Well-maintained, spacious place in a good location. It’s a nice neighborhood, and walkable (if you enjoy walking) to Atlantic Av and beach. The only reason I gave cleanliness only 4 stars is that one of the cutting boards in the kitchen was visibly dirty. But the rest of the place was perfectly clean.

Great location and plenty of space

House is located in a good neighborhood, large fenced yard, walking distance to downtown and the beach, and quick access to 95.Rooms were nice sized and comfortable and common area had room for everyone. Highly recommend if your looking for a place in Delray.

Great space in a great location!

The house is in a great location, central to downtown Delray, the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. The home was very clean and great layout for our family.

Great stay

Phillip was a kind and thoughtful Host, and went out of his way to make sure our group was comfortable. The house is nice and clean, and well located - on a quiet block just a short walk away from the heart of downtown Delray Beach.

Loved the proximity to Atlantic ave restaurants and shops .Also in the Freebee zone for pick up and drop off of free ride share.Comfortable home with 4 bedrooms. Host Phillip was very responsive to our every need. Best kitchen cookware in rental house we have ever had, very well equipped kitchen. And knives were sharp ! Lots of paper products, soap, cleaners etc, and laundry needs. Enjoyed our stay ! PATRICIA A

The house was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Phillip was very responsive. Had a great stay. A little far to walk to Atlantic Avenue strip alone at night.

Little gem

We loved this house. It was centrally located, close to Atlantic Avenue, and it was a comfortable house, well equipped with everything you might need. Spacious and clean. Highly recommend! The owner was lovely to deal with!

Homely, great for families

This property worked great for our family. All the bedrooms are a nice size with comfy beds. Nice kitchen, dinning and living area, and screened in back porch. For us, the house is close to our relative's place. Pretty quiet street without much traffic but still close to S. Federal. Walkable to Atlantic Ave and Linton. We'd stay again. Thanks Phillip!

Clean, comfortable & centrally located!

Our family loved staying at Phil's house. The house is 5 blocks away from Atlantic Ave with tons of restaurants and shops. Everything about the house was perfect. Newly renovated, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. A common area and fabulous kichen. We emailed Phil a couple times with questions and he answered right away. My family and I come to Delray Beach every year and I would stay at this property again. Highly recommended!

Walking distance to the beautiful town of Delray

We enjoyed our family getaway together in beautiful Delray Beach, the property is close by and walking distance to the town with many great shops and restaurants the beach is within walking distance just a bit further down. The four bedroom house is spacious although not one of the newer homes it has a nice layout that accommodated all of us comfortably, Corner lot has a good sized yard and lanai. Decent furnishings. We absolutely love Delray our favorite area in FL. Nightlife, lots entertainment great restaurants and shops. We had a very nice experience close to everything in beautiful Delray.

Cardinals Spring Training Trip to Florida

The house was very clean with many modern amenities. Its just a few blocks away from Atlantic, with many stores and restaurants. Maybe a dozen or so blocks from the ocean. There were bikes and chairs in the shed for our use. The house had a great layout for me and my 3 friends that joined me. It was very clean, including the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen had cooking utensils and a BBQ out back. Plenty of seating in the living room and kitchen to socialize indoors. There's also a screened in porch in the back yard which was nice for relaxing in the evenings without having to deal with bugs. A nice large HD TV to enjoy, although we didn't watch too much TV. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area.

Great location and affordable accommodation

My family (wife and two young children), and four friends stayed here for a wedding that was taking place in the area. It was ideally located for everything you need on Atlantic Avenue, and was approximately a 20 minute walk to the beach (there is a free trolley you can use which is great). Phillip the owner is really accommodating and was more than happy to have flexibility on our check-in time. He maintained excellent communication throughout. The accommodation is really homely, and that's what we liked about it - you felt you were staying in somebody's home and not just a soulless holiday let. In an area that is very expensive to stay, this is really affordable and Philip was also really accommodating in allowing us to rent for four nights (we didn't need any longer). With young children we didn't want a pool so this was just right. The only negative for us was sadly we had roadworks taking place right outside the property when we were staying, however there is nothing the owner could do about this!! Luckily, the aircon unit is excellent so no need to open windows!! Thanks

Owner knew I had emergency and let me book then canceled half and charged full fees

The owner called me an hour after check in to see if everything was ok and started talking about his son coming into town that weekend. I told him to call me back as I’m in the middle of a crisis trying to move because I had a huge leak/mold problem. He said ok. Then cancelled half of my rental! I had my cat and all the stuff the movers couldn’t take. So we stayed the one night at the dusty, dingy, poorly renovated house that has a welcome committee of GIANT spiders. The beds were awful! My husband and I had to sleep in different rooms. How does a bed get so shakey and lumpy? I called the owner the next day letting him know we’d be checking out (as I had just looked at my vrbo reservation and found half canceled without my consent). He said he’d refund my money at the time I check out and to let him know. I let him know and 9 hours later the refund still wasn’t initiated. I had to call VRBO to force his hand. He refused my phone calls. Refused. So thank god vrbo called him. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this location. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this shady person. What nightmare!

Great location in Delray Beach

The house was extremely clean. Great backyard. Very well supplied with kitchenware!! Eight adults with two bathrooms… but we made it work!!! Definitely would stay there again!

Great spot!

Loved this house! Will definitely stay here again. I grew up in Delray and can tell you this is an excellent location! Just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown but still close to everything. The yard is giant! Thanks so much for having us.

Just what we needed

Phillip was very accommodating. We needed a small house that allowed dogs. Our home was getting spray foam insulation and we were to vacate our house for a few days during the process. Phillip was very responsive and accepted our pets. We enjoyed our stay and the fenced yard was great for the dogs. Home was clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is updated and has everything you need. Screened patio was convenient too. We will definitely be back.

Great visit - great home!

We had a wonderful time visiting our daughter’s family in Delray. This property was exactly the space we needed, and having the fenced in backyard for the dog to run around and play was a delight. The house is an easy walking distance to Atlantic Ave (about 5 blocks) where you can find any kind of food, shopping or even nightlife that you might be interested in. The home is comfortable was for nice size bedrooms, and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking in. We ate out only one time during our visit. Well walking to the beach will take you a bit, is definitely doable as we did it one morning. We found that driving over to Atlantic dunes Beach, or there is public parking just across the street for $1.50 an hour, worked best for us. Phillip was very accommodating as a host, and great with communications. If we come back to Delray, we will check for this property first.

I selected this property specifically for the location (walkability to downtown Delray restaurants/ night life, shops, beach) and the house was perfect size with fenced in yard for my family and dog. We had an AC issue but owner took care of it quickly, also the city of Delray had an on going street infrastructure project in process entire time of my stay which was loud and dusty, but overall very pleased with this property and owner was very responsive/ easy to work with
