Seattle/Bainbridge ferry dock is a leisurely 10 minutes' walk.

Winslow is at your doorstep - Enjoy restaurants, wineries, shopping, art galleries, pubs, bakeries, parks, public dock, theaters, farmers markets, walking trails, you name it.

No need for a car, but if you bring one, we have parking for several.

Enjoy views of Eagle Harbor activities. Rowers, yachts, sailboats, tugboats, kayaks, SUPs and dinghies ply the waters out front. Abundant wildlife to watch.

The property has two (2) separate homes - the Waterfront Home and the smaller View Cottage. This listing for Eagle Harbor Waterfront Home accommodates up 8 people. If your group is larger you might consider adding the Eagle Harbor View Cottage (vrbo.com/1724743).

The largest 2300 sq. foot home is on Eagle Harbor waterfront and faces South. You’ll enjoy water views from the large veranda and windows on the main and lower levels, including the 4 bedrooms.

This home has four (4) private bedrooms (2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen bedroom and 1 Full bedroom) and two (2) baths (unfortunately no tubs at this point). The Lower Level Bedrooms and Bath were remodeled in May 2021 and turned out beautifully. The four (4) bedrooms accommodate a total of eight (8) guests. Beds, pillows and linens are comfy and pleasing.

The Waterfront House kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, but cabinets have not been remodeled in a few years. It does however, have just about everything you need to prepare and enjoy fantastic meals. Shop at the Saturday Farmers’ Market or Town & Country grocery for the best produce, fish, meets, cheese, breads, jams, etc. The Waterfront House has its own BBQ grill. The new washer and dryer make laundry a breeze.

The Lower Level Multipurpose room houses the large TV, sectional and card table for relaxing together.

The veranda provides a beautiful place for all to gather for outdoor (but covered) meals and general relaxation.

The outdoor waterfront areas include three patios and stairs to the water. There are four kayaks and four bikes for your enjoyment. These amenities (patios, bikes kayaks are shared between both houses), but the Veranda is used solely by the Waterfront guests.

The Waterfront House has two propane fueled fireplaces- one in the main level living room and another in the lower level multi purpose room.

A Wonderful Weekend in Bainbridge

We had an absolutely fabulous stay on Bainbridge Island! The house has phenomenal views and is in a perfect location. Clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. An easy walk to downtown or the marina, with kayaks and bikes to use if you want them. We hope to be back!

Perfect Wedding Guest Getaway

My family and I loved having this as our home base for a wedding on Bainbridge Island. It has everything that we needed! We enjoyed the outdoor space and the view of the marina. A Wonderful Getaway

Many thanks to Deb and Rico for a wonderful stay at their house! You won't regret staying here. There's plenty of room for your group, it's very comfortable, and the views are gorgeous. We enjoyed getting to kayak and the short walk to town. Deb went above and beyond to welcome us, let us check in early, gave us a ride to the ferry, and even came back when she realized I had forgotten an item in her car! I will definitely come back again.

Perfect Bainbridge waterfront home

My extended family stayed at this beautiful home for the week of Thanksgiving. The home is beautifully furnished, all amenities and then some! I can’t say enough nice things about the host. She was in touch on a regular basis and had stocked the kitchen with breakfast and snack foods, including complimentary wine. The location is ideal - right on the Bainbridge waterfront and easy walking distance to town as well as the ferry. Perfect for anyone wanting to visit Bainbridge.

Gorgeous house on waterfront - perfect combo

Everything about the place was great; the photos don't do it justice. Interiors are also lovely and comfy and it's a big place - I don't think we really used the lower level much! Comms with Deb were also solid and how there was coffee ready to grind and a bottle of wine in the fridge was a real treat. Being there for memorial day weekend, we heard "the cannon" go off and bagpipes at the yatch club nearby too. Overall, a real holiday feeling to the weekend!

