This newly renovated ocean front condo is absolutely stunning! You’ll have plenty of room in the 3,000 sq. ft. 5 bedroom 4 full bathroom condo. This property (Ocean Blue) maintains a very private & exclusive feel with only 36 units, 12 floors, 3 units per floor. For this reason, the beach has a really private feel to it. This unit is perfect for family reunions, golf outings, summer vacations, holiday celebrations & weddings. Ocean Blue is outfitted with covered garage parking, 24 hr security & security swipe entry for all common doors. You won’t forget the heated pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, lazy river & of course the soft white sand of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean coastline.

This unit’s best feature & what we get the most comments on is the 180 degree sweeping view of the blue ocean waters. Standing in the kitchen, hallway, family room, dining room or master bedroom you will enjoy the floor to ceiling & wall to wall views of the ocean. All you see is water!! Once you hurry out to the 350 sq ft balcony the sand & out door pool can be easily enjoyed with zero blockage. In this masterpiece you will enjoy 7 flat screen TV’s, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, & 2 dishwashers. After a hot sunny day at the beach come inside to enjoy 2 brand new A/C units, new hot water tank & new 5 burner stove top. Every room has been freshly painted in beach colors. There is an Ocean Blvd deck off the back master bedroom where one can enjoy some privacy. Don’t forget to enjoy the 2nd family room where the kids can enjoy a little privacy as well. Three bedrooms enjoy an on-suite bathroom with the the other 2 bedrooms sharing the 4th bathroom. Not only enjoy the oversized oceanfront balcony from the main family room but from the master bedroom suite too. This building aims to please & has provided easy access for all age groups & is handicap accessible. This unit is larger than most oceanfront homes, yet half the price. Spacious condo right on oceanfront

The view was amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a closet with some chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards. We would stay there again.

This condo is beautiful with a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. The condo was large enough to accomendate 14 people, location is great, pools and hot tub clean and property well maintained. The owner, Tom, answered any questions promptly and made our family vacation stay a wonderful experience!! Honestly cant say enough great things about this condo and owner!

Best ocean view

This was the perfect place to stay for our first visit to Myrtle Beach. What a lovely condo with lots of space for everyone. Check in was a breeze and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. Tom was very responsive and went above and beyond with area recommendations. The ocean view from the condo was exceptional. We loved watching the storms roll in and spent a lot of quality family time chilling outside on the balcony. The location is not far from Murrells Inlet and the Toasted Turtle next door was great fun!

Amazing place to stay!

Tom was super easy to work with and had everything set up for when we arrived in town. The condo was immaculate and what a view! There was enough room for 10 people from 3 families to sleep comfortably. And you are only a few steps to the beach.

Enjoyed our multigeneration family vacation at the beach! The condo is perfect size for all of us to hang out together and have our own space! The balcony view of the ocean and beach was our favorite part!

Great Condo

We planed this trip for 1.5 years and it did not disappoint. The Condo was just what we were looking for as we have a Special Needs Grandson in a wheel chair. Access for him was easy and comfortable. Tom was quick to answer any questions we had before and during the stay. Would recommend this unit highly.

The Best Yet

We've stayed in Ocean Blue for a few years now but this condo was by far the cleanest and our overall favorite. Well equipped making our stay comfortable and fantastic communication with the owner. Our family looks forward to another vacation here.

Outstanding for family celebration

This Ocean Blue property is as great as all the photos. Well appointed for a large group (we had 10). Any questions were promptly answer by owner and his recommendations for restaurants were tasty, too. We'd highly recommend it.

Perfect for a group vacation

The apartment was awesome: well stocked kitchen for cooking, lots of space, and a fantastic view. The second living space was perfect for giving kids their own play space. Tom was very responsive and helpful as a host.

Condo was beautiful. Clean and spacious. Plenty of room to spread out! Would stay here again in a second! The housekeeper Lisa was always quick to respond to any questions. Great location! Plenty to do around area!

AMAZING

This place was amazing from top to bottom! Spacious with spectacular views. All 4 bathrooms had tub and shower. I could go on and on about how great this place was. 5 minutes from the airport

Just right

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The condo looked as advertised and there was plenty of space. Tom was awesome with answering the few questions I had because everything ran smoothly. I'm looking forward to renting this property again.

Being from Northeast Ohio we so look forward to those warm & gorgeous sunrises & sunsets. Be sure to enjoy all the fine southern cooking with shrimp & grits being one of our many favorites.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

To me it’s all about the view...However with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms & 2 family rooms - plenty of room for both kids & adults to enjoy their own privacy. Located on the south end of Myrtle Beach you are 1.5 miles away from the busy & crowded downtown area. If you had enough sun come inside to enjoy the relaxing lazy river. Also, only being less than 2 miles from the airport makes life so much easier when friends and family come to enjoy the beach life.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

With most of the oceanfront condo’s being very populated & large in size, Ocean Blue is the exact opposite. The building is only 12 stories high with 3 units on each floor. You can walk the beach in either direction for a frozen cocktail or a quick meal (without having to change your clothes). One of our favorite places to venture to is Murrell’s Inlet & their wonderful marshwalk. Here you will find at least 12 restaurants & bars along the marshwalk to enjoy from the inside or lounge on the outside. The whole time watching the “pirate” ships, jet ski’s or the many goats on the island but within view. also, don't forget to take in the fishing boats that arrive with the fresh catch of the day. Maybe you can buy it right off the boat!!
