Park in your private garage spot, step into the elevator, and ride straight to your front door - no stairs, no hassle, just simple mountain living. Inside, the new owners have reimagined the space with warm mountain-modern touches, creating a cozy, welcoming environment where you can unwind between adventures. Guests love gathering around the two fireplaces, sipping a warm drink while watching snow drift past the windows, or stepping onto the private balcony to take in mountain views and the occasional hummingbird.
Whether you’re here for a winter ski trip or a summer escape, this location keeps you effortlessly connected to everything Breckenridge offers. The Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 base area is just a 3-5 minute walk (about 0.2 miles or 350 yards), so you can enjoy slow, easy mornings before stepping right onto the mountain. After skiing, store your gear in your dedicated ski locker and stroll to Main Street for shopping, dining, and après-ski. In the warmer months, simply step outside to access miles of hiking and biking trails, rent bikes just down the road, or follow the Blue River path into town. Seasonal festivals, outdoor concerts, markets, and Breckenridge’s vibrant local culture all unfold within steps of the condo, making a car truly optional.

THINGS TO KNOW A dedicated ski locker sits directly across the hall, making gear storage effortless. The pool/hot tub facility is off-site behind the building and does not allow parking, though it is within walking distance. The facility is closed from May 1 until Memorial Day, then remains open until October 1. It reopens again on November 10. Breckenridge Business License: 89960001.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

All was as advertised. Excellent location. Was told there was absolutely no early check in. Called when we arrived at airport saying we may get to condo early and they said condo was available. Not very good communication.

This place is very nice. A little bit of noise from construction below is. Great location. The sink in master water pressure not very high and faucet was lose. When i shook out one towel in bathroom a razor blade flew out that was a little concerning but just threw it away. Otherwise stay, location and cleanliness was great!! Would stay here again

Clean and close to everything.
This rental is in the perfect location—walking distance to food and shopping. You can also access many trails and rent bikes just down the street. It was clean and well taken care of. We would stay again.

Great location
Cute updated unit. Great having a locked ski locker directly across from the unit. Be advised of the 6’2” clearance to park in the parking garage. Nice to have a heated garage to park in. Kitchen well stocked and easy to cook in.
