The apartment is ideally located just a short distance from the well known resort of Puerto Banus and with easy access to the beach, bars and restaurants as well as the shopping centre. Staying here perfectly combines the joys of relaxing in acres of lovely gardens and you are still just a short walk away from the fine sandy beaches of exciting, chic Puerto Banus with its world famous marina, luxurious yachts, designer shops, a great choice of restaurants and vibrant night life. For the perfect apartment and a perfect holiday you donĀ“t need to look any further!

The apartment is located in a large complex with 24 hour security and has wonderful sub tropical gardens, a choice of two large swimming pools one north and one south of central area with lifeguards and childrenĀ“s pools (both pools are open 01 June to Mid September, 1 pool is open for limited hours Mid to End of May and Mid to End of September). Sun loungers are provided.

There is a day time cafe/night time restaurant providing delicious refreshments on site as well as 4 padel tennis courts, a basketball court and a childrenĀ“s play area as well as a cashpoint.

This beautiful apartment is serviced by air-conditioning or heating and has marble floors throughout. There is a lounge/dining room with corner suite and dining table for 6 that leads out onto a spacious terrace. It is comfortable and well equipped. Apart from the living room and kitchen, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two twin bedded. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a shared bathroom for the twin bedded rooms.

The lounge has a large flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick allowing you to access your Apps eg Netflix and terrestrial Spanish stations, a DVD player and an iPod docking sound system for those who enjoy bringing their own music.

The spacious terrace is fully tiled and provides an ideal place to relax at the end of a long day; there is also an al fresco dining area for those lovely summer nights and sun loungers for those who donĀ“t want to go too far. The property is equipped with a highchair, travel cot and changing mat for those with young children. Hire of strollers or car seats are available on request for an additional fee.

Golf at extremely competitive prices is available from numerous local courses, such as La Dama De Noche course which is just next door, Los Naranjos and La Quinta to name a few. For those who like to stay close to home, the kitchen has an induction hob and oven as well as a microwave. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

Unlimited Wifi is freely available.

Interim stay cleaning and laundry services, as well as private pick up from the airport are available on request for an additional fee.

Nice apartment

This was nice,clean apartment,restaurant was closed but online it was open,being renovated,pool looked great,you can get good taxi service from here, our host Caron was very good with details etc.Only problem was with our bed which we informed Simon our contact with and photo,he did know about it,but never informed us,disappointed and no apology. Booking through Virbo is very good,can recommend.

Good location close to city

Me and my family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers, had a lovely time in the apartment. Located close too Pool area, Padel tennis and a quick walk into Puerto Banus. Good parking and supermarket in close range. If we had to visit Puerto Banus again we would book this apartment.

Fantastic, I would repeat.

The apartment includes all the amenities you may need, TV in every room, modern appliances, air conditioning... the urbanization has great facilities, a large swimming pool. Very close to Puerto Banus. Highly recommended.

Family holiday.

We had a lovely time at the summer rental apartment. Playing padel and enjoying the sun by the pool with just a few people around made for a perfect holiday. There were always enough sun beds available, which was a great convenience. The apartment itself is of a good standard, and my family enjoyed coming back to it each day. We look forward to returning in the future!

I have now stayed at this property 5 times with friends for a Golf holiday.

Great location for golf courses and only short walk for Puerto Banus. If taxi required to friendly entrance security are more than happy to arrange. Apartment is very spacious with enough room for 5/6 adults, very clean, spacious outdoor patio area, large comuni pool. Will be booking for next year

Great location, lovely pool and gardens

Overall location is great, pool was really big and nice. Property is a little tired, could do with a fresh clean of paint and some updates internally . Main bedroom was good, single beds were not very comfy, however as a summer pad itā€™s ok, AC works well, nice garden, and fully equipped. We had a little blip on arrival but Caron was great and resolved everything quickly

I read most of the reviews before I booked this apartment and I was not disappointed! It has everything you need for a long or short term stay and more...the kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of gadgets....the bedrooms are bright and airy. The Little extras are very welcome too.as in the books in different languages...tvs in each room..(albeit small),the Alexas in different locations.. These are extras i have never seen in any other apartments anywhere. The location is perfect...6 mins walk to the nearest supermarket. allinall it was a fabulous stay and I hope to return.

Really good appartment

Very tidy and really good equipped and modern appartment, quick and reliable communication with the owner, helpful instructions to get along with it all. Fair price. Unfortunately, due to the highway nearby, the terrace ist not the nice and quiet place that it could be. Overall surely recommendable.

Super apartment in a super residence! We were delighted with our stay in the Caron ' s apartment. Very spacious ( 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms ) and very large terrace . Everything was very clean and well equipped. The residence La Dama de Notche is very quiet and very nice. 6 padel courts and 2 swimming pools. Communication with the owner, Caron : perfect ! Always available and very reactive, I highly recommend it. despite the distance.

Wonderful apartment for winter vacation

We stayed in the apartment in 5 weeks in the winter and enjoyed the every day of our stay. The apartment is situated not so far from the beach and commerces . There is a big terrace and a beautiful park around it. Very secure to stay there ,the residance guarded round the clock. In the kitchen we found all we needed. Strong wi-fi. 2 bathrooms is always very convenient . There is a very nice restaurant inside the residance. Good food. We will come back to beautiful Marbella and stay there again.

Stay with friends

We had a fabulous stay in Carons apartment. It was clean and well equipped with more than enough room for 6 ladies. The terrace was lovely for breakfast in the morning sunshine and pre dinner drinks. The grounds and pool areas were beautiful. Caron answered any queries quickly and efficiently. We easily walked into Puerto Banus and also took a short taxi ride to Marbella old town. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stay in this area. Thank you Caron

Fantastic spacious apartment in brilliant location

We just returned from ten days at Caron's apartment. It is so spacious and well kitted out. Caron was extremely obliging and approachable she often replied to my messages straightaway and really put my mind at ease. Everything about the location was perfect. Walking distance to beach and port. Driving distance to everything we could want during our holiday. We will be returning for sure!!! Thank you Caron.

Lovely vacation

Altogether we lived in this appartement for 3 months. We were completely happy and felt very much at home. Puerto banus is a lively luxury part of Marbella. The appartement blocks are situated around a beautiful garden. The weather was fine apart from the last two weeks of January, which were unusual cold. Caron is a very attentive host and her local agent is also very helpful. We surely recommend this appartement and hope to be back at the end of the year.

We chose this area for the sunshine and the variety of amenties nearby. In particular we loved the gardens in the La Dama de Noche community where the apartment is.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

La Dama de Noche is located about a 10 minute walk from the Puerto Banus where you can do all your shopping in the Corte Ingles department store or in the many boutiques and smaller shops located close to the port area. You are also just by the local beaches where you can soak up the sun and enjoy some of the local beach restaurants. It is a quiet and peaceful development with a gated entrance and 24 hour security. There are a two large swimming pools one north and one south of central area with lifeguards and childrenĀ“s pools (both are open 01 June to Mid September, 1 pool is open for limited hours Mid to End of May and Mid to End of September) and sun loungers are provided.
There is a day time cafe/night time restaurant on site and beautiful, landscaped gardens offer a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Marbella is only a 15 minute drive, the La CaƱada shopping centre is close by and Gibraltar takes around 45 minutes and makes a great day trip.
