Regarding the hand soap, we do supply both liquid hand soap and bar soap in all of our homes, so it’s surprising to hear that the liquid soap ran out during your stay. We appreciate you mentioning it, and we’ll double-check our stocking process to ensure this doesn’t happen again. As for the street noise, the majority our homes are located in the downtown area, and part of the charm — and reality — of downtown living is hearing street traffic, buses, trains, cargo ships, fog horns, and emergency vehicles from time to time. We understand this can be unexpected for some guests, and we’ll work on making this clearer in our listing. In regard to the steps, it can be plainly seen in our photos that steps must be traversed to enter the home.
