Wildflower 45: Nice, Central to Town & Green Line

Spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes at the Wildflower complex. Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft.

This bright, ground-floor corner unit is all one level with no outside stairs required for entry. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, while the living room offers a queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, dishware, cookware, and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area provides seating for meals and gatherings.

Guests enjoy access to Wildflower's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, seasonal heated swimming pool, and multipurpose court (tennis, pickleball, basketball). Laundry facilities are located near the on-site office with QR code instructions on the machines. Outside parking is available for 2 cars.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

Amazing place

Thanksgiving Weekend

We came down from Sparks, NV to spend Thanksgiving with family. We really enjoyed the time with them. We also enjoy the condo we had! Perfect for my husband and me!

Perfect for our little fishing trip

Close to Vons and many restaurants. Was as advertised. Totally worked for us. Safe, quiet, & convenient for all that Mammoth has to offer.

Great place for the price

- parking is convenient (2 outdoor stalls allocated for the unit) - general maintenance needed (glass patio door doesn’t slide well, front door sticks / hard to open, but these were relatively minor issues overall - convenient location to village - would definitely stay here again in the future

The only thing would very much make all amazing , is some people need humidity like air, the location is great but the air is very dry and some humidifiers would be needed . That’s all .

Spacious condo

Arrived to the managers office and there was an envelope with keys and a map of the complex. The condo was spacious, clean, and warm with wood stacked for the wood burner. Hot tub was great and BBQ very clean. Only complain was the stove top. Both large burners did not work

Needs a little TLC

Needs a little TLC. I didn't know that the old round toilets that require 2.5 gallons+ to flush, still existed. Old toilet runs occasionally. Lots of moths inside the property. I had to leave one light on 24/7 to distract them towards that light. Windows hard to open and one hondle just spins in kitchen. No way to adjust vertical blinds in LR and missing a couple vanes.

Heater not working COLD

The heater in the condo was not working. I called and they said to try it all the way up in temp and it might work. That did not work. It was cold inside in the evening and mornings. Inside temp did it get warmer then 64/65 degrees. That was not comfortable. I’d actually like to get a partial refund for the heater not working.

I There are other sources of heat for the unit such as the fireplace. We did not find any issues with the heating unit after your stay with us. n the future, if the first solution we provided did not work, please do not hesitate to call us again. Großes Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Anfangs war das Apartment sehr kalt. Es gab nur eine Heizung für die ganze Wohnung. Dann entdeckten wir braune Schalter an den Wänden. Es gibt 3 Deckenheizungen. Wäre schön, wenn wir darüber informiert worden wären.Die Küche ist sehr alt und gehört erneuert. Insg. Ist alles sehr alt

Nice one bedroom

This unit is really nice, the main room is surprisingly spacious. The fireplace heat the condo very well. The kitchen would benefit from more light. The only negative is the hot tub of the wildflowers complex, it had murky water and a really bad smell.
