The house features a full kitchen, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a wraparound veranda with a hammock to relax in, and two bikes. This home has everything you need for a vacation in paradise!

Three Little Birds is located just south of the village of Caye Caulker, a short walk to the beach. You will find a large variety of restaurants within easy biking or walking distance a few blocks north. Island adventures such as snorkeling, boating, and fishing will make your time memorable, while a quick ferry ride is all that separates you from many fun mainland adventures.

Overall, this was a great location for 4 nights on Caye Caulker for our family (2 adults and 2 teenages). The location is easy walking or biking distance to all parts of the island.

Loved it!

The house was perfectly clean, and the AC was nice and cold. The mattresses were too firm for our taste, but otherwise it was very comfortable. The bikes were a big bonus, but 4 bikes would be even better than 2!

Classic Belize house

It was what we expected... nothing too fancy but clean and tidy... well equipped... AC in bedrooms only... was super hot when we were there

Peaceful stay

The cottage was clean, however the only reason 5 stars wasn't given was due to a urine odor in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have an aromatic oil diffusor or something. Also, instead of just having a garbage bin for the soiled toilet paper, perhaps using an odor locking diaper bin would be best.

Perfect House, perfect location!

Three Little Birds was absolutely lovely! Located right outside the busier area of the island, but anything you might want to experience is a short bike ride away. Having the bikes provided onsite was so convenient. The house was well equipped and cared for. Will definitely return!

Clean & comfortable

It was clean & comfortable, what else could you want. It took us a little time to figure out that the one AC controller was for both bedrooms. Once we figured that out, it was clear sailing!

I loved the balcony, the nature all Around, the quietness of the area. We couldn’t use the bikes as we were 4 and there were only 2 bikes and the contact provided never answered but it’s great that they have them.

Exactly as listed. Known as the “Caye Caulker house with a lawn”. Any small issues that came up, e.g., combination to unlock the bikes, was answered by email by the concierge in less than a hour, and often in minutes.

I was sent an email offering late checkout. Then when I requested late checkout We got bit up by mosquitoes so bad and other bugs, but it only happened on this property as soon as we got off the property we had no insect problems Would not recommend this property

Awesome little place tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough to walk or bike to whenever you need to go. 2 bikes were provided and were in good shape. AC units in bedrooms were super powerful at keeping the rooms cool at night, I usually turned it off in the middle of the night because the room was kept at such a good temp. Junior, the groundskeeper was super friendly and helpful and it was nice knowing he was right there if we needed help with anything. Comfortable beds. Fresh water provided. Really awesome wrap around porch with lots of foliage to watch the birds with my coffee each morning. I would definitely come here again.

This property is just a couple of blocks from the airport on the south side of the split. We were charged $8 for the short golf cart ride. The refrigerator was empty, no condiments (except salt and sugar), no oil, empty ice cube trays in the freezer. It was nearly dark, but we headed out to buy coffee and some staples because we were on the edge of a storm and needed to have some food in case we couldn't get to town. The bikes advertised in the listing were not there. No personal recommendations for restaurants or stores. The safe in the closet was locked and no one ever came to open it. The emergency lantern was not charged.

This house was big enough for the 4 of us, we felt safe as we were at home, Spacious and quiet and we liked very that the place was fenced, The service we received was outstanding. From the reception when we arrived until we left our property manager Raul was always available for information and help, solving problems and responding very quickly and always patiently and friendly to our requests.

The best place on Caye Caulker!

Adorable little two bedroom house- perfect for our family of four. Great location, a short bike ride to town, but there were supermarkets right around the corner. Cold air conditioning in the bedrooms. We loved our stay at 3 Little Birds! Can’t wait to go back!

Lots of space!

The home is comfortable and you have plenty of room to spread out. Love coffee on the porch every morning. Home is a short bike ride to the store and shopping. The caretaker Junior is a pleasant fellow and helpful.

Love the porch!

It's a nice place to stay! You get the whole house to yourself. Close to groceries and a short bike ride to all the restaurants. The house is elevated and has a nice wrap around porch. We enjoyed our coffee out there and adult beverages regularly.
