TRANQUILITY: double gazing and opaque curtains at every window. Do note that some light sleepers may be bothered by the sound of the tramway running from early in the morning until the evening. However, 95% of our travelers do not mind it at all and consider the tram’s proximity a major asset.

- Copy of ID + credit card imprint are required before arrival

- No noise after 20:00 (noise detector in the apartment). Parties and events are strictly forbidden.
- No visitors allowed, unless previously authorized.
- No escort services or commercial activities (cameras in the building)
- No pets
- CHECK-IN: please do follow the instructions sent to you by email 15 days before your arrival.
- CHECK-OUT: please gather all your rubbish in the garbage, and all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
