Gorgeous views of the bay!!

We had such a great time staying at John’s place. Beautiful condo with even better views! Joel, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay in PV!

After years of staying in resorts, we decided to stay in a vacation rental in the Romantic Zone - what a difference! The rental was perfect, great views, great location and very friendly building! I would definitely come back to this unit again!

Amazing

Fantastic location, views, and host. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you'd need for your stay. Ideal location just steps to the beach, shops, and restaurants The host John was a terrific. Highly recommend!

Website description and prior reviews are extremely accurate. This was a nice, clean place very conveniently located near the Romantic Zone. Amazing view of the water! Joel did a great job providing support during the visit, would definitely stay here again when back in PV.

Beautiful spot on Amapas

Absolutely amazing/beautiful place to stay. I spent 2 months in this particular condo. Woke up every morning to spectacular views with a cup of coffee in hand. The sunset views from the condo balcony and the rooftop are spectacular. Will definitely be coming back again for my 2 month vacations

Beautiful view & great location

This building is in a prime location for walkability. This particular unit has a totally unobstructed view of the ocean. It has a large deck, well stocked kitchen and a comfortable bedroom. Loved it!!!!!

Fantastic View and Modern Look

Great vacation in a relaxing property close to the beach and great restaurants! Slight hill to come back up, but overall worth it for the fantastic sunset views from both the unit and the rooftop pool. Well maintained unit! Only drawback was construction noise from next door backside, but we still enjoyed our week!

Perfection!

This condo was probably the best rental I’ve ever had. The view was spectacular and it was SO clean and comfortable. Easy communication and Joel was very pleasant. The pool is a must do while visiting. Washer and dryer and two bathrooms were wonderful to have. We really hope to rent this condo again someday!

Fabulous condo in a spectacular location

We've been to PV dozens of times over 20 years, and this is easily the best location we've ever had. For a couple getting away for a few days, this place can't be beat. The pool us just a flight up, but we spend all of our time at Mantamar Beach Club anyway, and this place is about a 2-minute walk from there, just down one flight of stairs to the beach. The place is new, very clean, and the bed was the most comfortable we've ever had in Vallarta. The next time it's just the two of us heading back to Vallarta, this is where we will hope to stay.

Great location, hospitality, and comforts

We really enjoyed our stay. Stunning views of the ocean and los Muertos beach, comfortable bed, nice amenities. Very nice and responsive management (thanks Joel!). One thing to be aware of is that the Almar hotel across the street opened a rooftop bar with shows most weekend nights. The bar is at about the same level as this unit. They can be loud but end by 10:30 , with the windows closed it’s manageable.

Amazing View with Everytbing you need

Great spot to relax and enjoy some much needed “you” time. A very short walk up to the roof top infinite pool. Pool area has a restroom and little grill area, along with long chairs to relax under the sun, or sit in the pool and enjoy the views. Walks to the beach are under 5 mins. There’s a little store that has groceries and alcohol less than a 5 min walk. Neighborhood bars and restaurants are like 5-10 min walks. Loved the area, loved the people. Joel Canales was our host while staying there. Made sure I had everything in order from getting to the place from the airport, until I left. He goes above and beyond to help you out there. Knowledgeable about the area and has some good recommendations for restaurants and other things to do around the PV. You’ll be in great hands with Joel. All in all I’d want to stay there anytime I’d stay in PV.

Beautiful Views, Great Location

The property manager Joel was fantastic. Our flight got in quite early and Joel arranged to get us access to the property even with our early arrival. He also arranged to have grocery shopping done, so the condo was stocked when we got there. Joel also assisted in lining up a boat and driver to take us out for a day on the water which was a lot of fun. The condo is beautiful and the views are simply amazing. The rooftop pool is incredibly nice and we spent a fair amount of time there. The location of the property is convenient to the Romantic Zone. It was unusually humid when we were there, so while it is walkable to restaurants, etc, we opted to take cabs and Ubers (super easy to line up) for most of our trips into town. PV is such a special place and this condo really allowed us to enjoy our time at the property while giving us a convenient location for doing all of the things the city has to offer. Having a property Manager like Joel helped to make this one of our best trips to PV so far!

I'll be back!

Nothing short of Amazing! We spent 9 nights here and loved every minute of it. Johns place is immaculate with everything you could possibly need. From the fully equipped kitchen to beach and rain umbrellas to a stand-up paddle board should you want it. The view is simply breathtaking. Both from the condo and the rooftop pool. All of the restaurants and beach are blocks away with easy elevator access to Amapas which leads you right into town. I work remote and have multiple Zoom calls a day. The internet was solid and I didn't encounter any issues. To top it all off, there's Joel. Such an amazing guy. He was there to great and show me around the unit and explain where everything was. The bonus was that all we had to do was make a list of what we wanted for groceries, drinks, and he delivered it! We settled out tab with him on the last day via credit card and were on our way. This will be the first place I look for availability next time I'm planning a trip to PV!

Stunning Views and Penthouse

We really enjoyed our stay at Amapas. The terrace overlooking the sea and the rooftop pool were lovely. The unit was clean and stocked with essentials. The location is great if you want to be by Mantamar, Blue Chairs and Sapphire Beach Clubs (you can see right into the pool and hotel of Mantamar). Note that you will hear the dance beats of the beach clubs since they are so close if the slider is open. The rooftop infinity pool is great though the hot tub was not heated when we visited. The backside of the property sits on a busy street (the bedroom side) but the windows provide adequate soundproofing. Our manager was very helpful.

Just what we needed

Great place to get away and relax. Well appointed with everything you need. Central location with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Grab a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset each night from the balcony or while relaxing on the sofa inside. Thanks for a great stay.

AMAZING VIEW/SOUND OF OCEAN WAVES ABOVE LOS MUERTOS BEACH

Overall this is amazing unit with the most incredible ocean view overlooking Los Muertos Beach. Booking: John was easy to reach and very responsive for questions. Excellent host. Location: this is very well located in the Zona Romantica at the top of just one long flight of stairs for 5 min beach access to Los Muertos Beach (Blue Chairs); just a 10 min walk to all of the restaurants and stores. Building: very new 7 story building with a nice gym and excellent rooftop infinity pool. Unit: very spacious one bedroom plus loft with an open kitchen/living room that features the most incredible unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean. Most rentals in the area claim to be ocean view but in reality look at other buildings - this is the real deal. You get to enjoy the sound of the rolling ocean waves 24/7. Having coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony is absolutely amazing. The furnishings are excellent and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need including soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent/dryer sheets and even reusable grocery bags for shopping. Plenty of towels, beach towels, and linens. It was perfect for 3 adults. Concierge: Joel is the local concierge/assistant that checks up on you daily - he is great! He helped answer questions and addressed any issues we had super quick. This is a huge plus while on vacation. Things to note: the bedroom does get some traffic noise from the highway that is behind the building but we still slept well. The cozy loft with the single bed is accessed by a steep flight of stairs that may be difficult for some people. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying again soon.

Getaway

Great apartment, floor to ceiling windows all across the front with a nice balcony. 5 minute walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants/places to shop within a close distance. Nice location short uber or 20 minute walk to the main boardwalk. No problems with anything, rooftop pool was really nice and never crowded. Would definitely stay again.
