Only 2 minute stroll to the closest beach! This beach chic, 2 bed, 1 bath condo has just been updated with brand new flooring, and a fully remodeled bathroom with custom-tiled, large walk-in shower. It features stylish and comfortable furnishings with tropical, beach-inspired décor.

This lovely ground floor condo is fully furnished and stocked with all of your modern amenities and comforts of home near the beach. There is an AC unit in the main living area, as well as ceiling fans throughout. Both bedrooms feature a king size bed, and there is a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. You will find a Smart TV in the living room and the Master Bedroom, for your entertainment. The unit includes parking and WiFi, as well as beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and some beach/pool toys. For your convenience there are coin operated laundry facilities located just around the corner in the same building.

Kihei Garden Estates features a custom tiled pool and whirlpool spa along with a full outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ. The property has lush grounds with plumeria’s, mango and coconut trees, hibiscus and palms.

The Kihei Garden Estates complex, is quiet and well-maintained. The condo is conveniently located close to parking and pool. Ideally located in central Kihei makes it very accessible. It’s just a short walk to some of Kihei’s best dining and shopping. Kihei Garden Estates is also on the same block as a beautiful stretch of white sand beach, making it very easy to enjoy your favorite water sports or a leisurely stroll along the beach. The complex is within 3-15 min drive of ALL of the best and most popular beaches in South Maui.

Comfortable stay with good beach chairs and coolers included. Easy walking access to beach and functioning AC in every room which was important to us. Plenty of towels were provided for a family of 4 over 5 days to use. Only minor note is there was only a tiny travel set of shampoo and soap which wasn’t enough for the number of occupants and length of stay, but there is a grocery store nearby where you can get basics.

Kitchen was minimally equipped. No dish cloths, one very small ice tray, no cleanser for sink cleaning. Washering machine ok, but dryer wouldn’t dry because it was clogged with debris and sand. It would need some professional maintenance. Side tables in whole condo could be moved forward for more comfortable access. Front door had been broken into and since not really aligned well. Both door and frame should be replaced.

Great location for Maui vacation

The condo was a perfect location for our one week stay in Maui. Convenient access to local beach, groceries and restaurants with short drives to beaches in Kihei and Wailea. The condo itself also had everything we needed for the week in a comfortable space with the added bonus of a good pool for local relaxation. Communication with the property manager was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Hospitality - can’t wait to return!

The VIP team was incredibly responsive & their Aloha was felt through every correspondence. My family & I were beyond pleased with how beautifully decorated and clean the condo was. The thoughtfulness of having laundry soap, dish soap, beach towels, extra blankets & towels, laundry baskets & all the kitchenware were just a few of the things that sparked extra joy for us! We never had to worry about a thing. My family reunited here after 10years and it meant the world to have a safe clean space- this condo felt like a home for us. Conveniently located next to so many great restaurants, we were able to share meals in the condo together with ease. Highly recommend staying here- we can’t wait to return! Thank you to the team for being so wonderful to us and for sharing so much Aloha!

The pool and hot tub were great as well. We were grateful for the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler bag from the rental. There is a grocery store just east of the apartment complex that was really nice to be close to. The only thing that wasn't provided that would have been nice would be some designated beach towels. Besides that we had an amazing stay!

Areas of improvement: cleaners need to wash sheets + pillow cases. I saw stains & pubic hair on sheets. I had to wash them before first night of use. Lock in front door was hard to use.

Great location

This property is conveniently located to everywhere you’re trying to travel to on the island. The only bad part was the unit had a smell and the upstairs neighbors is loud at times. Doesn’t have central air so it takes awhile to cool the unit down. Other positives the unit did have accessories such as beach chairs and a cooler which came in handy.

Great place for my family

Comfy and roomy place for my family on Maui for a short weekend trip. This home is close to stores, restaurants and shops in Kihei literally. Parking is no issue and the pool on property was awesome. Definitely will be a place that will be saved for future stays on Maui.

Decent, basic place to stay

This property was as expected - had a functional kitchen, a bathroom, a couple of bedrooms. The location is good for exploring the island, and close to a few places to eat, and a very short walk to a nice beach too. There is some noise from neighbors due to the plumbing (you can hear water from their toilet flushing, etc), which was slightly annoying. The pool was OK for a kid to have fun, but nothing to write home about. It was a good value, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable stay.

At the listed price, this place in Maui is a steal. It's clean, and the check-in and check-out process is easy. Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants are within walking distance, and the best part is that you can easily walk to the beach.

Fantastic Location

This is an ideal location especially if you're staying with young children. It's a very short walk to the beach which we were able to do multiple times a day. We brought beach chairs and beach toys and small provisions but when it was time to go inside and get some rest it was easy to pack up and head back. They have a foot washing station that came in so handy before getting back into the condo. We did have to use the laundry room quite a bit so that we had clean dry towels, however, the gripe there is that it's one washing machine and it seemed to always be in use, that's a disadvantage as we stayed for 11 nights so we couldn't just use the stash given and be good to go. There's a grocery store right behind the condos that is convenient for the quick little things we needed, but it's best to shop at Wal-Mart or Costco depending on the length of your stay. It was easy to walk to some of the restaurants that were close by and they were really wonderful places. The property management team is very responsive and provided wonderful customer service.

Beach, grocery store, and flee market all in walking distance. Plenty of towels provided which was a pleasant surprise.

Maui stay

Very walkable to coffee, shopping and restaurants. The beach across the street has beautiful views, but not swimmable. But very nice swimming areas 1-2 miles away.
