Fabulous 4 bedroom, 4 full bath Clearbrook townhouse with great views of Loon Mountain. Large fully equipped kitchen, Dining room seats 9. Spacious comfortable living room with wood burning fireplace. Free high speed wireless Internet, smart TVs, washer and dryer, whirlpool tub.
***** Dec 26-Jan 2 dates require 7 night rental ****

Feb winter break requires 4-5 night reservation
Christmas - New Years may require longer rentals.

No seasonal rentals.
No pets due to family allergies.

Perfect for 2 small families. Lots of space and a large loft for the children to hang out.

Health Club privileges include 2 indoor and 2 outdoor pools, workout facilities, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, playground and game room for the kids. Lots of summer activities or just hang out at the pools.

Free weekend and vacation ski shuttle to Loon Mountain or sit in the living room and watch others ski down the trails.

Roomy Condo in a great location and view

We recently rented Mary Beth's property while hiking in the White Mountains. The condo was perfect for our group. Very large, great access to downtown Lincoln and outdoor activities, and very cozy. We look forward to renting again in the future.

Great time at this beautiful condo!

Amazing condo, clean and spacious and equipped with anything that you could ever need. Shuttle to the mountain was great as Loon was sold out and parking may have been tough. Great mini vacation with the family, everyone enjoyed

Perfect for small family reunion

This condo is in a great location- close to everything the White Mountains has to offer. The hostess was very responsive. Spacious, clean and well stocked for our group of 8. The well working fireplace and views of the slopes were a bonus. Will definately visit again.

Great stay at Clearbrook!

Nine of us, all related except for one friend. Great 4 bedroom condo with a loft and comfortable living room. Really appreciated the four bathrooms. Everything we needed and well supplied kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

truly a home away from home

Mary Beth's home was a wonderful place to come back to after our days of exploring. She has put so much thought into making you feel so welcome and comfortable. It is clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, and has a beautiful view of the mountains. Looking forward to coming back again.

Family fun

Beautiful, well appointed property in ideal location. Convenient to all activities with sports club privileges, shuttle to slopes, an amazing view for the non skiers to enjoy all day and a warm fire for the skiers/sledders/tubers at night. Host was welcoming, attentive and directed immediaterrspons to minor issues!

Great condo close to Loon!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very close to skiing and restaurants and despite the subzero temps outside, we were so warm and cozy inside with the fireplace. It was nicely set up. Large condo and large kitchen and it looked just like in the pictures. Owners were easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent again!

Excellent home

Excellent home with gorgeous view of the mountains. House was perfect for our two families enjoying some skiing and relaxation over the Holidays. House had four large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped and has everything you need for cooking meals so you don’t have to eat out every night. Great location to enjoy Loon (even has a shuttle bus), Cannon Mountain and even Bretton Woods is not a bad drive (around 40 minutes). You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

Great condo but cumbersome check in/ check out

This condo is spacious, clean, well stocked and well situated. For the price of the rental we were frustrated with the amount of work required upon arrival and before departure. The beds were not made and the cleaning requests at check out were onerous. Stripping sheets, cleaning the stove, taking out the trash, washing the pool towels, among others. The owner should make those expectations clear in the listing and adjust the rental price to reflect the labor expected of guests. If the beds were made and we had been able to just pack up the trash and leave, I would have given this rental five stars.

Very roomy. Only thing missing was fans. 90 degrees the weekend we were up there so with no ac or fans it was a little warm. Other than that. Beautiful place

Great place for extended family weekend!

Large, clean, well stocked unit. Open kitchen, dining and living room area made it easy for everyone to hang out together. Lots of stairs which made the bedrooms private. A plus for us was that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Hot weather during the day but cooled off at night, especially with the abundance of fans. Very easy communication with owner. It was a perfect stay for our family!!!

Great place!

We had a great time. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Only suggestion is a normal size garbage can for the kitchen. What they provided was way too small. Other than that we had no complaints. Mary Beth was very nice and helpful as well.

Great winter getaway

This property had everything we needed for our stay. We had a fabulous 3 days of skiing- very easy with shuttle. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Owners were great- checked in with me prior to arrival and after to make sure we were all set. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Very pleasant stay

Dear Mary Beth and Pat, Thank you so much for the stay! We had an amazing time! The trails were beautiful. Both the kids and the adults had a blast. The home also has a very relaxing environment! Wonderful Vacation!

Every summer for the past 10+yrs my family has spent a week in Lincoln. Our group rents 2 properties for a week. This condo was my favorite rental thus far! The owner was very friendly, communication was great, the condo was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was well supplied for meal preparation. The property was spacious and there was plenty of room and privacy for our group of 9. My brother and his extended family rented a property in the same complex ( Clearbrook). The location of the property was central to the activities that we love (hiking, swimming, attractions for all ages including Whales Tail, Santa’s Village, Clark’s etc). Our vacation was great and we are already looking forward to next year!

Winter weekend

Great Condo for Ski Weekend

Property was outstanding overall. We had 9 people (4 adults, 5 children) and the unit was very spacious for living. Sleeping arrangements were a little tight for this number but workable. Marybeth was very good with communication and extremely responsive. Views of the mountain were pristine.

Grandchildren learn to ski

We had a great stay at the condo with our 3 grandchildren and parents. The 7 year old learned how to ride the chair lift and how to stop like her parent do while the 4 learned how to ski at Loon. The 2 year old played in the snow and perfected how to climb the stairs between the levels. The owner was very responsive to our needs and addressed any issues. Get vacation.
