Escape to our charming 3-bedroom vacation home in the heart of Rockport, just a short walk from the Shalin Liu Performance Center and the restaurant’s and shops on Bearskin Neck. Relax and unwind as you take in the breathtaking ocean views from the comfort of your home.

Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the kitchen island or dine al fresco on the outdoor furniture. After a day of exploring, cozy up in the living room and enjoy the streaming/cable TV or dive into a good book.

When it's time to unwind, retreat to one of the 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, where you'll find towels, basic soaps, and a hair dryer. Keep your clothes fresh with the in-unit washer and dryer. Two Beaches

We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay on Beach St. The house was perfect for us and the location was great, walk to everything. The hosts provided everything we needed to be cozy and comfortable.

Lafayette College girls weekend

Perfect for our needs. Great kitchen for cooking, awesome huge patio for grilling, fire pit, all of the good things. Would highly recommend.

Weekend in Rockport

Myself and two friends stayed at this beautiful house in Rockport for the weekend and would definitely come back again. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable, and the location was perfect- easily walkable to everything downtown but closer to the quiet beaches. It was great to wake up each day with the sunrise overlooking the water (the house is right across the street from the ocean). Easy access to Gloucester too, where we went surfing and had some great meals.

Excellent property, host, location

So grateful for a wonderful week away in our favorite place, and this property is the nicest we’ve found. Everything about the rental was easy, and everything exceeded expectations. The kitchen, in particular, made it a great place for families to enjoy. Its proximity to all that Rockport has to offer, particularly two of its most easy to love beaches that are visible from the front steps, make it well worth the cost. We parked the car and didn’t touch it again until our time was up. Perfect.

Perfect

Where to start? I would love to live in this home! It is beautiful and spacious with furniture and appliances that are top of the line. Everyone in our party agreed that this is our dream kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable. It was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Everything Rockport has to offer is a short walk away. Annie was responsive, friendly and very helpful. We didn't use the kayaks or paddle boards but I would imagine they would be fun in the summer. We chose to do this trip without a car and it worked out very well. To and from the train station we called Uber because of our bags but it is a 10 minute walk from the house. Our group is already planning to make this trip an annual event and would love to rent this house again. Highly recommend!!

Great vacation at Between the Beaches!!!

We spent the second full week of August 2021 at Between the Beaches. The house is beautiful. It is ideally located between two beaches, Front Beach and Back Beach, in Rockport. The walk to either beach is no more than 5 minutes. The walk to Rockport center is between 10 and 15 minutes. There were 5 of us and the home offered plenty of room for each of us to have our own space if we so desired. The kitchen is updated and modern. There is a big island and a large dining room table that easily accompanied us all. The host, Annie, and prior guests left many necessities that help you to settle in immediately, napkins, paper towels, bug spray, sun tan lotion, etc. The stove in the kitchen is world class. We made homemade pasta and our son cooked lobsters. There is a major chain grocery store about 15 minutes away just over the border in Gloucester. We shopped there three or so times throughout the week. We spent most of our time in the house at the kitchen table playing cards, eating, talking, listening to music through the provided Bose speaker, peeking out the windows at people walking by and peeking between the neighbors houses across the street to the fantastic views of the water. We used the laundry machines often and at the end of the night we sat in the living room to plan our next day's adventure. The bedrooms upstairs accompanied my wife and I in the master (king bed), my girls (23 and 15) in a bedroom with two twins and my son (21) in a bedroom with a full bed. There was a bathroom with tub on the first floor and a bathroom with walk-in shower on the second floor. For fun, we hiked in Halibut Pond State Park (10 minutes down the road and a $20 parking fee for out-of-staters), we went whale watching in Gloucester (Cape Ann Whale Watching, $20 each with a Groupon) where we saw 10 whales and got great pictures, we went to Salem (a 40 minute drive) to visit the witches museum and shop in their downtown marketplace, we kayaked with the four kayaks in the shed behind the house, we swam at the beaches, and shopped in downtown Rockport. We were able to do something new each day. My girls even rode two bikes that were in the garage behind the house that belonged to Annie's kids when they were young. One needed air and Annie and her husband came right over to pump up the tires and leave the pump in case we needed it. Communication with Annie was simple (done all by text). Out of room, so will end with loved this place and would book again.

Great stay in Rockport

This is a very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath house just across the street from 2 beaches. It had everything our 5 person family needed to enjoy a restful week of vacation. Would definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful stay in Rockport!

Beautiful home with everything our family needed. Kayaks were a great bonus! Easy walk to beaches and Bearskin Neck! This is our 4th time renting in Rockport and we will definitely rent this property again.

Perfect house in perfect location

We loved our 4 day stay ver much. The house is well equipped with everything one would need. The location was perfect for us, walkable to a couple beaches and the town center. Spacious, clean, bright and cheerful. We loved it!

Family vacation week

Anne's house was perfect for us (me and my family), we walked around Rockport, enjoyed the beach, saw the sunrise, spent a day in Halibut etc. The pictures of the house are accurate. Downtown and the beach are just a short walk away. The house had air conditioning in the bedrooms, so there was no need to worry about being hot while you are sleeping. The biggest highlight of the trip was how close we were to the beaches; the walk wasn't even five minutes long! The house is also within walking distance of the local market too. Overall 5/5 stars. ⭐️

A Perfect Location

Everything about this vacation rental surpassed expectations. The house is lovely with all furnishings, appliances and fittings of very high quality. The close proximity to Back Beach is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The owners made booking, check-in and out very simple and ensured we had a good experience. Would love to come back to this property.

Beautiful home and great location

Beautifully renovated, fresh and clean home. Great additional outdoor space in back along with grill. Availability of kayaks and beach supplies were a thoughtful and convenient plus. Loved the location - stones throw from two beaches and a nice manageable walk to center of town. Super responsive and friendly owners. Would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful home. Fabulous location.

The home is warm and welcoming. It is well appointed with all you need for a great stay in the lovely quintessential town of Rockport MA. There is something for everyone to do - kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, hiking a near by quarry. And my favorite - the shops, restaurants and ice cream at Bearskin Neck. You will completely and thoroughly enjoy every minute at Between the Beaches.
