The bright Hawaiian fabrics, bamboo and sea grass furniture, and classic Hawaiian artwork create a tropical atmosphere to delight our guests. Our goal is to help you experience the best of Maui in an affordable, homelike setting. The unique floor plan allows the shoji doors of the guest bedroom to be open during the day for the feeling of an open floor plan, and the ability to slide them closed for privacy at night. The modern kitchen has granite counter-tops, upscale appliances, cookware and utensils, Hawaiian print dishes, and all the equipment you'll need for BBQ and entertaining. The indoor dining table seats 6 and the lanai table seats 4.

Enjoy full air conditioning in the master bedroom and the living room (includes coverage for second bedroom). There are 6 ceiling fans for added comfort. There are louvered windows on both sides of the unit for additional cooling with the afternoon trade winds. There is a 55-inch TV in living room and 39-inch TV in master bedroom.

There is a King Bed in the master bedroom with a memory foam mattress topper, 2 Twin Beds in the guest bedroom (they can be joined to make a King Bed on request), and the sofa converts to a Queen Bed. Sliding shoji doors close off the guest bedroom at night but can be left open during the day for greater living space.

This condo is well-suited to families with children or couples traveling together. There are tile floors with area rugs throughout the condo. There are two full bathrooms. Both showers have pebble floors for that tropical feeling. Both bathrooms have upgraded granite counter tops, sinks, faucets, mirrors, lighting, toilets and cabinetry. There is a full-sized washer/dryer combo that will make your stay that much easier when it comes to laundry, and the HE detergent is provided. There is convenient elevator access as well as stairs just outside the condo. There is also a ramp from the driveway onto the second floor level for easy unloading of luggage, avoiding stairs and elevator all together!

This location is ideal for those looking to play on the South Maui/Wailea beaches without the Wailea prices! Located directly across from beautiful Kamaole III Beach, you can snorkel the lava reef, swim with the turtles, boogie board, body surf or stroll the beach right in front of the condo, 2 minutes from your door. The shaded grassy areas, fresh water showers, barbecues, picnic tables and lifeguards make this easy beach access part of a relaxed vacation.

Beach towels, beach chairs, beach bags, umbrellas, ice chests, beach toys and boogie boards are provided for your use and comfort. After a day at the beach, enjoy a swim in the sparkling pool, surrounded by fruit trees and lush landscaping, and get ready for a poolside BBQ dinner. All supplies for BBQ are provided.

The Kihei boat dock is one block south and features daily snorkel and dive excursions to Molokini crater and Turtle Town. For the golf enthusiast, there are four world-class courses within 5-10 minutes drive from our centrally located condo. Wailea is less than a mile south, with exquisite shopping, dining experiences, and large resorts. The town of Kihei offers you a bonanza of dining opportunities and local artisan kiosks to keep you busy for days and you can walk to many of them!
