Conveniently situated in the Ambergris Lake Villas in San Pedro, this multi-level home is just a short walk from the seashore at the southern tip of Ambergris Caye. You'll be within easy walking distance of picturesque beaches, fishing charters, and world-class snorkeling and diving.

Step inside to admire a living space full of natural beams, cheerful colors, and central air conditioning to help you beat the tropical heat.
