The Home

The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a KING bed, dual walk-in closets, and a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring a large soaking tub perfect for unwinding after a long day. Guests can also access the backyard patio directly from the primary suite for easy access to the hot tub and outdoor seating area.
The second bedroom includes a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle along with a dedicated desk space for remote work or study. A second full bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

• This home is part of a unique duplex property and is located in the back unit. There are no shared interior walls — the homes are simply connected by one roofline.
• The backyard is fully enclosed with a privacy fence.

• The detached garage is used exclusively as a game room and is not available for vehicle parking.
• Parking is available in front of the garage, beside the garage, or on the street.
• Winter weather in Colorado Springs may include snow and icy conditions. AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended during winter months.
• Please note there is no mailbox access at this property. USPS mail delivery is unavailable during guest stays.
