Aqua Vacation Rentals, Hidden Haven is located on a quiet street a few blocks from Downtown Union Pier. It has had a complete outside renovation of the entire property adding a heated pool, outdoor living space with gas grill, gas fire pit and wood burning fire pit plus new landscaping throughout. This home features a large open concept kitchen, living room and dining room area. The living room features a wood burning fire place. The kitchen is large enough for multiple chefs and has a large island. There's a separate large seating area for watching movies that has access to a quiet patio located in the middle of the house between the bedrooms. This is a great space for the kids to hang out and watch movies. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this home. There are two queen primary suites both with bathrooms and access to a deck or patio. The third bedroom has a queen bed and has access to a quiet patio area. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. There's an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after returning from a day at the beach. The backyard is a beautiful sanctuary with a large yard, gas grill, hot tub and heated pool. Enjoy some dinner at the outdoor dining table or roast some marshmallows and enjoy a glass of wine while star gazing. The home features cable, WIFI and has a gas grill. Downtown Union Pier is just a few blocks from the house where there is a bakery, restaurants, corner store and a bike and paddle board rental shop. Enjoy a day on the beaches of Lake Michigan just 3/4 of a mile from the house or spend the day wine tasting at the local tasting rooms just blocks from the house. This Hidden Haven has so much to offer for a wonderful vacation in Harbor Country! Just 90 minutes from Chicago.

Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.
Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
