquette seating and an updated dining area right next to the unique efficiency-style kitchen, which provides a stovetop and convection style microwave. The living room features a large stylish couch with multiple chairs for friends and family to relax for a movie night in front of the mounted big screen TV. Rounding out the first floor of the house, is an updated half bathroom and laundry room, which also includes a full size refrigerator to store all of your groceries and other supplies!

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The largest room has two sets of custom built in queen bunk beds, so four total queen beds, along with an open closet area and mirror where you can get ready for nights out on the town. The other two bedrooms hold a set of twin bunk beds and a queen bed. There are two full bathrooms upstairs which allows all guests with large parties plenty of space and time to get ready at your leisure.

Outside there is space for parking (maximum 4 cars) a gas grill and a patio area for any barbecuing, gaming, or lounging you, your friends, or family would like to do! Whether you stay put and enjoy the water views or head over to the beaches only a few feet away, we welcome you to make our home your home.

This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

Pet Policy:
Guests must inform us in advance or immediately after booking if they plan to bring a pet. A $100 non-refundable fee PER PET will apply, as well as a $500 refundable pet security deposit. We do not allow for any more than 2 pets per stay.

Guests will be able to reach out at any point with questions or concerns via call or messaging through your booking platform. We strive to be readily available to all guests.
