Each of the extra large three bedrooms has their own balcony,master and one guest room have king beds, the third has a full bed and a twin bed, flat screen TV's and private bath.
Professionally decorated interior has a large kitchen with outside views, quartz counter tops, wet bar with ice maker and all kitchen amenities. The elegant living room and dining area also have unsurpassed views of the beach. Brand new 50 inch flat screen TV. Living and Master TV's are smart tv's enabling you to sign into your streaming accounts.
The master bedroom has private access to the 428 sq. ft. ocean front balcony, king bed, and private bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower and a walk in closet. It also has a 46 inch flat screen TV and DVD player.
Regency Isle is a newer, beach front condo 4/10th of a mile from the Florida state line. Guests have the full use of both a heated indoor pool and large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, steam room, and exercise room. It also has a pavillion with gas grills. It has covered reserved parking, on site management and full security service.

The proximity to Gulf Shores, Florida, world class shopping and wonderful food and people immediately won us over! We have two school aged daughters and are native Texans who currently reside in Frisco, TX, a suburb of Dallas, TX. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.