Great Family Retreat House

The common spaces (dining room, living room, and especially the upper deck) worked very well for our group of 8 adults. There are also attractive outdoor seating areas below the house, at the water's edge. The house is attractively decorated, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped and provisioned. The host left us a generous gift of wine, snacks, and breakfast basics. The location is great, within walking distance of Winslow's main shopping street and several restaurants. The house is quiet, the view over the marina lovely. A good choice!

Fabulous get-away home

Our family of five adults so enjoyed our stay here! The Waterfront Home makes the most of its location, with two patios overlooking Eagle Harbor and a couple seating areas even nearer to the water. We spent a lot of time soaking in the quiet and great view, watching the herons and a pair of seals playing on the piers, and kayaking around the harbor. Kitchen is well appointed and stocked with a few treats so we didn't need to rush to the store when we arrived (to the delightful Town and Country Market). Plenty of room to spread out and gather, comfy bedrooms. Excellent restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Quick trip to the ferry, and the Bloedel Reserve and Fay Bainbridge Park are an easy drive away. Prompt communication with helpful hosts before and during our visit. Definitely plan to return!

Girls weekend getaway

We had a lovely experience. The house is amazing and we loved sitting on the porch to enjoy the views. We took full advantage of the sea kayaks and bikes available to us (though biking was more challenging than we anticipated!) Deb was a wonderful hostess. We appreciated the food and drinks that helped us relax and enjoy our stay from the moment of our arrival. Would definitely visit again!

Perfect from beginning to end!

I can’t even think of how this trip could have been made better. From my first contact with the host to our goodbye at the end of our stay, everything was perfect. The host provided lots of “things to do” information so we could pre-plan our visit. The location was perfect . . . walkable from the ferry and all things downtown. We also took full advantage of the house amenities (kayaks, bikes, barbecue grill). If you are looking for a place for family or a group of friends, I highly recommend this property.

This house was the perfect get a way for our family to get together. The bedrooms downstairs were perfect for the family with small children and the upstairs is where we cooked, ate, visited and played rumikub. My only complaint is that the time was too short!

Our stay at Eagle Harbor Waterfront Home

6 friends and I stayed at this beautiful home for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. The hosts were wonderful - they made us feel super welcome, were very easy to communicate with, and left us delicious treats (snacks and drink!) to start our weekend :) The kitchen was fully stocked with necessities, and we ran into no issues. The location and views are perfect and we loved being able to walk into town and go on picturesque walks. We'll hopefully be back again to stay in summer!

We love Bainbridge Island. We sold our Seattle house in 2018 and cruised the Salish Sea for three months. Upon returning, we found this gem and it's smaller, sister residence (Eagle Harbor View Cottage - VRBO.com/1724743) - both on the same waterfront property.

The Waterfront or the View homes are the perfect compliment to our South Beach Cozy Cottage at the South End of Bainbridge (VRBO.com/473395).

While South Beach is absolute perfection and the views can't be beat, our Winslow based, Eagle Harbor location provides easy access to Winslow amenities and Seattle. And its water views and marine traffic are also pretty fantastic.

We do our best to provide a great location and experience to our guests.

The Waterfront House has everything you need to enjoy the bounty of Bainbridge Island and quick access to Seattle. The Harbor always has something interesting to watch. Or if you feel like stepping out, Winslow restaurants, tasting rooms, pubs, shops, groceries are just around the corner.

Likewise, walking trails in Winslow and along Eagle Harbor are close by.

If Seattle is your destination, easy peasy to walk onto the ferry and explore the city.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Location, location, location!

Both the Waterfront Home and its sister home have waterfront spaces, easy access to Winslow and Seattle; no need for a car/or if you have cars, you can park on site. Public transportation routes are available to get to other Island areas (Linwood Center, Bloedel Reserve) or off island to Poulsbo or the Casino. And, as mentioned elsewhere, great Restaurants, wineries, groceries, bookstores and shopping are just up the street.
