Beautiful 3-Story Home 1 Block from Forsyth Park by Lucky Savannah

This beautiful three-story home is just a block from Forsyth Park, Savannahā€™s largest green space! Youā€™ll have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. With five bedrooms and four full baths, this home can accommodate up to 10 Lucky guests, making it perfect for wedding parties and reunions!

In Savannah, the ground floor is known as the Garden Level or Garden Apartment, and is perfect for anyone with mobility issues. It has itā€™s own entrance and a full kitchen with everything youā€™ll need during your stay. There are two full bathrooms - one with a shower/tub combo and the second with a stand-up shower. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and plenty of space to unpack, so you can get comfortable during your stay! The Garden Level also has direct access to your private garage.

Upstairs, youā€™ll find a large custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Open to the dining area, thereā€™s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Three sets of French doors in the living room lead to your private patio. A gas grill, table for eight, and a view of Forsyth Park make this an ideal setting for dining al fresco.

On the third floor are three more bedrooms, one with two twin beds, and two with queen beds. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a separate tub and shower, perfect for a relaxing evening. There is a convenient door to let in a lot of natural light and lead to a private balcony, so you can sit back and watch the world go by.

Youā€™ll be a block away from Kroger, the only full grocery store in the Historic District, but close enough to all of Savannahā€™s dining options to never need to cook! Take a stroll to MatĆ© Factor Cafe in the morning and discover organic coffee, matĆ© teas, housemade muffins, danishes and even fruit-stuffed.

We stayed here with a family of 10 and found the property well-suited for a group of that size.Notes* Location: The house is very close to Forsyth Park and the free bus stops. It is also within walking distance of the Riverfront.* Kitchens: Having two kitchens provided ample refrigerator space and allowed us to have two ovens simultaneously. We used the downstairs kitchen primarily for drinks, while eating all our meals in the upstairs area. Both kitchens were well-appointed, but each came with only one hand towel and no dish towels. The upstairs dishwasher was a bit fiddly to get started, we didn't use the downstairs one.* Laundry: On-site laundry was available and included soap and dryer sheets. Unfortunately, the dryer tore the strap off of a tank top.* Parking: The garage was nice to have, but is quite tight to maneuver into. We kept one car in it as is not large enough to accommodate a truck. We had no trouble finding street parking for the rest of the vehicles.* Outdoor spaces: We used the little patio/courtyard area and deck extensively as the weather was quite warm for our December visit. We also used the grill one night, it was as you would expect for a rental, serviceable, but not great. Overall, the location and the amount of space provided made this a functional and convenient choice for our trip.

I is very spacious, and beautifully decorated with several floors. It doesn't have an elevator, but other than that it's a truly nice property.

Beautiful home with multiple places for gathering. Very short walk to Forsyth Park with easy trolley access. Kitchens (yes, there are 2!) both have lots of things for cooking and eating at the house. Kroger is a short walk, too. Great place to get together with family or friends where you can be together, but still have privacy!

Everyplace we wanted to go was no more than a mile away, so a perfect location for us. Although the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home, we chose to experience Savannahā€™s many excellent restaurants. The kitchen table seats 8 so plenty of room for our late night card games. The house was clean and comfortable. The staff was available for any questions. Our family would highly recommend this home.

Great family visit!

Perfect spot for a family trip to Savannah. Three generations - grandparents got their own space on the ground floor, and plenty of room for kids and grandkids on the third. Great kitchen! Everyone loved being able to sit together on the deck and walk to the park. The management company was lovely when we left something behind and had to come get it after check out. Would love to stay again!

So enjoyable

5 senior siblings with 4 spouses gets together in different locations twice a year, one sibling had Savannah on her list tho others hade been to Savannah previously. Great time by all, Savannah very friendly, beautiful historical city. Hop on and off drivers add so much history and fun. House was perfect location, spacious and best stocked kitchen ever

Traveled with a group of 8 friends to Savannah for the weekend, Aaron Lewis concert. The house was a perfect pick and located close to everything. It is a beautiful home with tons of space and charm. Would definitely recommend and we will be back soon. Thank you for an amazing stay

Excellent House for Family Get-Together

Slow response from mgmt. looks good in pics. dirty. Old. Smelly. Uncomfortable. Appliances not in working order. Showers leak. Plumbing fixtures loose. Stepped on 3 inch chunks of pointed broken glass. Sharp broken corners of tile in bath.. sketchy area.

Perfect for 2 families

The house is unassuming from the outside and spectacular inside!! The layout was perfect for our 2 families to enjoy space together and separate. Close to everything, including the wedding venue Victory North. Noise does travel from upper levels to the bottom floor, including from owners home next door, but a small noise cancelling fan I brought took care of that!

Great property, well located

We had a grand time. Our only complaint was about the management company. It told us we did not have access to an outside terrace that was in the original description. We eventually found the key hanging on the refrigerator. It was a minor annoyance.

Girls Getaway

There were 8 of us, sisters, first cousins and nieces. We had the best time. The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed. We parked the cars on arrival and did not get in them again until leaving. We walked everywhere.
