This two story, ocean front condo provides exceptional interior and exterior space. The main floor includes an outdoor patio just steps from the beach, a large living space, dining area,1/2 bath, kitchen and breakfast bar - all with views of the beach and ocean. Two spacious king master suites, with ensuite bathrooms and memory foam mattresses, are located on the second floor with another "Juliet" style outdoor walk way. Access to a private roof top deck with seating and "almost" 360 degree views provides the perfect setting to help you relax and unwind.

Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

We enjoyed this beachfront unit and highly recommend it . The mgmt team was outstanding and provided 5 star service for everything (airplane tickets, airport arrival coordination, transfers, tour arrangements, etc) from start to finish. Thank you Brittany and team. Unit’s many windows provided great beachfront views. The upstairs 2br, 2ba dual master suite layout was ideal for my daughter and I. Downstairs was clean, comfortable couches and well stocked kitchen. Overall, this is a very nice rental on North side of town.

Island get away

Brittany and Mike were very welcoming. Brittany was easy to get a hold of very receptive thru the VRBO site. They were able to book all our excursions, help with golf cart rental, stock out frig with water and beverages which were there upon our arrival. Place was comfortable and well stocked. Highly recommend

What a great property! A great location with a stunning location right on the Ocean. Quiet and peaceful, yet very close to all amenities. The property managers were top notch. Everything was so easy! Would come back in a heart beat.

Wonderful Stay

The condo is exactly as described. It is in a very convenient location. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. I can not say enough positive things about the host. They can help you with every aspect of your trip from transportation, golf cart rent, places to eat or activities. They really do go above and beyond in help you in every way. We heard this many times by others staying here as well. It is all true they are awesome!

Exceeded every expectation!

Leading up to our stay at the Landings at Tres Cocos, communication was always quick and helpful. But on arrival at the San Pedro Airport, our hosts (Brittany and Mike) really kicked it up a few levels. They anticipated any and every need, made golf cart pick up easy, eascorted us to the property where check in was seamless, and we got a run down of the condo with several useful tips to introduce us to the town.The home is exactly as pictured with a "wow" factor both inside and outside. The views were incredible - real postcard photo type view. It was very spacious and the teenagers made excellent use of the rooftop patio.A/C was strong and all appliances were new. It was well stocked with towels and just about anything we'd need.Brittany was available 24/7 and super responsive to whatever we needed - whether a new jug of water, more beer for the fridge, or even to get a quick repair from the golf cart people to replace a blown fuse that killled our headlights. Whatever we needed, Brittany and Mike got it done super fast.It was an amazing week, wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to everyone we know.

Great Vacay in Belize

The management team in Bermuda landing were over the top. I researched several places before choosing this place and what sold me was the reviews. If you’re want a party place this is t the place for you though. It was quiet and relaxing. If I had one complaint it is that the need nicer, and more beach towels in the condo. I would highly recommend this place!

Top Notch Service

Landings 1 was perfect for our family of 4! Amazing location, views, and launch point for a family Belizean vacation. Just north of the bridge, easily able to access the best of what north and south of San Pedro has to offer. Unsung heroes were Brittany, Mike, and Kimberly who provided white glove service, before and during the trip. The booked all excursions, flights, and provided door to door luggage transportation. Can't say enough good things about this property and team!

Best Location!

This was our second time at this property and my family will more than likely continue to go back! Brittany and Mike and the staff at the Landings are wonderful. Mike met us at the airport, transported our luggage (even lifted our heavy bags to our rooms!) while we checked in for our golf cart rental. Brittany was waiting for us at the condo and gave us a quick rundown again of the property. The condo is equipped with everything you may need. The rooftop private deck is wonderful to watch the sunsets and view of the ocean. The private dock at the complex is a perfect place to practice your fly casts…. And if you are lucky like my daughter…be the first one to catch a Permit in the family… on a practice cast…. Off the dock!!! The location of the Landings is perfect in my opinion… close enough to town that you can go in every night and grab dinner at the restaurants (after 2 visits there are still restaurants I haven’t been to!). Also close to the famous Truck Stop and about a 30 minute drive to Secret Beach. Booking excursions through Brittany is by far the best deal around. And the fact that you get picked up at the dock on site is fabulous. If you are questioning this location, I hope you aren’t now. It is a definite YES! Thanks Brittany and Mike!!

