The detached studio/carriage house is located above the converted garage/gameroom and host a kitchenette and bathroom with its own queen size bed. ( with 2 large skylights it feels like a treehouse apartment ) super cute! Perfect for someone looking to spend quality time by themselves.

Also to note is the large side yard that includes a large deck and oversized picnic table for the family gatherings.

Maximum occupancy is 8 people with the carriage house. Access to the gameroom/garage. - which includes fun game tables like Foosball, Air Hockey, PS3, and even a sit down Pac-Man gametable.
