No cold water at all in kitchen faucet.Ice maker did not work in the freezer.Dishwasher did not work at all. No power whatsoever.No lightbulbs or not working lightbulbs in some of the lighting outside and lamps in the home.Outside garbage pail completely full and homeowner asked us to take it out! Cooler was old and dirty.Yard and landscaping unkempt. Port o Potty on front lawn! Next door fence falling into the side fence.Some outdoor cushions molded, outdoor furniture not in great shape.

Cute house with great outdoor space. 2 miles from Atlantic Ave. Owner communicated very well however the place was dirty inside and out ( pool area not that well maintained).Entered the house with the temp set to 78 which is took a significantly long time to cool the house especially in the dining room area ( has a separate AC area)Pull out couches were very uncomfortable ( one bed is tilted that you slide down- I'm 5 ft tall and my feet were hanging off).Several dead bugs t/o the house with dust in bathrooms/stains in toilet bowls.Sheets aren't labeled so difficult to find what sheets are for pullout couch.Kitchen was well equipped making it easy to have meals at the house.

Everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout! Property was very nice. I would say it is as picture and described but it exceeded my expectations! Prime location in Del Ray while still having privacy of being in a house with a yard. Laura was prompt with her communication. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again when in the area.

AMAZING

The house is lovely, light, bright, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect. The pool is clean and well maintained. The back yard is private and fun for outside grilled meals.The kitchen is fully stocked with anything needed for a great, easy, relaxing stay. Plenty of linens as well.We had a wonderful time. Hope to come back again in the future!

The Tiki Hit was fantastic and my four adult children and I enjoyed the yard and pool immensely. Quick drive to the beach and restaurants. Quiet peaceful cul de sac neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Place for family to stay.

We enjoyed this place so much. It was family friendly place. We had three kids under 6. Our son got married their and the house worked great for all of us. The pool was the best.

Great vacation home for a family!

Property was perfect for our family. The heated pool was amazingly warm, the AC kept us cool, and the living space was plenty. The house has everything you need for a family with young kids - pool floats, football/basketball, board games, laundry, and plenty of plates and silverware. My sons especially loved the hanging chair under the tiki hut. Host was available immediately through text when we needed her. Thank you for the great stay!

Graduation Getaway

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from FAU. It was a perfect spot for us to be able to invite people over and close to the beach and good dining. I would definitely stay here again. The cleanliness 4/5 was due to pool and outdoor areas not especially clean when we got there. The house was a 5/5.

With Some Investment, Could be a 5 Star Property

The house is adorable and has so much potential. We liked the location as it was literally a mile and half from Atlantic Avenue and the Pineapple Grove Arts district. I think if there was more investment, it could be a 5 star property. A couple of thoughts: We had issues with the AC. The first night, we were sweltering; the AC would go no lower than 75. I could not find a manual with instructions on how to regulate the temperature. There was a heat icon and snowflake icon lit but no temperature change. The host did send an AC repair person over to fix. An AC manual should be included in the welcome binder. There is no ice maker in refrigerator. When I inquired, I was told it has been broken since the host bought the house. Fix the ice maker. No Florida rental should be without an ice maker. The pool is lovely but fills very quickly with leaves and debris from the trees above it. I cleaned the filter daily and skimmed as best as I could but the skimmer has holes in it. Get a new skimmer net. The beds are uncomfortable. The only bedroom that did not get a complaint was the bedroom with the twin beds. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils but not serving dishes, large plates, etc. The grills in the yard are charcoal. So be prepared to bring a bag of charcoal with you if you plan to grill. This should be mentioned in the property description. There is no access to the garage. Your car will be out in the elements for the duration of your stay.

Nice House, Great Pool

The house was perfect for our family of six--two grandparents, two adults, and two children. Nice size bedrooms, one with twin beds. Spacious living room and dining area, open-concept kitchen with plenty of dishes and cooking tools. New appliances and washer-dryer! Fun outdoor space. The pool was huge and could be heated (we paid extra for this). Very well located for driving to Delray Beach/Palm Beach restaurants and shopping. The only drawback: the second bathroom was very small. Other than that, we loved it.

Spring Training Trip

We had a wonderful experience. Great for the whole family. Place was spotless. Pool and back yard / tiki hut was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Proximity to Atlantic Avenue and Delray Beach was great. Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend the property to anyone.

Nice home, great pool and back yard

Property was nice. Check in easy. Property mgr/ owner was very attentive. Back yard is private, pool can be heated fur additional charge and when heated, very warm. Loved that. The living room furniture is getting worn and the need was uncomfortable for us but may be fine for others. Plenty of amenities for guests to start out like toilet paper, detergent, etc. Safe neighborhood. Although kitchen is small, there is everything you need. TVs are great. Overall

Great stay

The house was quaint and cute. Very clean. Wished the weather was better so we could have used the pool. Best fit for no more than 6 people. We were visiting family in Del Ray so the location was perfect.

Amazing home/location

My family and I stayed here 4 nights in May and had the best time! We were celebrating my sons 1st birthday and this home had everything we needed and more. Super clean, great area/neighborhood, huge pool, 3 grills and tiki hut with turf grass. Perfect Florida living and kid friendly. I would recommend 1000x.
