You will love our FIRST FLOOR, bright, freshly painted with updated kitchen including new quartz countertops, new flooring, dishwasher and stove in our Tennis Villa in Building E, steps from the beautiful beach! Located in the award winning family resort, HILTON HEAD BEACH &TENNIS RESORT that has it all - including HHI’s biggest oceanview pool, beach bar, award winning sports bar, secure free wi-fi, free world class tennis courts, 12 pickleball courts with open play, fitness room and bike rentals on site.

Our 2 bedroom condo, 2 fully renovated bathrooms, with a luxurious walk in shower in master bath, and beautiful new tub with tile surround in guest bath is the perfect setup for you and your family or friends. The kitchen with new quartz countertops, flooring, stove and dishwasher, is fully stocked so you can prepare meals.

If you prefer, there are several eating options on the resort including Coconutz, voted #1 sports bar on Hilton Head with HHIs best Buffalo Chicken wings voted 5 years, Gatorz NEW Coffee shop with coffee, muffins, breakfast sandwiches and more, or Jamaica Joe’z Beach bar, which offer a variety of food and beverages for pool or beach.

With the beautiful beach, Hilton Head’s largest ocean front pool, the restaurants, the resort sponsored activities including daily family activities during the summer, and an awesome villa, you can park once and enjoy the week. Use the beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards provided and a four minute walk through the resort to enjoy the beautiful white, sandy beach which provides an opportunity for early risers to enjoy breathtaking sunrises, while the later risers enjoy watching dolphins frolic throughout the day.

Great location to stay for a family beach trip. Walking access to beach and pool with resort dining available. It had everything there and did not have to leave the resort for anything unless we wanted to! Great condo unit with everything to cook with and even had beach toys! Kids loved the bunk beds!

We had a great experience at this property! First, let me say that the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. Their communication with us was excellent. During a Saturday to Saturday stay, I do not like to arrive to the island late on the first Saturday and waste one of seven vacation days. I was able to access all amenities at the resort early that first Saturday. I appreciated the call from the owners, too, to let me know the unit was clean and ready a couple of hours earlier than expected. They didn't have to do that, and I would have been content waiting until check-in time to get in. So nice, though, to get settled earlier in the day. The resort staff, too, was very friendly and helpful. The unit and property were exactly as advertised. Anything you might need was available in the unit. Pickleball and tennis courts were right there at our access. The pool was very nice, large with various depths to accommodate pool goers of all sizes. Was convenient, too, on a couple of the days when we were at the pool, to be able to grab a quick bite to eat or some ice cream for the little ones who were with us. The beach was fantastic! I have stayed on the beach in Sea Pines almost annually for the past eighteen years. Though I love it there, the neighborhood and beach at Folly Field did not disappoint at all, and accessing grocery stores, restaurants, etc. was a little easier. We had a wonderful stay, and again, the owners were terrific!

Overall this place was great and exactly as described. The only downfall was I wish it had laundry in the unit but other than that Sue was great to work with and we had a wonderful vacation.

Comfortable condo

We were a group of 4 adults (two in 60's and two in 80's). This first level condo had everything that we needed/wanted. Everything was recently remodeled and clean and the two bathrooms were a plus. The owner provided quick responses and pleasant communication. We loved playing open play pickleball each morning which was just a few steps out the door. The large pool on the property was also large and refreshing.Please note, that if you have someone with accessibility needs, this condo may not work. There are 6 steps from the ground level that were a bit challenging for our 85 year olds.

Friends get away

Great condo so clean, nice furniture well stocked kitchen plenty of dishes, pots and pans. We had 2 couples then a friend came for the day and decided to stay the night since we had plenty of room. Super easy access to the beach. We are planning our next girls trip Sue is a greathost

Beach week

The property was exactly as listed, it’s a short walk away from the pool and beach. The pool is ocean front and there’s ice cream and snow cones on the board walk there. The property is fully stocked with everything you need to live comfortably during your stay. We really enjoyed it.

Excellent location, beautifully stocked condo

This cute condo immediately makes you feel at home. We had family renting other condos in this complex, and our was by far the best. It was stocked with all the basics we needed, and comfortable and bright. The location was fantastic for us since my sister has a house nearby. We would recommend this to any family. There were 5 of us from 8 to 70 years old. Wifi worked great, and tv had all the stations for all ages. Chairs, umbrella, and beach toys as well. Parking was convenient, and Sue reached out to ensure all was as we expected.

Amazing Condo and location

Second year in a row my family and I have said at this condo. It is the perfect place for my family. Under 5 minute walk just through the parking lot to the pool and beach. Son loves to play pickle ball and the resort allows you to rent them for free for an hour which is super nice. We feel safe in the resort walking to and from the playground even if it gets dark. Condo is has been very clean both times and the owners are responsive to any needs we had. Our last day required a maintenance call and the owners were very prompt and the resort maintenance crew arrived within an hour. Hilton head in general has so much to do and see and this spot is right in the middle. Good restaurants and parks within biking distance all on a bike path. Can not wait to stay a third year next summer!

Absolutely loved the property and all the amenities. We felt like it was a home away from home and I will be booking again provided it’s available. The property manager was wonderful to work with and my overall experience was over and beyond expectations. Vacation at Hilton Head

We enjoyed our stay at the condo: it was clean, well stocked, with comfortable beds. Condo is located on the first floor, within a walking distance to the ocean (3-5 minute walk across the parking lot). The owner is very responsive and helpful; she promptly answered all of my questions.

Perfect Oasis

I cannot say enough about my stay. The communication with the owners was amazing!!!! They were available and helpful throughout the entire process. My first impression upon entering the condo was -WOW! It was so clean. I am very picky about cleanliness and they checked every box for me. The condo has been recently updated and I love the upgrades. The floor was easy to keep clean, the bathroom were absolutely beautiful and the couch was cozy. The kitchen had every utensil you could imagine. We do a lot of cooking in the condo and it was a breeze thanks to it being well stocked with tools. The location to the beach was a quick easy walk. They even had everything your family needs for a fun filled beach day including 4 high end beach chairs! There was a cooler, beach toys and even several boards to ride waves. There were even 4 camping chairs to take to watch fireworks. They literally have everything you need for a fantastic stay. Check in was simple, check out was easy too. We used the laundromat and gym during our stay, both of which were adequate. The pool Is huge and provides lots of family entertainment. I would absolutely stay in this condo again- it was a fantastic trip

Amazing property

Really great property. Lots to do in and around resort. Very clean and quiet at the condo. Really just a short distance from the beach. Great playground for kids. Close by a lot of other playgrounds and beach access that are within walking/bike ride of resort complex. Bike paths connect to resort and everything else on the island.

You get what you pay for

Reasonable price for 5 days on Hilton Head but a bit small for a family of 5. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed.
