This luxury condo at Regency Isle is located directly on the beach and sleeps up to six. Once you see this beautiful two bedroom, 1300+ sq. foot condo, with breathtaking views of the gulf and beaches, you'll never want to leave. Relax and enjoy the beautiful views from your oversized 10'x30' balcony or by the pool. Inclement weather? No problem! Enjoy the indoor heated pool with hot tub, sauna, steam room or work out in the fitness center.

This professionally decorated TENTH floor, non-smoking unit features two bedrooms, two and half baths(jacuzzi in master) and nine foot ceilings. Very spacious! The fully-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, full size appliances, wet bar with sink and Beverage Refrigerator. This unit comes with everything, just like home!

The bedrooms include a King in master suite, two full beds in the second bedroom. There are also combination TV/DVD's in bedrooms and DVD/BluRay Player in living area.

Note: also includes Reserved Covered Parking Space across from the elevator taking you to unit! We look forward to having you as a guest at Regency Isle Unit #1007 and making it your home away from home.

This was an awesome location with great views of the Gulf from the tenth floor balcony. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Flora-Bama. Definitely go back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay! The beach was beautiful. There was an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room which were so relaxing, and the outdoor pool and BBQ area were lovely. We had a family of 5 there was more than enough space for all of us. Check in was smooth, parking was easy and close. We were there for the 4th of July and could see fireworks off of the beach from Flori-bama close by. We hope to visit again!

Awesome location!

This condo is perfect for families wanting to enjoy the beach and a pool! This unit is super convenient - parking space and your door are right by the elevators (and we never heard any noise from people getting on/off), so walking is minimal. Great view, comfy beds and recliners, sturdy balcony furniture, well stocked kitchen, and bonus beverage fridge. Would def stay here again!

I canā€™t say enough good things about this rental! The condo was well stocked, decorated beautifully, and very clean. John and Sue were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Stay here, you will love it!!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. John and Sue were so easy to work with and get a hold of if we had any questions. Everything was immaculate and you couldnā€™t ask for a better view and location. We were close to many restaurants and within driving distance to Gulf State Park and the Naval museum in Pensacola. The beach was beautiful and the condo had a closet full of beach necessities, if needed. We used a couple beach chairs and the small cooler provided. Loved this condo and will hopefully be back soon!

Nice Condo

The condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay . We have stayed at the Regency for several years and all of the condos we have stayed in had an ice machine under the bar area , this one did not , it had a wine cooler that did not work ? I would suggest a new coffee maker and an ice machine.

Our stay was great! The view was amazing & the condo itself was decorated nicely & well kept! The check in was the easiest ever, as you just go straight to your room with the key code they email you. No long check in process. The beds were comfy & water pressure for showers were great. They had all the beach toys, chairs, floats, etc. Parking was great as it was right across from the elevator. The only issue we had is that every morning we got up, water was in the kitchen floor by the side of the bar. The ice machine in freezer wasnā€™t working properly so we had to go buy bagged ice . I think some of the ice may have been going under the freezer, causing the standing water each morning. We would soak it up with a towel but by the next morning there would be water in that one area again. It wasnā€™t a big deal & we would most definitely stay here again, as that was our one & only minor problem.

This condo was very nice and comfortable. Only a few issues need to be fixed. We had only 3 hangers in both bedrooms and one trash bag to use. Also th master bath towels were very small and old. For the amount of money we paid I feel these should have been better.

A great stay!!

First of all the owners are amazing. Response time is quick if we had any questions. The condo was clean, roomy, and MORE than what was described in the details. This condo had everything a vacationer would need and more. Itā€™s an extremely quick walk to the beach on a beautiful property! The pool is very nice and landscaping is gorgeous. Itā€™s quiet and comforting with family oriented atmosphere. The property is very clean and beautiful. They were doing remodeling and it didnā€™t distract us from anything!!!! Hands down, we WILL BE RETURNING!!!!! Home away from home!!! My kids loved it! Right down to the super glue I found in a drawer when I broke my earring!!! They had everything and more!!!

Perfection

This condo was perfection for us! I was traveling with my disabled son and elderly mother. The parking was spot on! Loved not having to cart everyoneā€™s luggage too far. The condo was clean, warm and inviting. It had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The towels were fluffy. The washer and dryer were nice as most beach places have older appliances in the laundry room. The ice maker in the freezer provided plenty of ice for us. The beach chairs and toys in the balcony closet were a welcome sight. It was less I had to worry about. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were of good quality. Plenty of hangers in the closet areas. The views were spectacular from the very spacious balcony. I even found the time to sit out there in the evenings and read one of the many books provided by the owners. Overall it was the best place Iā€™ve stayed at Orange beach/Perdido key area. And Iā€™ve stayed in 4 places on 6 different occasions. I do hope Iā€™m able to rent again in the summer of 24, and stay a week. I will always check this one first. You will not be disappointed.

Fabulous location and unit!

Loved every minute of our stay. We had dinner reservations 3 nights and cancelled all of them to sit on the patio and enjoy the view and cook dinner there! Beach is close, parking is close- everything was perfect!

Great condo

Owners were great to deal with. The condo was amazing with probably the largest balcony we have had in the 37 years we have been renting in the area .The condo has things we have been buying,like sand toys ,floats and chairs,salt and pepper and the list goes on and on .Games where stacked up for rain days or if the kids need a break ,Movies where in the cabinet, CD where there too.And covered parking that fit our Expedition, and right across from the elevator. We just can not say enough good things about this condo and will return again soon , Thanks for everything Mike ,Liz and granddaughters and there two friends šŸ˜„

This place was PERFECT!! We stayed the first week of October and it could not have been any better. Convenient to the elevator and the beach . We loved it and will definitely come back here.

Overall great rental...

This was a clean rental unit, overall very happy with the stay. Need new pots and Pans, and a hair dryer... Just sayin. All super minor stuff that didn't alter our time spent in Orange Beach.

Nice Condo

We always enjoy coming to Regency Isle . The condo is very nice and we enjoyed our stay . Just a few things would make it more visitor friendly . A hook outside the shower door in the master would be great . Ice make instead of the wine cooler would be awesome , not much ice in the freezer . A fridge with water in the door would be awesome , we went through a lot of bottled water . Overall the condo was great , just some things I thought I would pass along. Thank You DMD

Lovely quiet condo

We enjoyed our time at the Regency Isle. We have been coming here for several years. The condo was well appointed, and even had a nice non-stick pan(I know, Iā€™m easy to please). Everything worked as it should and my family had a great time! A couple of suggestions: 1. Replace the ā€œbeverage coolerā€ with an ice maker. I was surprised it didnā€™t have one as others we have stayed in have all had them. In fact, my families 6 other condos all had them as well. 2. Place curtains in the living room to prevent early sunrise from coming in an waking up anyone in the living room. Overall, we would love to stay here again. Great place!
