Regency Isle is one of the most popular gulf front condos in Orange Beach. Owners and vacationers alike love the fabulous Orange Beach location; the oversized floor plans; extra spacious gulf front decks; high ceilings; granite counters; wet bars with ice makers; gulf front master suites with luxurious styled master baths featuring double vanities, jetted tubs, and a separate walk-in shower.

Regency Isle has amenities galore. Lush, tropical palm trees line the gulf side pool and boardwalk to the beach! Grill in style poolside and beachside on one of the 4 gas grills - this area is covered. A large gulf side lawn provides wonderful areas for you and children to play a game of horseshoes; Red Rover, or just sit in the green grass and look up at the stars! The gulf side pool and sun deck are huge. You will find plenty of seating and loungers around the pool, and you will love relaxing in the gulf side hot tub! Great location

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. The beach was beautiful. Weather was a little cool but the condo was a great place to visit with family while having an awesome view of the gulf.

Beautiful condo with spacious primary bedroom. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony. Fully furnished kitchen. Prompt response from maintenance for any issues that might arise.

Great condo and loxation

The condo was very clean & well equipped with all the necessities. Check in process was easy, access to the beach was very close. We were also within walking distance to Flora-Bama. Several nice restaurants to choose from for lunch/dinner were just a short drive away. Weā€™d definitely rent again.

Thanksgiving visit

Nice low key property and stay over Thanksgiving weekend. Has indoor heated pool which we did not use but the outdoors pool and hot tub were open. Clean looking grill/picnic table area available and straight elevated deck walk to beach. All in all very nice property. Very clean and well described room.

Annual Beach Trip

This is actually our 2nd time staying in this unit. Perfect location and walking distance to Flora Bama. Good amenities. Size of unit is perfect and each couple had own bedroom and bathroom. Communication with property management is easy, as is check in and checkout. Our only critique is some updates are needed, especially in bathrooms and the first back bedroom. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Regency Isle Gem

We have stayed at Regency Isle in Orange Beach for 5 years now, our first time in this unit. We brought friend who have mever visited our favorite vacation spot before. Everything was great in the condo as we had plenty of room and loved our week. The large balcony was fantastic and the memories will last. Won't be our last time to visit either.

Clean and well managed

Well maintained and clean. Nicely furnished and easy access to the beach from the third floor. Problem with the AC unit upon arrival was immediately addressed, and an entire new unit was promptly replaced. Management was very responsive. Already booked to return next year.

Family Vaycay

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The rooms were very spacious and accommodated my family of five well! The beds were very comfy!!! The balcony was very spacious and had plenty of seating. The beach was not over crowded, Iā€™d say we went at the perfect time of the month! We did have an issue with an alarm going off and the issue was resolved immediately!!! This condo definitely deserves five stars!!

Brother in law lives in Foley

Great property and super great condo. We come to bring Mom and see my brother in law. This condo is where you want to stay. Very nice, very private. Not over Spring Breakish. If you are going, stay here. We went from SB, as always to bring Mom n for our boys to go deep sea fishing with me. We will not come back for SB any more, as traffic was beyond horrible. We will come back any other time. It is a great place.

The condo was great, we loved the location and the access to both the parking, the beach and the condo itself. We selected this property specifically because it did not have as many floors/rooms so that the beach would not be as crowded as some of the other condos. We were very satisfied. It would be great if blow dryers were furnished. That's really my only complaint. Thank you.

Great place and location

The property and the condo were both very clean. The property managers at Prickett were awesome and easy to deal with. Great communication ask the way through. Easy booking and check-in. They were always available by phone or email and responded quickly. The location was great. Only "complaint" was that the outdoor pool and hot tub were under maintenance and not available the whole week and we were not told ahead of time, but neither were the property managers. Also the ice maker needed to be cleaned, but 1 phone call and they sent people out to take care of that issue. Glad we had a back up in the refrigerator though. Other than that, it was awesome and i would highly recommend Prickett Properties and the Regency Isle. The walk to the Florabama was short and easy, even after a few bushwackers!

Beauty In Every Direction

Beautiful condo with an incredible view of the beach. Plenty of space for my family of 5 with 3 bedrooms (4 total beds) and 3 1/2 bathrooms a big plus. The corner unit allowed everyone to stretch their legs and arms without being on top of each other. This side of Orange Beach is incredible with less people and properties closer to the water. Came during Fall Break but did not seem crowded. Water and weather was perfect. Would come back in a heartbeat. Check in was a breeze with the door code emailed to us day of arrival and allowed us to bypass any retrieval of keys. If there was one negative, it was the space in the parking garage. If you have a full size SUV or truck it is not conducive to getting in and out of the parking spots. I could not get my truck out one morning and had to ask the people in the spot across from me if they could move their vehicle so I could back out. Other than that the stay was great.
