1106 Island Club is a slightly elevated 1st floor flat. The living room provides ample seating and an additional 55" flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the private balcony, which offers stunning views of the ocean. The dining room can comfortably seat 6 guests, with 3 additional breakfast bar stools for extra seating. Plus a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

The Master bedroom boasts a king bed, a 52" flat screen TV, and a private bath with shower. The Guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on the upper level, a 32" flat screen TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are in every Hilton Head Rentals property.

Guests of Island Club 1106 can take advantage of the 3 terraced pools, a large lagoon for catch and release fishing, a playground, basketball courts, and on-site bike rentals and fitness center. There are also multiple grilling areas, a zero-entry baby pool with a mushroom fountain, and 1 hour per day of free tennis at any of the 9 tennis courts. The beach is easily accessible via the Atlantis Beach Path, located just in front of the Atlantis Building.

The Island Club Resort is conveniently located near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Hilton Head Island has to offer, making it an ideal vacation destination for visitors seeking a fun and quality experience. This villa sleeps up to 7 guests and offers free WiFi, with a limit of one vehicle and parking pass required. Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the property, and no pets are allowed.

Perfect family-friendly vacation spot

This club is in a great location with plenty to do for the whole family right on the grounds. A super short walk to the beach, especially from the Atlantis building. Definitely recommend!

Awesome Space

We loved our time here! The place was perfect for what we needed. We loved how close the beach was and it was such a nice easy path to get there. The condo had most everything we needed, could use a bit more silverware and we had some technical issues with the wifi/cable, but other than that it was great. Great location, great little community. We loved the beach, pool, little playground, it was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The only issue we had was that the garbage bags for the kitchen were so thin and flimsy that it was impossible to pull them out of the garbage can without them shredding. That seems petty but it was very hard to take the can and all out to the dumpster to dispose of garbage.

This condo lived up to expectations, and was very comfortable for our larger family. Being on the first floor is wonderful, with walkout access to the beach, cornhole is steps away, and the grill is also right next to the beach shower area. You're five minutes tops from the sand! Also, it's in the end of the building and parking is thirty seconds away. Helpful with kiddos and packing up. The pool is five minutes' walk, as well as the playground and gazebo/deck. The condo itself is well kept and decorated nicely without too many breakable things; helpful for a family with little kiddos. Plenty of towels, adequate cookware, and a great supply of beach toys and even boogie boards and four chairs in the closet! Would like to come back next year. Just needs some deep popcorn bowls so we can enjoy a family movie.

Overall my family and I were pleased with the unit, the location within the resort and the resort itself. There were a few issues we encountered during our stay: TV in guest bedroom did not have cable hooked up and lacked a remote for the cable, no beach towels were provided as stated in the welcome letter, and the bathtub in the guest bathroom drained very slowly during our entire stay. I had left a email and voicemail regarding these issues on Sunday and I never received a response. Besides these issues, we did enjoy our stay and would use the rental services in the future.

There are a lot of tennis courts and I saw some outdoor games offered (think cornhole). The pool area is small but well maintained, and it offers a beautiful, private beach. The unit we stayed in was well furnished and updated, and the management company responded to our concerns over missing blinds and remotes that werent working properly. However, the unit was pretty dirty for the off-season and the unit location was a little misleading in our opinion. It is the furthest condo from the beach and based on some of the other reviews we believed the location to be much closer. Overall, I would choose a different unit if we stayed at the Island Club again.

Another great week at Island Club!

We held our family reunion at Island Club this year-9 families, 32 people! Many of us own in the Seawatch Timeshare building, so are familiar with the resort but I had not stayed in this building before. While it's peek-a-boo to see the ocean from this unit-it is a straight walk out of the back patio to see the sunrise or sunset. The pool area is almost right across the street from the front door, and carrying groceries and supplies in for the week is a straight shot. The decor was just as promised and very comfortable with lots of linens. While we had everything we needed in the kitchen, a welcome addition would be a blender, and I've come to appreciate having a hairdryer in most rental units. The only negative was that the terrific oversized kitchen trash can came with only one bag, which was an odd size. When I inquired about whether there were more in the unit, they suggested I buy a size that would work for me at home, but unfortunately 13 gallon bags would not fit around the rim of the trash can. Nice touches were the boogie boards and beach chairs for little ones. Communication was clear and timely. This was a perfect family vacation spot and I would recommend it.

Review .Suggestions .

The Location is Great and we did enjoy our stay . The description of property is exactly as Advertised. Few Recommendations . The Property could have been cleaned better before arrival, Mold in the Shower railing in the Bath Room. ,Sand still on floor in some areas . I highly recommend to the owners Please put a Vacuum in this Condo ! We like to keep things clean as we go only having a broom does not help much. We did have to go and buy a Standard Coffee Maker the Condo only had a Keurig and we always bring our own coffee and supplies , thought there would be a Standard Coffee Maker . Probably the biggest suggestion we could make is that the Furniture /Decor in Family Room Needs Improvements , Very Uncomfortable , a Standard Sofa would help . The Bedrooms are Nice .. Biggest issue we had was the TV's in the Bedrooms you could not operate , multiple Remotes around with no directions and had to call once to have the Cable fixed in one Bedroom and the Master Bedroom never did work .. There is a Apple Box hooked to the TV in Master Bedroom and you cannot operate as it is only for the owner and Cable did not work , So No TV for the Week in the Master Bedroom . Needs to have a Standard Trash Can in Kitchen as the regular 13 gallon Bags will not work and it only came with one oversize bag . These are suggestions that our Family felt would help . Overall communication was good , Beach access is Great., Enjoyed Island Club Property .

D O N O T S T A Y H E R E. D I R T Y .

We checked in at 10 p.m. and were unable to close the front door. The screen door would close, however, the front door wouldn't close therefore we couldn't lock the door. The door felt as though it wasn't fitting into the frame. We tried repeatedly to close and lock the door. We had to slam the door loudly, repeatedly and finally SOMETHING happened that the door finally we were able to close the door and it locked. The kitchen was FILTHY. There was food dripped down one wall, another wall near sink had coffee - dark drippings - down the wall. The kitchen rug was so dirty we could smell it while standing on it. The furniture in all rooms hadn't been dusted as evidenced by enough dust to write our name in! The livingroom furniture was very old and worn. The theater recliners had no cushion in the seat. We sunk almost to the floor with our knees up in the air. The livingroom rug was almost as dirty as the kitchen rug! The bedroom TV didn't work. Both bathrooms had mold around the shower door frames. The sink in one bath has a very slow drain, the tub/shower in the other bath drained so slow that we would get wet, turn off water and lather up, turn water back on and rinse. DISGUSTING! We dropped something on the floor in the entryway and it slid behind the wall unit. We moved the unit to discover dust and ants and dead bugs and a marble. Unbelievable. Excellent stay!

From start to finish, renting this property was easy and everything went smoothly. The owners responded promptly when contacted. The property itself was exactly as advertised and was perfect for my familyā€™s needs. I would recommend renting this property!!

Everything we needed

This property had everything our family of 5 needed! Very close to parking so unloading/loading the car was a breeze. It sort of splits the difference between the pool and beach for walking but both were very manageable even with little kids and allll their things! My only negative comment is that there was *just* enough utensils/dishes/cups/etc in the kitchen for our 5 (ran the dishwasher nightly). If you are a larger group or more adults, you may need paper/plastic to supplement. Otherwise, it was perfect! Highly recommend!