Communication was great with the hosts. Property location was ideal for getting into town and to the locations north of the bridge. Pictures accurately portrayed the property. Nice amenities.

The best of everything!

This unit offers the best of everything...location, amenities and service. Just steps from our porch were the pool, the dock for excursion pickup and lounge chairs on the beach. Daily necessities for the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were well stocked and ready for our use. Hosts, Brittany and Mike, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable with everything we needed. They picked us up at the airport, had cold beverages in the refrigerator, responded quickly with any questions we had, made our flight, golf cart and excursion reservations and accompanied us to the airport on departure day even waiting in the check in line for us. Their service was outstanding as were the condo and location of the unit. The best we've ever experienced!

Fantastic vacation

Bermuda Landings #1 was a fabulous condo. You cannot begin to know just how stunning the view is. In addition, the property pics looked exactly the same in "real life" which is somewhat rare with some VRBO properties. We went snorkeling twice during our trip(hassle free because Brittany handled all of the details). Brittany also booked our flights for Tropic Air, which made our vacation completely stress free. Brittany & Mike are the property managers. All I can say about them is WOW! I have stayed at a lot of VRBO s, and not one is anywhere near the level of customer service we received from Brittany & Mike. Not only did they pick us up at the airport, they handled all our suitcases to & from airport as well. As soon as we arrived at the condo, Brittany gave us a cell phone to use during our stay. It allowed us to reach out to them at anytime. Each time we had a question or wanted advice on our visit all we had to do was call/text Brittany. That phone was our life lifeline on the island. Not once did Brittany everfail to answer our call immediately. Needless to say, their customer service was top notch. Please don't hesitate to book Bermuda Landings #1. The only thing I ask is that you don't tell anyone about this property. I do not want our secret to get out. That way we never have to worry about return visits. Just kidding! (Big grin) Brittany & Mike, thank you so much for your kindness & your wonderful hospitality. You & your property are one of a kind.

The Landings

Stayed at The Landings for 10 days. Very nice property in a great location. Just far enough out of San Pedro to escape the chaos but close enough to zip into town in a couple of minutes on the golf cart. Can’t say enough about the seamless check in, info and help during the stay and the checkout help from Brittany and Mike. Have travelled extensively around the world and Brittany is at the top of the list as far as a property manager goes! Kudos to her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 stars in Paradise!!

Truly a 5 star!! Cant say enough about the property or the property management company! The condo was perfect for 2 couples - lots of room so you did not feel crowded. Southern decor. Two master bedroom suites - great size kitchen and living room - private upper 3rd level patio with ocean view - roomy front patio -insane ocean view - small pool right next to your door. Larger pool a short walking distance away. Couldn’t have asked for more! Lots of information in the condo about the area and great restaurants to try! Grocery store around the corner - highly recommend packing snacks as chips - chocolate etc are quite expensive. Do not hesitate to book this 5 star property! Brittany & Mike were incredible - always willing to recommend and help book tours - quick to respond to small issues in the condo - or just a thoughtful hello. The “door to door” service from the airport and return makes it so easy! Highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around. You can tell they truly care about their business and are customer service oriented! As a treat surprise them with gummy bears - they can’t buy them in Belize!! Book this wonderful property - you will not regret it!

No other place I'd rather stay!

Our party was comprised of two 40something couples, which the two king suites suited perfectly. I would argue that we rented the best condo in the entire complex! We were just a few steps from the pool and the ocean. The condo had everything we needed for our week's stay. We spent hours on the front porch, it was definitely our favorite spot to hang out. Having laundry in our unit was such an amazing bonus. The real star here though is the staff. Brittany and Mike made our vacation so easy. From picking us up at the airport, to arranging our excursions and very quickly responding to my daily inquiries (Sorry!) they were the epitome of accommodating. Having the fridge stocked with drinks and water jugs refilled regularly made our lives so much easier! My husband found a coconut one day and shout out to Hector who opened it for me and brought me 2 others. My rum and coconut water cocktails were delicious! Truly above and beyond!!! We literally wouldn't stay anywhere else on the island.
