The king size bed is very comfortable and conveniently hosts a bed side table on each side with outlets easily accessible to charge your devices overnight. The bed is purposely high off the ground to store your suitcases underneath. The large windowed sliding doors provide views up to the mountains and access to a private bedroom balcony - perfect for enjoying coffee in the mornings. If you prefer to sleep in, the blackout curtains can be lowered to start your day when you're ready. A Smart TV is available for your use in the bedroom.

The living area has seating for 4 with two swivel arm chairs and a comfy couch. Watch your favorite news and entertainment channels on the large flat screen TV through an internet cable service or through your favorite Smart TV Apps such as Netflix and YouTube.

The kitchen's quartz countertops and backsplash shine alongside the stainless steel appliances. For those who cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Meals are best served at the island where there are 4 bar stools to sit on. Purified water is dispensed through the refrigerator so no need to be lugging water jugs from the store.

This condo is brand new and contains all the modern amenities. Air conditioner mini splits and fans in each room, full size washer and dryer and security safe for your valuables. Weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

The Romantic Zone A.K.A. Zona Romantica A.K.A. Old Town is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, taco carts and art galleries.

The beach is only a short walk away, 1.5 blocks west of Oceana. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach where you can sip Corona's and snack on Ceviche with your feet in the sand. Merchants will pass by offering hand made jewelry and crafts while a handful of activities await the more adventurous including: parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it's your responsibility to replace them.
Any violation of the house rules, might attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
